It was moist (a must) and the raisins were plump (very good). It was topped with a lumpy custard - like a real pudding(!) with whipped cream. The custard was unexpected, and not my favorite, but it made it unique and I enjoyed it.

Unfortunately, it was a bit too salty. It wasn't so bad that I wanted to send it back but it was definitely more salty for my taste. There were nice chunks of beef but the larger pieces were slightly dry and chewy. Our server Matt took good care of us (like our request to rearrange the tables and chairs to accommodate our group) so kudos to him.
