It's in the water tower place so don't drive there because parking is very expensive. The texts you get from this place is more than my mama text me. Plus they're always trying to give you 75 to 80% off which is still very expensive I haven't tried any other treatments, so I can't speak regarding those but the six laser treatments that I got, for my under arms did not really work for me read more

Came here to try something new. This place pop up on my other social media platform. Saw their advertisement about laser Lipo. I went to their website to fill out an interest form and someone contact me in a short period of time. Customer service were great and they offer me a consultation on the same day. Got there no problem it's in the water tower building. Street parking or you can park in the parking garage. This will be my fourth treatment. I feel pretty good. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Do NOT waste your money here. I bet some of these 5 star reviews are fake - see below for more on that. I expressed halfway through my services that I was not happy with the results (ie. no results) and I was still pushed into completing my package. My unhappiness wasn't just in my head - even the technicians agreed that my body wasn't reacting to the treatments. Mind you, when signing up, I was promised extremely visible results and that I wouldn't even need the full 3 bliss treatments on my arm because my arm would not have fat left on it after 2 bliss treatments - so 1 bliss was used on my stomach. I spoke with the manager multiple times throughout about wanting a refund, but they had told me that they would not be able to discuss/start the refund process until I completed the package. I was given a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - and then literally the second I completed the package, they turned around and said i could not get a refund BECAUSE i completed the package. Essentially, I WAS LIED TO. I also remember when I initially started expressing my unhappiness with not seeing results, I was offered free treatments in exchange for a 5 star yelp review. I declined and asked for a refund. On top of that, I did not measure any differently in my stomach after that 1 bliss treatment, but that was 100% swept under the rug & they just focused on the little I lost on my arm. Had I been given more realistic expectations when signing up, I know I 100% would not have invested that much money in the weight I could have lost myself at the gym. They also basically blame you for not getting results -so there literally became a point where I was working out like crazy and drinking at least a gallon of water every single day. This also triggered my eating disorder because I genuinely wanted this to work, and I wanted to see results. I lost weight due to my OWN HARD WORK and they took credit for that, and said "I saw results". Literally cannot believe this. They also did not take "after" pictures of me - they measured me super tight with the measuring tape and claim they saw results. They also had me wait in a room for 1hr+ after my last treatment, and yet no one came to see me to take my after picture. I had already spent an hour there getting my treatment and had to leave to go back to work . Pretty sure no after pics were taken because there was no visible difference compared to my before pics. So unbelievable. Bottom line is, they just want your money, and will do anything to get your money. After my refund request was denied, they again offered me 10 more legacy treatments, which I do not understand!! The services are worth the same monetary amount as the refund that I am requesting. Why are they offering me the same monetary amount of services, when I just want a refund??? Sad because the technicians there are wonderful. But upper management is awful - they prey on women's insecurities to make a profit. Never wrote a yelp review in my life, let alone a review like this, but this experience has made me so upset that I wanted to leave something so no one makes the same mistake I did. I bought a package of 6 Venus Viva facials. I was told my scarring would be completely gone by the time I was done with this treatment (I spent thousands). My scars faded, but not at all what what I was told. I would not recommend wasting your money. I found LightRx after purchasing a Groupon for laser hair removal. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much; but was pleasantly surprised from the minute I walked in. After my mom spent 47 days on a ventilator with CoVID, pandemic hygiene is extremely important to me - so I was relieved to see temperature checks, hand sanitizer, and mask requirements enforced for everyone's safety. As I got acquainted with the estheticians, I was blown away by their kindness, compassion, and the level of skill/integrity that each one puts into their work. They are the loveliest people! Despite feeling vulnerable and uncomfortable in public without makeup to cover my scars, they immediately put me at ease. Re: their services - I actually ended up trading in my Groupon for credit towards a Glow 3D Aqua Facial instead. My skin has been problematic all my life with cystic acne and loads of embarrassing scarring/hyperpigmentation. The facial was really relaxing and I loved the way Emma communicated about each step in the process. Some of their more advanced treatments are out of my price range, but they never pushed a sale on me or made feel "less-than" if I couldn't afford one of their recommendations. They just focused on making sure I got the best bang for my buck so I could get closer to my goals. This is my second review for this place. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR LASER PACKAGES. I almost finished my package and still no result. I went through a lot of pain and multiple burning and at the end the result is as same as day one I started with them. This is unreal.... I had my appointment for a month ago and they called me and canceled my appointment the day before my appointment, they said they will call me to schedule my appointment again.That was my last session with them. Three weeks passed and finally I received a call which I did not attend due to the following reason: I sent multiple emails to the headquarter and/or customer service to call me and explain what is my right when I have not received the result they promised. NO RESULT. This is unbelievable. I have done laser in other places for other part of my body and after 6 sessions all the hair was gone. The reason I went to them was their offer of lifetime treatment which the manager in Water Tower presented to me in a wrong way. The day I paid she mentioned that this is lifetime and after I finish my sessions, if I need more treatment, which is rare, it will be really small amount as low as $10 per session. When I went for my other session they gave me an invoice that I have to pay almost half of the price at once to use the lifetime treatment. Such a joke!!! she never told me I have to pay a lump sum to use the lifetime laser plan. Now, that it has been almost a MONTH, I am emailing them, I am calling them no one is responsible, no one is answering to my complain. This is unbelievable how they just got the money and they do not provide the service as they promise. Now, I lost my time and money and