I have avoided scheduling with her in the past because it has consistently felt clear to me that her priority is increasing commissions rather than providing patient-centered care. I scheduled an appointment specifically for the advertised $399 Restylane under-eye promotion. Instead of a clinical consultation or discussion, my request was dismissed and I was steered toward approximately $1,500 in cheek filler. I left that appointment without treatment. Hoping this experience was limited to one location, I then drove over an hour (plus paid parking) to your downtown office. There, I was informed that the $399 promotion would actually cost $550 because under-eye injections allegedly require "additional skill." The promotion itself contained no exclusions, no disclaimers, and no pricing distinctions based on treatment area. Because I had already traveled a significant distance, I reluctantly paid the $550. I left feeling misled and manipulated rather than cared for. I sent a detailed email directly to ownership requesting a refund of the $150 difference and providing constructive feedback instead of posting publicly. No one responded. I then had to initiate contact through your chat line and was assured my complaint would be escalated and that the person responsible for handling customer concerns would contact me by 5pm yesterday. No one called. No one emailed. No follow-up occurred. This is no longer just about $150. It is about transparency in advertising, ethical medical practice, and accountability. Given the pattern of upselling, the lack of promotional clarity, and the complete failure to follow through on an escalated complaint, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). Patients deserve clear pricing, honest consultations, and medical professionals who prioritize care over commission. Unfortunately, my trust in this brand has been significantly impacted. read more

The person who did my Botox was so nice but my eye brows have a really awkward arch now ( maybe they've sink in the middle and raised at the ends, I don't even know). I've gotten Botox in the past and never had a problem, I even mentioned that 20 units sounded like too much for in between my eyebrows and they insisted it was because I hadn't gotten it in a year. I had a Groupon for 20 units, paid for 10 more at the recommendation of them, and tipped to look worse. It's summer and I hate the idea of looking like this for months. read more

Just updating to say that I called in after someone responded here. The lady said her management would have to get back to me to make things right. This was a week ago and I haven't gotten any call. I called again today and someone said if I wanted to understand the terms I should have spoken to the person at the front desk who checked me in or out. I informed her that it was the injector who checked me in and out (nobody else was there), and he didn't let me know. So what I'm saying is, don't believe the marketing promotions this place spams you with. Don't assume there will be someone on site who can tell you that the offer which made you want to come in was false. Don't assume if they say someone will call you back, that anyone will. read more

I went there years ago for Botox and it only lasted one month.it was frustrating but I decided to try this place again in March. The young woman told me I only needed 45 units and would never put the 65 in that is normally put in. I called a week later and they said to come in because I noticed nothing at all. When I got there they told me I had to wait 2 weeks and the person was wrong on the phone. So I waited two weeks and again there was no change. I decided to go to a closer one to me but same company. This woman told me she did not inject enough and I needed 25 more. It was frustrating that I had to pay so much more after being under injected. So the next week I looked good but still had movement. Today is just over a month from treatment and I look like I never had Botox. I can move my forehead, eleven lines and crows feet. Not even 6 weeks later. So disappointed. I paid 550 for it to last a month. Totally will never go back and such a waste of money. I don't know if they have inexperienced injectors or what. Other companies if they didn't inject enough they would fix it and not charge me. read more
