Really Enjoyed The Visit, The Food Was Great. Hot , With A Good Variety Also The Establishment Was Very Clean I'd Give It 4 Out Five Star Rating ! read more

Went here for Christmas. It was relatively busy. Most food seemed fresh, but was disappointed in the lack of sushi.

Five star review for a buffet is insane, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due. If it was a "normal" restaurant with menus I definitely wouldn't give it a 5. But as a buffet, it's great. I'm in town for work and tried out Lins because it's close to my hotel. Food was plentiful, hot, and delicious! Service was just fine, but it's a buffet. That's the norm at best. Lins was so good I actually went back again the next day. The food replenishment wasn't as good the next day, but I did go closer to closing time. I don't fault them for not making a new large serving of numerous items for a small amount of remaining customers. Super surprised and impressed with the delicious food at Lins! read more

All in all not bad. You get what you pay for at a buffet. Ambiance was nice but casual. They seem to be constantly restocking food items. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the dumplings were very fresh. Not impressed with the desserts; they seemed to be all store bought or canned. Would eat here again. read more

Food wasn't bad. Several trays were not very hot. Some were not restocked . Dessert Cakes were dry read more

We haven't been here since the cockroach debacle two years ago. We thought maybe they are cleaner now but we were wrong. The bathrooms had excrement all over the place, the toilet bowls both were full if you know what I mean, graffiti on the walls very nasty language I can't say here. Needless to say we didn't eat. I got a refund and left. Never again. The graffiti alone was unsettling. You don't wait for matching paint like I was told, you paint over it immediately even if it doesn't match. read more

To our disappointment we will never go back because the food was of low quality and a lot of the food choices were gone. I understand it's difficult times and customer service was has gone away in a lot of places. Only hoping some changes will happen to improve for them, read more

Ordered delivery through Doordash. I had ordered sweet and sour chicken, what I received was cold dry chicken. The cream cheese wontons were cold and soggy. To top it all off my food was packaged sideways in the bag so everything was on the bottom of the bag. After 2 bites of cold food I decided to play it safe and not eat it, so I would avoid the possibility of food poisoning. I would not recommend this place or order from here again. read more

Terrible service AND a pathetic excuse for an establishment. The manager, Marcos, and his staff are rude, unprofessional and yes I'm going to say it, RACIST. If you ever find yourself going here, you can expect mediocre food, dirty seating, and atrocious behavior from staff. Save your money and go else where. read more

My favorite Chinese buffet spot in Tucson! Great selection of food choices, such as sushi, steak, Chinese-American eats, and dessert. Even good options for vegetarians! There's lots of seating available, clean, and service leans mostly on the good side. I come here with my family often and my parents love that they offer senior discounts! You have three wide sections + wall section of food to choose from. I always grab the Crawfish, Lo Mein, Clams, and Mussels for my main and love to finish off my meal with Mint Chip Ice Cream and a slice of Chocolate Cake. My family also enjoys the Egg Drop Soup, BBQ Ribs, and Fried Shrimp. For COVID-19, they require masks for entrance and in the food area. They also offer disposable gloves and are using plastic, disposable utensils and plates for the AYCE experience. My family and I will be back for more! read more

Food was mediocre and scarce. Almost all the stainless tray were empty at 6:30pm! They did not replenish items to meet demand. Service was prompt for a buffet style. All dirty plates were taken alway and water was served right away after we sat down. read more

The restaurant and bathrooms were filthy! I took my family, all adults, for dinner today! The floors were strewn with paper napkins, the tables felt as though they had been wiped with dirty sticky rags and the bathrooms had paper towels all over the floor and sink areas! Both toilets appeared not to have been flushed for a few hours! The food was just okay! At the price, probably won't be back! read more

The whole place is dirty, food is cold, bland, tastes like leftovers. Just gross. Three strikes-Lin's is out.

