My roommate is a huge advocate of this place so I figured I'd give it a try with zero expectations. I proceeded to drop it off at 730a (which is nice) and was surprised to get a text later in the afternoon alerting me that my 28lbs of laundry is ready for pick up. Nearly folded, smelling like a bed of roses. Will definitely come back. read more

so so convenient, wonderfully and lovingly washer, folded and delivered clothing always! communicative & efficient! well priced - a great service -- highly recommend and my go to! read more

This was my second time using Liox. The first, I had no issues and I was satisfied, likely because I did not have to deal with customer service. This time around, it took TWO DAYS to get my laundry back. I get that they can be busy and thats understandable, what is not ok is not updating me at all about my laundry and not being available by phone (despite having a phone number listed) and taking hours to respond to email, if at all. This stressed me out considerably as most of my wardrobe was in that order. It eventually showed up late at night (after customer service promised two separate time windows that passed). I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN read more

Nobody ever answers the phone, text, or email. my laundry was supposed to be delivered yesterday and I can't reach anyone.

Generally speaking, Liox has been a great laundry service while living in the Murray Hill/Kips Bay area. I love that they pickup and deliver (the next day, unless you pay for rush same day service). My clothes come back cleaner than if I were to do my laundry myself in my buildings units. The fold job is also great and makes it easy to just put everything away quickly. I also think the pricing is reasonable. My only complaint is that there have been numerous times where I have received clothing that was NOT mine...people's gross underwear, raggedy shirts, etc. Makes me wonder what clothing items I have lost at the hands of Liox. read more

Visiting New York for work and needed laundry service. The hotel I was staying at Prices were outrageous, charging $7++ an item. Liox was amazing! I chose the best pick up and drop off times for me and they were on time both days! my clothes were cleaned and I didn't have to worry about trying to find a laundromat etc etc! Would highly recommend read more

Stores you credit information. called bank to dispute. charge extra for rugs, which is ridiculous. Asking you to leave good comment on yelp for a 10 dollars discount which is cheating. They do text you when it is done but you give away your personal information. I prefer my laundromat to be old fashion. read more

Fantastic service and super nice employees. Additionally, the text messaging when your order is finished is very convenient. This cleaner is always accurate on how long your order will take. Prices are great too. read more

I have just started using Liox but I am extremely both with the quality of the their work and the willingness of the staff to bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. This is customer service at its best read more

This was my first time using them and they were excellent! The lady at the front was sooooo friendly and welcoming. The prices are pretty standard but they seem to go above and beyond what they charge. I even got a text message the next day to let me know my laundry was done. No other place has ever done that for me and I've managed to leave my laundry at places for a while. I will definitely be using them again! read more

I had my duvet cover dry cleaned here because they're located on my block. It only took two days and my bedding is in perfectly clean condition now. I only spoke to one lady who worked there and she was very kind to me. She thought my bedding was misplaced at first (they also have a delivery system) so it took her some time to find it in the back. But it was returned to me the day I was schedule to pick it up none the less! I would go back. read more

This is a dry cleaner near my apartment and offers great service! They send you texts after your dry cleaning is done which is convenient and thoughtful. Not sure what "organic cleaning" means but I'll take it! They also offer wash and fold, but I have a washer and dryer in my building so I've never tried that service. Maybe on a lazy day... read more

I just moved to the area and I decided to give it a try after my roommate tells me about it. Really nice staff and service, my clothes smell super good. The price is really nice as well, I took all my sheets and clothes ( around 10 lbs) and paid just $12,00. Really good deal. read more

Great service! Clothes are nicely folded. They are picked up and dropped off on schedule and it's convenient. I wasn't able to schedule a wash and fold with them on their app (not working), so I had to go somewhere else. Hopefully, the app is fixed too. read more

Awesome cleaners. Consistently good service. Been here 3 times. Clothes come out smelling looking and feeling clean. Will be coming here from now on. Good location and friendly service too! read more

I've been using Liox cleaners for the past 6 months about once a week (some weeks we do our own just to save some money). I love that they wash your clothes carefully and have detergent options so you can pick what you like. I wasn't a fan of other laundry services I'd tried because everything seemed to be washed with harsh detergent in hot water and dried on high no matter what. You can even set aside hang to dry items in your load. I also love that you can schedule everything online. So convenient! The delivery consistently comes during the scheduled window and the delivery person is always very nice. I definitely recommend Liox Cleaners! read more

