I took my 2011 jeep wrangler for a replacement key. I showed him the dealer key I had an asked for the exact key and quality. He assured me that's all he carried once the installation was done and I was handed the bill with the new key. I immediately noticed the cheap quality and I and I have numerous of issues with the key not responding to my vehicle. I've called and went back numerous of times. He blames my car, not the key. I just left the dealer with a new key. My car works great and I have paperwork from the dealer stating it was his faulty key. I will be pursuing a lawsuit for pain and suffering. Mr. Park is awesome! I went to get a new key made for my 2001 Jetta, which is a car that's notorious for being a pain in the butt. The current keys kept randomly locking the doors after I got in, and if I didn't push the button to open the door again before I started the car it would set off the alarm. When I got to the shop I only had one key with me when I should have brought both of them. Mr. Park offered to come to my house at a later time to make the keys. That's amazing service all on its own. But when he got here he determined that the key was working as it was designed to (like I sad, this car is a pain in the butt) so I didn't need a new key. Now, honestly, I would have been happy to pay his very reasonable price for a new key and I wouldn't have known the difference. What a dreadful feeling to realize that you locked yourself out of your apartment at 2am after a night out. This man is wonderful! I lost my car keys that had all of my house/hallway/mailbox keys. Initially we just called him to make a key fob after buying an uncut key. He did it quickly and then we asked if he could program a new unlock/lock remote and reprogram a spare remote I had too. He was able to do that within a matter of minutes. During the time while he was working on the key fob, he also made four different copies in less than a minute. He did all of this for a very very reasonable price. He's super flexible and capable. I still remember the sinking feeling when I closed the trunk of my VW and realized my car key was locked inside. Let me start off by saying, living in Los Angeles and you're looking for help, you're really going to find people who are dismissive, trying to hustle you, or upset with you because you don't know what you're doing and thats why you requested help. Arirang was quick to respond, mobile, knowledgable and beyond nice. I had an issue where I lost my key, and it turned out that door key was different from the ignition key. Arirang answered the call, got my information, and was able to meet me same day. Finding out the difference in keys, Arirang thought of a few different solutions, whereas the competition only provided the one and more expensive option.