Horrible employees, filthy attitudes, and disgusting food. Marcos is the manager and the absolute worst. Still trying to figure out how he got his job. A good manager ensures their employees are decent and not trashy. He is either afraid of them or enables them. Don't expect any sort of decent customer service experience. read more

Well , the waitstaff gets part of this rating...they were all very prompt and courteous to a fault... The sushi veggie rolls were worth the stop and were fresh. The steaks to order looked good but would better serve as soles for your boots...completely inedible. the wonton soup had no wontons. Fried squash was acceptable for a buffet restaurant as many of their other dishes but passing is best you could say. If in a hurry go ahead and try it other wise there are far better choices for the price read more

Uniquely bad. Styrofoam plates cups bowl etc. for $15 Ate here on a Friday night. Arrived three hours before they closed. They never restocked anything. ANYTHING. Everything completely picked over, and staff made zero effort to replenish any items. A huge mistake to come here. Don't do it to yourself read more

My husband and I came to Tucson for business and we decided to come to Lins Buffet ! It was a major heat wave today 110. It was so warm inside the restaurant that we could not wait to leave !! Such nice food and delicious however the warm restaurant was a buzz kill ! Could not wait to leave. Please turn the air on lower read more

The best Chinese buffet in town as far as the food selection and variety. What slows down the process is the the cashier is also the person that seats you so patience is required especially if they are busy and there is a line. Why there isn't a second staff person to do this... The food is very good and has a good test. We have visited several times and are not disappointed. Wayno read more

My wife and I went here today and we were disgusted by eating cold saturated food. They served us on the cheapest paper plates and red Dixie cups for our drinks. Unreal visit, I'm a chef and i know what MSG taste like and how it works they had it in the food. We just started eating and could feel getting full real quick!!! The sushi was warm and dried out. This place is a joke, please read and believe what I am posting. If I could have given a zero star I would have done so. The food is amazing too bad the staff doesn't care, Priscilla the front desk lady gave me some horrendous attitude for no reason, I walked paid for my buffet then I waited, another couple came right after us, surprisingly she called the people behind us to come sit down and eat, I don't know why she would call the people behind to go ahead of us, I asked her "why do they get to go first before us even though we were before them?" She was quite and didnt know what to say. Her actions were on purpose, I will never come back here again, I honestly don't know what her attention were, I am upset I got my refund because of this simple actions that she did read more

Wanted to love this place so much as it was recommended. Partial could have been my fault, I went 2 hours before they close, I thought 2 hours was plenty of time. So many items were out and I asked if they would refill they said no it was too close to closing time. Two hour? They were out of crab puffs? WHITE RICE! CAN YOU BELIVE THEY WERE OUT. Orange Chicken was out, Tso chicken was out, Kung Pao was out, but the beef and broccoli was still there but it was only a tray of broccoli, the whole pan was filled with broccoli with maybe 6 or 7 meat in it. Cooking your own noodles and steak was out of every side (onions, bell peppers, zucchini) all totally gone. What was there appeared shriveled up and old. So disappointed. Although this place has potential so maybe if you go mid day or 5pm you will have better luck! read more

I came back here after not being here since it was first opened back in 2016 I think. I must say it was way way better this time around. The good parts are the food is pretty damn good. The chicken is crispy when it should be, and even when it was only 15 min into opening, everything was set up perfectly. They do have a huge selection, and even some "western" stuff like french fries, pizza etc. The only thing that is bad is even on a weekday it was over $16 per person, and that is not including a tip. Also, they use all disposable dishware. If they follow health code reusable dishware is fine since it is sanitized after each use. I will be back though, that chicken and lo mein was tasty read more

It was Sunday noon, paid first and seated right away. This restaurant was busy. Employee wasn't that friendly but I guess that is standard in Tucson. What I ate were mostly vegetable and baked salmon and sushi and a couple Pierce of chicken. Those were really good. I didn't eat any fried food or beef. The Restaurant itself was clean enough. Its just a regular Chinese buffet. Nothing fancy. I'd go back there again on Saturday or Sunday. (I never go to a buffet on during the week) read more

