There's plenty of parking in the back and check-in was easy. There's no lobby or reception area per se but Marci gave us the code for the back door and for our room. Each room is uniquely themed. We stayed in the Gamma Green room which had a large TV, hulk related memorabilia, and a random aquarium. There wasn't a light above the shower which should probably get installed or fixed. Breakfast is only from 8:30 to 9:30. For breakfast, she made cheesy eggs with a pumpkin trifle and a cheesy omelet with a blueberry muffin/trifle. I sensed a theme in the breakfasts but everything was delicious, especially the blueberry. I loved her selection of mugs too.

The Inn consists of eight rooms over three floors, each with its own distinct theme. Guests are provided with a keypad code to enter the Inn, along with their own separate code to enter their room. There are no key cards or fobs. The schlage doors will lock about 15 seconds after opening. A second, mechanical top lock is also provided. Water pressure is good in the showers. Rooms look a little smaller in person than on some booking sites. I did see there were no evacuation routes posted in the event of an emergency, although fire extinguishers and smoke alarms were present. The owner lives adjacently to the Inn, and welcomes guests beginning at 830a with an excellent casserole breakfast consisting of eggs, sausage and a cranberry muffin confection that was simply outstanding. There is a children's hospital across the street but don't let that fool you. You will sleep soundly enough. The property looks as if they are planning some renovations in the future. I stayed here while attending the Amherst Railway Train Show, as it is located conveniently near the Big E. A cute and hip choice vs. franchise locations in the area. I recommend and will return.

The printing was flawless, the binding secure, and the quality of the dust jacket in both paper and color match was outstanding. The only error in the print run was that one copy had a dust jacket askew. I didn't give them five stars because they did end taking a lot longer than the turnaround stated on their website, and the owner, when it became clear that he couldn't meet the deadline, stopped communicating with us. However, an employee took over our job and she was fantastic to work with: responsive, professional, and helpful. The quality of the finished product could not be a lot better, in our opinion, and the price was very reasonable. We would absolutely use this company again.

Any person that feels the need to jump to conclusions and attack a persons persona, needs serious help. After asking for a follow-up e-mail along with some questions as to learn about their process Bruce wrote "The folks that work with me know what they are doing, know the questions to ask so so we do our work properly...." He then continued to assault and attack in the most brutal way. Also, what they advertise, is not consistent with what they sell. This may be the exact reason for his unruly behavior. His associate Cindy Rosendale is just as crazy. I have never been so taken back by anyones behavior (and for zero reason) as I have with the two of them. Also, note that this is the first time I have written a review. Considering the shocking experience, I felt compelled. STAY AWAY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

The first person who greeted me was okay, and the bartender was okay - but after that it went downhill FAST. We had gone to bed early - after a dinner that was notable in that we thought it was a recommended one that was close - but it was a ways away on the freeway. Not a big deal, but curious. Once we headed up to bed it was like a circus started. There were young kids running along hallway, screaming, etc. After 9 it turned into a super noisy bath - felt like it was in our room and was loud, and the water seemed to go on forever. I'm not sure of the correlation, but this morning all we wanted was a hot shower before we hit the road - water ran, ran, ran - no hot water. Called down and was told - and I'm not making this up - we can move you to another room if you want a shower. I kind of thought that was the epitome of how to not deal with a customer, but then when I mentioned the kids making noise the comment was "well, you didn't call last night so we didn't know it was noisy". Yup - that is right. I should have but instead I tried the softer way by opening the door and asking if they could be quiet.

The hotel room didn't have a desk so I made a makeshift desk with the chair and an ironing board. I'm like the MacGruber of business travel. The pillows were actually decent and the room was nice too. The bed was comfortable and the guest bath had nice toiletries and a nice decor. It's way more expensive for a room than it should be considering the amenities at the casino. There's a sports bar that was huge and they also have an outdoor courtyard for watching sports (and other stuff too I'd imagine). Terry Bradshaw's head is even bigger on that TV. A lot of the restaurants are closed during certain weekdays, but the Italian pizza place/restaurant across the street was amazing. Go there for sure!

This was confirmed when I heard them talking about how much money each of them would make off of it in the elevator. I have been to many casinos including MGM and even though casinos probably have drug deals - they are by people smart enough to be discreet and not talk about it in the hallways and elevators. Not here! Springfield has a lot of Violence and drug activity and I am surprised that MGM built a casino there. They should have kept their brand at Foxwoods. Inside the casino the layout is pretty tight, slot machines are very close together. We didn't try any restaurants because we had just come from dinner. We didn't stay long - didn't like the vibe. Show up after working all day and a 2 hour drive, Otherwise I would have turned around and done something another weekend. The rundown outside sums up what you'll see on the inside. Unkempt grounds, dirty windows, weird parking areas....You're not allowed to park out front. Come in at 3pm. Woman sees me then walks away... stood there a good 10 minutes under a flickering light that would cause a seizure before another woman checked me in.... Only to learn that the indoor water park is NOT open. I drive around the building to my parking area.... garbage everywhere, windows are filthy, you can see that many of the drapes are stained and worn from the outside. Inside it doesn't get much better. You walk through the door and there's a musty odour. My door didn't fully close... Kind of makes you wonder how many times it was kicked in? Windows are dirty, drapes are torn and stained, cracks in the walls, wallpaper peeling off, air conditioner was on but none of the buttons worked - - I literally had to unplug it. Crumbs inside the drawers.... I made it a point to pull apart the bed (convinced there is probably bed bugs) Luckily I did not find any, but doesn't mean there's not fleas because I definitely feel itchy. Bathroom appeared clean - - Glad we are up-to-date on our tetanus inoculations in the event we cut ourselves on the rusty metal broken toilet paper holder. This $**** hole cost $411 for 2 nights.
