They were all friendly and helpful. Everything was managed very efficiently and despite being busy everything ran smoothly. The hotel itself has a couple years on it (not old enough to need a remodel) but was well maintained and really nice. Everything was clean and didn't show signs of wear. The bed was extremely comfortable, my wife and I slept like royalty (which is not usually the case even at home). The bathroom was well maintained and spacious. Lastly the breakfast. While it had the normal "Hilton" layout the quality was better than usual. Sure the scrambled eggs were the typical powdered eggs but there were options that were unique. Such as the French toast sticks, lemon poppyseed and blueberry scones, zucchini nut muffin and a few other things I can't recall. Definitely recommend staying here and I am adding it to my Hilton favorites in case I am back in the area. If you stay I hope your experience is as good as ours was.

There was a used towel hanging up not removed from the bathroom... so gross. Clearly not well cleaned. This place is probably a health violation. Worst mistake ever. Spare yourself. If we were here for more than a night - we'd be leaving.

Crawling on the wall next to the bed, one was on the night stand clock, and 2 on the ceiling. I personally killed 3 bugs. The problem was bugs in the room. Every edifice/building has critters. But I do not expect the response to be, "We'll send someone just wait til after 9 in your room." That's when management will be available, I was told. Then I took pictures and they took pictures. They then said they're just ants. The last time that I checked, the insects did not have a credit card to pay for the room. I was also offered a different room. None of these platitudes swayed me. I'm sorry, First impressions can be long lasting. I booked through Booking.com and the CS Team is still trying to reach upper management at Enfield for resolution. I'll update as soon as I hear back. In the meantime, I'd suggest other options in that area.

It's hot in the 80s but the air conditioning works well, actually a bit too well & many Europeans complained that it's too cold, we had to up adjust a couple of degrees. The lunch was underwhelming thou, 2 types of wraps with meat & one with veggie, that's it plus a choice of plain vs. BBQ potato chips. It's average place with decent space plus ample parking but it's not s premium joint. You get what you for I guess. If you want a meeting place on a budget, it's worth considering.

I prepaid for the nonrefundable stay through the Choice Hotel website (currently running a promotion with Rakuten for 10.5% cash back on base rate). All the rooms entrances face an indoor hall, for added security (i.e. it's a hotel not a motel). There is a basic (some hot items along with waffle maker) breakfast available in the morning for all guests, along with a dining room to bring in your own food. The room was fine, with two comfortable beds, a working TV with plenty of channels, a 'Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner' with analog temperature controls, a small bathroom with good water pressure tub/shower combo. Wifi is included and worked fine during our stay. Checkout was as simple as dropping the key off, and I did get a receipt (with correct amounts) via email later that checkout day. The hotel does have restaurants within walking distance, including a Cracker Barrel, Burger King, and a Dunkin (pretty much all donut shops in this region are Dunkins).

Smelled weird. Front desk person friendly and helpful. Fitness room is hidden down in a back hall. Each hall has a different smell. None of them pleasant. Not one night of good sleep. Some weird buzzing sound on my last night. Night before that a couple fighting. One of the nights a super loud television. I can hear the people under me when they are loud. I'm on the second floor so that might be the lobby I hear. Loud people in the parking lot. Also I live in the city so it's not like I'm not accustomed to some noise. But this place is driving me bananas.

I checked out the next morning around 3:30AM to head to the airport for my flight, so I didn't get to experience much about this property, other than the TV, my bed, and the shower. The TV was excellent, as it offered full streaming TV options. The bed was comfy and so was the room and the shower and bathroom area of the room had issues as the toilet didn't flush unless I took the tank lid off to jiggle the float to refill it. Overall, not a bad stay.... I'd probably try the Sheraton at the airport next time though.

This is a great Holiday Inn Express. It is a little different layout than most, but the rooms are nice with walk-in showers and very comfortable beds. It's nice to have some extra space with a couch and coffee table too. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good. Plus 24-hour per day coffee in the lobby. The location is very close to the airport (and super close to the rental car facility). There are a number of restaurants close by, as well as a CVS. You could sometimes hear planes taking off from the room, but it wasn't a bother. My only complaint about this location is that the (free) parking is not close to the door. Even the handicapped parking is a bit more of a walk then normal. Highly recommend this location if you find yourself in this area.

When I asked Dave & Rose if I was able to get another bottle Dave look confused but I didn't realize my friend was putting them in the room but Dave gave me a bottle of his own, I said no thank you but they insisted which was such a kind gesture.