they do not answer.... The funny part is even after I wrote my first review they said they will call me to discuss the issue and they never called me. They BURNED me. I warned the girl Shay who was doing my laser about my tattoo location multiple times. It burned and felt very uncomfortable. I spoke with office manager, Katie, who apologized for my experience, but proceeded to come up with excuses on why this could've happened instead of actually taking responsibility for this service. They took very lightly of the situation after my tattoo had been burned. Katie also said "Well it's only a little line you could easily get that fixed with any tattoo artist". I don't think I should pay or go out of my way to get something fixed, because I trusted someone to know how to do their job and instead was careless and BURNED MY SKIN. Katie also was unprofessional and told me she could "Hook me up with one of her tattoo artist" when all I wanted was to speak to the regional manager, which I still haven't heard from a week later from neither managers. LIGHRX is DECEITFUL, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and has the WORST BUSINESS ETHICS. This business will lure you and pressure you into buying their services and then treat you like crap afterwards, stay away. Over 2 yrs ago, right after I delivered my son I considered different options to get rid of my post pregnancy belly. I visited LightRX WaterTower location where the manager Dana Dolly basically lured and pressured me into buying a service that cost over 2K which I was not eligible to do because I was breastfeeding. She told me to just buy it, go home and think about it. She told me that the refund policy was very easy, they wud refund me without issues if I decided not to go with the purchase at any time. After I went home I realized that I had been pressured into buying a wrong service since I was planning to breastfed for a while and get pregnant again in the short term. I requested for my refund and Dana told me to come into the office and sign the paperwork which I did. After waiting for a weeks my refund was not been posted to my acct, I followed up with Dana and she tried again. No luck, Dana left the company, I spoke to different managers including regional manager who all kept telling me they were processing my refund but the money never posted into my acct. After a year of chasing LightRx, my father passed away, I didnt follow up for a while because I was grieving. I recently followed up with LightRx/escalated to the headoffice via email, right off the bat the mgr Elysia Lord tried to lie that she had told me that i can only get store credit. At that time, I realized the story had changed. I was informed that I could no longer get a refund anymore because LightRX filed chapter 11. LightRX is deceitful, they do not value other human beings or souls who trust them with their money. For over 2 yrs my refund was approved and they claimed they were processing it but money never posted to my acct. They exploited me of over 2K and they are now tossing me around failing to refund me as they promised me. Businesses like these will never thrive, they do not deserve any support because they do not have the right business values and ethics. LightRX does not deserve any support. Instead pls go to other businesses i.e ageless medspa, innovation medspa who understand that treating customers right is the core of your business success. You are WRONG and UNJUST lightRX. Had a consultation with the manager, one would think, the first thing she would ask is are you on any medicine? People on antibiotics can not get lazer, however she did NOT. The day before the treatment, after I had paid $137.00 it is the first thing the tech asked me, then the manager came on the phone and started making excuses and BLAMED ME for her not asking me the right question. I have gone there several times for a touch up and felt zero "zaps" - which their clinic attributed to their high tech system. Instead, it caused a massive reaction to my skin. The few times I have been, the technician slapped gel on my face like she was icing a cake- getting it all over my mask, hair, etc. with zero care. They are extremely rude and useless. I had been coming for my IPL's/Viva treatments w/another aesthetician who had left but, I got very lucky and landed JORDAN who has the most excellent skills. I think a small more intimate salon is best. When I first went to LightRx, the staff was very thorough, explained procedures, etc. As I was nearing the end of my service plan, I inquired on a new service that I may be interested in, asked the technicians for information on a particular procedure, what they felt in their professional opinion, what would be best for me, etc. I did not know what I needed as far as the procedure, but I know what I want the end result to be. I was handed a piece of paper with a lot of garble on it, which I could not decipher what it all meant. I went into LightRx on a Groupon deal for 3 IPL sessions. It cost less than $200. For the consultation I wasn't asked anything. The woman just tried to sell me a new service (Venus something or other) for 75% off coming to $700. I passed on that. My first 2 sessions were a joke. I've had IPL for my rosacea for years and these two ladies clearly didn't know what they were doing. My third session was with Allison and she was phenomenal. It was actually the best IPL session I've had since I lived in London 6 years ago. I decided to buy some more sessions as with the first two very light IPLs I have not seen the results I should have. So I wanted to go with Allison again. This time Marnie told me the price at 75% off would be $300 for one session. What is the original price for anything here? That's astronomical for IPL. I did purchase one session as it was BOGO. So $150 isn't bad. I am giving them 3 stars only based on Allison who was a true professional. Isn't there some law about about having to show pricing? SO its has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my $600 refund. I had no treatments THANK GOD!! If this is how they work, I doubt the treatments works!! LightRX is the absolute worse place to go and spend your money! I do not recommend this place and I will not go back there for anything. First of all I went for the laser hair removal service because I had found a groupon for a reasonable price. So I call them to set up my free consultation. I was told do not purchase the groupon yet because she (Elyshia) will still give me the groupon price when she see me at my consultation. however, I get there and she tries to sell me another service for way more money and convinced me that this was the way to go. So I wind up buying two services, one I didn't need and on top of that she didn't give me all my sessions. She tried to convince me that I was only suppose to get 8 sessions but in the consultation she told me it would be 10 sessions. This was the manger of the location Elyshia. Her customer service skills suck. At first I thought maybe she is treating me like this because I'm not Caucasian but I came to realize that other people has the same complaints I did, so this must be the way she treats all her clients. She needs to be more sensitive to her customers instead of just trying to make a buck! I do not recommend this place at all.
