Got six copies made. Lots of (more expensive) cute licensed key options including Hello Kitty and sports franchises. It's a kiosk in the parking lot. The lady was fast and all the keys worked!! read more

Lima helped me when I was in pinch. Fast and easy to get a spare key made. Will definitely be using again!

Great service and priced well below other locksmiths I called. Would definitely recommend!

Wow, I've never been disrespected for asking to make a key. Then she charged me triple the amount. Was very rude ethene I was asking a question about the cost. Threw the key like I was a dog to fetch. I know the prices of each key because i have made keys. THIS is NOT the way to do business. read more

Called and left 6 voicemails over a 24 hour period and never got a call back eventhough they allegedly offer 24 hour service calls. Maybe you'll have better luck. The response to my post is completely false because I never spoke to anyone at all. As you can see from my review I mention leaving 6 voicemails and nothing about my interaction with a dispatcher. Your lie to discredit my review wasn't thought out too well my man. read more

Services offered: 24 hour mobile locksmith services, mailbox key changes, garage gate remotes(carries big and small remotes), regular house keys, battery replacement Payment: cash, Zelle, Venmo, credit card I loved that I was able to use Zelle. I want to support small businesses and I don't want them to pay service charges with credit card. He didn't charge an arm and a leg. His prices were fair, affordable, and extremely reasonable for the quality and friendly service. I'm coming here and will recommend friends. I'm happy I found them, thanks Yelp! I needed a mailbox lock change in WeHo and purchased 2 garage gate remotes. Mr.Lim drove to WeHo, changed the mailbox lock, and helped me figure out my garage remote situation. **please note some gates require an 8,9,10 digit remote. Figure out how many digits you need, and the code and they'll square you away** He replaced my mailbox lock with the same exact locks the other units had. Mr.Lim duplicates keys for cheaper than Home Depot if you don't get a fancy Hello Kitty key and get a regular kwikset type of key. read more

The level of customer service is above anything I've experienced. MRS. LIm is so helpful and caringx like having your mom as your locksmith. Anyone inexperienced can trust Lim's locksmith as your #1 place to go read more

Came here just to waste my time. This lady right here is not helpful at all bad customer service she took a phone call and she started placing an order for supplies right in front of me while I was waiting for her to tell me she couldn't make a copy of my key, then after all she did make a copy that did not work poor customer service. The only reason I came here is because I saw the yelp reviews but it's false. read more

I took a Lexus key to be programmed. He programmed it but lock & unlock buttons were switched. He knew something was wrong and asked me if I got this key from China. I think all keys are from China. I gave him cash. No receipt. He said job was completed. I drove away. 10 minutes later, arrving at my office, I noticed that the lock & unlock was switched. I called him, and he said that there is nothing he could do. He knew the lock & unlock was switched, but did not informed me at the time. I know that he received many good reviews, but in this case, I have to say he received money for his service which he did not do what he said would do. I came here several times in last few years, but our company will not work with this company anymore. His had a tone where "don't bring your own keys, but buy mine. Anything goes wrong is not my fault." read more

Quick fast service. Free parking. His shop is located in the middle of the parking lot. I came here for the DO NOT DUPLICATE keys that most places do not make and it works. He charged me $3 for it! Super cheap. Just a note about DO NOT DUPLICATE keys... I don't think you are supposed to ask him about it on the phone but if you go in person (since it's a frowned upon the do not duplicate keys) and ask him, he will make it! Lots of nice designs he also does other services like remote control for garages and car keys. He's also a 24 hours locksmith! read more

James played with Gibbs(our cardigan corgi) and lost his keys two weeks ago. Omg I didn't bring my keys with me that day and the leasing office already closed. My apartment mates were out for dinner. We were locked out of the apartment for two hours tired and cold. We looked through the whole grass field and the dog parks and we couldn't find the keys. It was a disaster. Gibbs must be happy though cause we went to the dog parks three times! Long story short, we needed to make new keys or get the new keys from the leasing office. It would cost us $100 for the gate key. It's one of those do not duplicate keys. I wasn't ready to pay that much for a key. Then I started to look up where can i get that key copy. Apparently there's no law that said you can't duplicate a "do not duplicate" key. And other yelper mentioned that I just need to find the right locksmith to do it. Boom! I found this place! It's easy to get to cause it's right next to Vermont Street. The whole process was fast and no question ask! The lady that helped me was nice too. There were two other people waiting to get their keys copied so it's gotta be good. And you know what? That new copied key looked exactly like my old one(just newer) and it worked! Thank you very much Lim's locksmiths! read more

Owner are awesome and friendly.. Drove to help me unlock my Public storage lost the key and their prices okay.

Lifesaver, came so quickly and price was cheaper than their places I called. Thank you!!

My car keys got stolen (along with my friend's spare car keys.) The Honda and Ford dealership quoted me at $750 total to replace both fobs. Thankfully, I found Lim. I called Lim and he picked up right away. I sent him photos of the car keys to confirm he had them in stock, and he confirmed and quoted me $180 to replace the Ford key fob, $140 for the Honda. Amazing. He cut new keys, and reprogrammed the fobs on both cars in under 30 mins. Him and his wife were so friendly and we celebrated our new keys together! Thank you Lim!! Highly recommend. read more

. . . . I don't want to give the star. Those people did not return the original key. When I called to get the original key, he was rudely angry. I went back to retrieve the key. He tried to subdue me by force and shouted loudly. wife said it was my fault and watched it from the side. read more

This is my go to for anything key related. Plus they're a little mom and pop shop, so I would rather give them my money then a self service kiosk. They don't do anything special. They just do what they are asked and charge you a cheap rate. I want keys made, they make the keys, and I pay them. In and out within 5 mins. Every time. 5/5 would recommend read more

My corporate office building asks for $35 for each key duplication through them, but here it's like $2. And he can stamp on a similar "Do Not Duplicate" with little hammer and stamp if you ask him to. (Which by the way is not really law anyway so not illegal!) Ah, I feel like I'm back in China. So take that! Sometimes I tease them to get a free dollar keychain out of them, sometimes they give it to me for fun. read more

This was so quick and cost efficient! I called up, gave them my address and before I knew it he was here (maybe 15 minutes later). He pulls up in a professional van and gets straight to work. Opens my locked car, extracts broken key, cuts me a new key, charges a very reasonable rate, then leaves. Its so surprising when something you expect to be a pain in the ass actually works out quite well. Thanks guys! read more