This the absolute worst Chinese Buffet Place I've ever been to. Paid $34 for two people, we got to the plates and the plates were dirty. I tried to get the attention of the staff and the staff did not care at all. She just took the plates without saying anything to me. This place is a health hazard lately. I have eaten here before and the food is good, but now I'm questioning the cleanliness of the establishment. Did not even get a refund. We just left because it was just disgusting. read more

Like any other buffet - it's all about timing! Get there within the first hour they open. The buffet was grand with many options - sushi bar, fried chicken & fish, BBQ, salad galore, and more. The food is pretty good for the price of roughly $12 bucks per person. The sushi was of course not the best but can't complain either. The general tso chicken and fried rice (my fav signature dish) was ok. The server was friendly and very attentive; I'm all about good customer service and tipping well is way I show my appreciation. Overall, very good chain buffet restaurant - I can't emphasize enough GO EARLY! read more

Aside from the steak, all the food was ok to good quality. Nothing was bad. Honestly, the only thing wrong with the steak was the cook not knowing medium didn't mean charing the steak until it became a wallet. Worth the price but I can't get over how much louder it gets than Golden Corral(my definition of a loud/ghetto buffet). Never thought the day would came someone could challenge GC, tho that's not the buffets fault, that's just the crowd it attracts. 3.5/5 food 2/5 clients Service:Ok read more

Some of the most disgusting Chinese food I have ever eaten. I couldn't even finish a plate, and I tried two in an attempt to get my money's worth. Beef and broccoli smelled like feet, fried rice tasted like it was cooked in old oil from the county fair. I had to run to the bathroom within minutes of eating to dispose of the "food". I enjoy Chinese buffets, but this is easily the worst in town I've been to. read more

If I could give this place a zero star rating I absolutely would. Pushing around a trash can and then serving drinks?? Pretty sure that's a health code violation... I absolutely hate when the service is atrocious and then want a tip. Food doesn't get restocked for 45 mins and the food is sub par. read more

I've noticed the past few times I've eaten here that they don't properly clean the tables between guests they just take a dry rag and brush old food off into the floor leaving the tables sticky. The food is decent but they don't always label the buffet so your kinda stuck guessing what your eating. The service could be better the waitresses have never refilled a cup or come back to check in before we leave. The food is good but like most Chinese restaurants in Tucson it is overpriced. read more

I am disappointed with the rudeness of the server. We were a party of 12 persons with a reservation gathered to celebrate a relative's birthday. As a group, we waited for more than 25 minutes for service. Then we chose to pull an extra empty table to our group with two chairs. When the server noticed the move, she loudly told us that we were not allowed to move a chair without her permission. We apologized, but our apologies only served to fuel her discontent; almost got engaged with members of our party, as she continued to loudly complaint to other diners about our decision to move the small table with two chairs to our group. We moved our food plates and returned the table to the original location, but she continued to mutter against us. The customer is not always right with this server. read more

**Cockroach Alert** I will never come back here. We were here last Saturday and we're honestly excited to have some good Chinese food. We had just sat down with our plate of food (2 adults, 2 kids, 9yo 1yo) when my daughter started freaking out, almost screaming. We asked what happened and then she said a roach came out of her orange chicken. We thought it must have crawled out from under the table or something but nope. He literally had orange chicken on him and there weren't any roaches on or under the table. I went to find someone to get the manager and had to go to the host stand as there were no servers to be found. I asked for the manager and after waiting for him for what seemed like forever, took him to the table to show him. By the time I got back to the table our server had taken a picture of the roach?! And tried to remove the roach from the place. The manager saw it and immediately apologized and said they had someone coming out in two days. That leads me to believe that he knew they had roaches!! I immediately asked for a refund because I needed to get out of there. He was very calm and respectful. He knew they had roaches and now I know he knew they had roaches. I didn't make a scene because that's not my style but they don't have reliable pest control. They use EcoLab which is a dishwashing company who just do happens to have "sprays" they use. My husband works for a pest co trim company and said they had German roaches. The worst kind. So after all this. Again, I won't be going back. You shouldn't either. read more