Liox cleaners did such a fantastic Job with my shirts that required laundry and dry cleaning. Nearly all of the stains were removed all the dark spots cleansed and all the wrinkles removed as well. It's a great local laundry shop that is self sufficient and gets the clothes ready for you on time; mine ready within about 3 to 4 days read more

Been coming here for about 5 months for dry cleaning ($10 for dresses and $5.50 for skirts) and service has been great. Reasonable prices for the area and they notify you when your pieces are ready to pick up. My go to spot in the neighborhood! read more

I wanted to like them. The app was great. Price was fine. Delivery always awesome. But they consistently used some industrial strength detergent even though I always asked for seventh generation. I emailed them about it and the guy was super nice, but he said it was a one time thing when really it had been happening for a while. And unfortunately it gave me eczema, which I've never had in my life, because I was sending my bedding as well. Sorry Liox. I'd happily have paid more for seventh generation if you'd asked but continuously giving me the wrong thing was not working for me. read more

I just had a long down jacket dry cleaned here and they did a fantastic job! I think their prices are fair especially since they do a quality job. This may just be my new neighborhood cleaners!! read more

They're great! Shirts are always perfect and the turnaround time is always what you need. Definitely recommend.

Called this location to speak to owner Serge after over a thousand dollars of dry cleaning was misdelivered. Employee on phone said she was a manager at THIS location even though owner lied to YELP to have my previous review taken down this is the location where I called and was told "Serge is never here and never available before noon". I then told her that Serge was currently writing me personally antagonizing emails to which she said she deeply apologized for but I then told her that meant nothing and Id be taking my business elsewhere. Owner then had the nerve to lie to YELP to have my reviews taken down. MOST DISGUSTING CROOKED SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN NYC. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! YELP DONT YOU DARE TAKE THIS DOWN I HAVE PROOF OF FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE AT BOTH LOCATIONS. read more

I love Liox's ultra-convenient laundry service-- laundry is no longer a chore but something that can be scheduled easily online and like magic, it's done! There are also many different options for detergents (i.e. eco-friendly), pickup and delivery times and they even give you a nifty laundry bag to keep! There's nothing better than getting your laundry done for you by Liox- everything comes back clean, soft and folded beautifully. read more

Liox provides a service and customer focus that can't be beat. Though somewhat pricier than some of the other local cleaners, I won't go elsewhere - the staff are incredibly friendly and thorough to make sure you are satisfied. So far so good. I've sent shirts for laundry, a few bags of sheets (which the machines in my building do an awful job on), and am preparing to send a few other things for dry cleaning. Yes, there is dry-cleaning across the street where I live but I've liked the experience with them as an all in one cleaner. Also, my neighborhood does NOT have a wash-dry! read more

Super friendly delivery and pickup guy. Easy website. Multiple choices of detergent and softener. Laundry picked up and delivered on a quick turnaround, with great early and late hours. Everything comes back clean, folded, socks matched. Been using them for a while and I've never had anything lost or ruined. I have ZERO negative things to say about them - I wish every business was as great as they are. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. read more

Excellent cleaning service with a decent price table and friendly staff. I know my clothes won't come back smelling like cigarettes unlike some places in the area. Several detergent options (including Tide) and fabric softener available for wash and fold. Also will hang dry items you don't want dried which is amazing. Definitely 5 stars. read more

Dropped of a few shirts for dry cleaning on a Thursday evening and was told it would be ready on the following Monday. Received a text on Saturday that my items were ready for pickup. I was happy about the super fast turnaround and my shirts came out perfectly. I was nervous dropping them off (nothing to do with liox, I was nervous in general)since they were one-of-kind pieces I purchased in India but they came back to me perfect. Will be using liox again absolutely!!!! read more

I found Liox simply because I was looking for another signup bonus off my laundry pickup. Yes, I'm one of those people. I used the online scheduled pickup program on the website, and I was very happy with the service. They are in Murray hill, I used to live right near them, but only recently I became aware of the online pickup. Took only a day and I received my clothes wash and folded looking clean as they should. Overall, very positive expriance. read more
