Dr. Foo always checks in with me and the staff always takes their time numbing me, answering any questions I have and calming my nerves. I have had such great results with my weight loss, I am now working on lifting and tightening with Morpheus8 while the Pico laser is helping to break up all my sunspots. It is definitely an investment, but I can see a difference and my friends ask what I'm doing so I know it's working. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

His recommendation honestly surprised me, he actually advised me to leave it alone because my neck wasn't as bad as I thought. He could have easily encouraged me to move forward with multiple treatments I was already considering, instead, he was completely honest and steered me away from spending thousands of dollars on procedures he knew wouldn't make a significant difference. I think that level of integrity is rare in this industry. Im in my early forties and I'm starting to notice natural signs of aging. Rather than pushing for more treatments, Dr. Yew identified other areas where subtle improvements could make a meaningful impact, and we chose to focus on those instead and I'm extremely happy with the results. I also want to highlight pricing, because I think many people assume that seeing a doctor is more expensive than going to a medical spa. In my experience, that wasn't the case at all. I received Botox and actually paid about $200 less than I had previously with an aesthetic nurse who had far less experience. I was told that there must have been a misunderstanding on my part and that I was told Botox units. Even though I was Sure I clarified the dose and pricing prior to injection. The women continued to repeat herself over and over in a rude manner stating there was nothing she could do and that technically I was given $5 a unit but for 60 units not 20. So beware they dose in Botox units no matter which product they provide to you and even if you clarify the price and dosing they will change it on you before you check out. This is deception marketing. This strategy is to confuse you and require you to do the math at bedside to figure out your actual cost. Huge disappointment. Extremely embarrassing situation that they exploited. This is suppose to be a treat.

Immediately after that visit, Laura emailed me everything we discussed in clear, detailed written form: pre- and post-op instructions, prescriptions to pick up in advance, check-in times, and all logistical details. There was truly no room for confusion. I felt fully prepared weeks before my procedure even took place. On the day of surgery, the care continued to be outstanding. Ana and Char made me feel calm and comfortable from the moment I arrived--everything from letting me choose my music in the operating room to making sure I was warm and at ease. In recovery, my PACU nurse, Tricia, was wonderful. She ensured I was comfortable, monitored my vitals closely, confirmed transportation details, and made the entire recovery process feel smooth and reassuring. Dr. Ching was exceptional throughout the experience. He checked in with me beforehand, answered all of my questions, and during the procedure itself--done under local anesthesia--he calmly walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
