I get that most everything has gone up in price but to give less and charge more is outrageous and I don't agree with it. I saw lots of things I wanted to buy & bring back home (Vegas) to share with my co-worker's but I just didn't want to pay the price for 1/2 the amount. It's definitely a great store to go in and look @ all their products, even stuff from your childhood. We don't always get to look at all of the shops outside the main area before our shopping comes to an abrupt end. This Sunday, long after most shops closed, we came upon a warm and inviting Pickwick's. The sign on the door said they closed at 6 and it was at least 7, so I stood an gazed longingly into the shop door wishing I had seen the shop earlier - it looks like Christmas magic inside. The next thing I knew, the friendly and festively dressed shop ladies were inviting us in, saying they still had lots of work to do before they could leave, so we were welcome to have a browse! They even offered to gift wrap some little things we picked out and one of the ladies helped me to hide a gift I was buying for my boyfriend while he wasn't looking! Great little shop with so many fun things, but I was really inspired to write this because I was really impressed at the level of customer service and the "going beyond the call of duty". Very special thing in a world where most people don't care to go the extra mile anymore. The whole experience sent us home with some real Christmas spirit! Give those ladies a raise! :)

You have to go outside Warren's to get into this cute little gift shop. Right when I walked in I saw the cutest kitchen towels on a rack to my right that caught my attention. They also had some adorable pot holders. I was surprised at how reasonable their prices are. I picked up a cat pot holder & kitchen towel with cat faces all over it. There were a few I was torn between so it was a little hard to make a decision on which one to get. They have a bunch of souvenirs here too. Saw some Maine magnets & Warren's beer glasses & shot glasses. I like to collect shot glasses of places I go & the beer ones too but I ended up just getting a shot glass. As I continued on I ran into these super cute lobster sleep pants! I was in need of some warm pants as I'm headed up to ME to go to my family's camps & forgot to grab some sweatpants from my home back in Vegas. They don't have a dressing room so before I bought the pants I asked if they didn't fit if I could return them & was told yes, with my receipt. I was surprised to find the shop went around the check out counter. Here I found a small area of discounted items & another counter with some candy around the area. It's a very small candy store nothing like the one on Route 1 Kittery Outlets. In this area I found the "treasure chest." I over heard a male customer asking the lady @ the counter...who I actually think was the owner, what you won if you got the treasure & she said money to spend in the store. There was a bunch of other nicknacks in this store too. I tried to take lots of photos. I will have to take pictures of my items I bought & post them later. This place is a must to come inside after eating @ Warren's to see if you have the winning "treasure key!" I also suggest if your around the area to stop in. It's worth your time!! The parking lot can be packed due to Warren's always seeming to be busy but don't let this keep you away! They had advertised a 'blue-vanilla' shaved ice treat. It wasn't vanilla at all, not even faintly. Not even vaguely. It was blue raspberry. Disappointed we threw the cup away not even twenty feet from the shop, and on the drive home tried some of the assorted other items that were purchased. All of the chocolates were bland and stale. Each and every one. Poor flavor, poor quality. I had been originally very pleased to find a pack of Clove gum... a rare find, and one of my favorites. It was also so stale and old that when I put it in my mouth, the stick of gum cracked rather than folded in any way and took perhaps a good three minutes of chewing before it felt like anything that resembled what chewing gum is meant to be. I would encourage anyone who is eager to get quality sweets to look elsewhere.
