After I informed them that I did not have a problem with over eating, and did not need to take appetite suppressant medication; they were not willing to downgrade my program. I spent $900 for 10 pounds of weight loss because as the manager stated, "there's nothing I can do". Perhaps if someone is in need of getting support to lose more weight I would recommend, but in my case I did not feel like the services I received were worth the amount I paid.

This includes a physical exam, water pills, phentermine and a MIC shot. The MIC shot really gave me energy for my workouts and helped me maintain my muscle while I was losing weight. I lost most of my weight with plan 3, but started to plateau with the phentermine. I then started on the semaglutide shots, because my insurance did not cover Wegovy. This got me to my goal weight in 6 months and is keeping me on track. I still take the MIC shots occasionally and sometimes I will alternate with NAD+ shots if I need a mood boost during the winter. I was given a sample of the Wegovy pill and the Foundayo pill a few times. I preferred to stay with the once weekly shot. I have also done Rf-Lipo and Kybella on my belly to decrease my love handles and back fat. These were quick and painless procedures that gave me results after about 3 sessions. I do recommend these procedures if you are slacking on Dr. Fini's low carb recommendations and want to see muscle definition quicker. I should also mention I started getting botox to my frown lines and the lip flip. Dr. Fini is a master at botox and facial and body fillers.

I took Bonita's 4-week detox class at the Vitamin Shoppe last year where we discussed things like nutrition and body chemistry, government's impact on what's available/ accessible to us, toxic materials in everyday items (cleaning products, storage containers, etc.), alternative health products (body massagers, skin brushers, tongue brushers), and much more! A huge take-away for me is the green juices (spinach/kale/arugula, carrots, celery, fruit, fresh herbs, and banana for creaminess) that have replaced the toast, egg or breakfast sandwich that made up my first meal of the day. The classes served as a translator/ introduction to issues related to diet and the physical condition (i.e. The China Study, local foods, natural products). It was initially torturous to ween myself off of meat and dairy for the short-term detox (yes, I cheated and continue to do so). However, it made me reexamine my meal composition - weighing the costs of living healthier vs. more cost-effective meals with minimal nutritional value and possibly contain hazardous materials. What I've learned ties in well with my activity level and outlook on life. I called the clinic, double checking on the time and was told that if I wanted to come in at 1:30 instead of 1:50 PM, they could change that appointment. I said yes and came in at 1:30 PM and was directed to a room to sit in and the door was closed. I heard the counselor I was speaking to someone else in the next room over. They were in the middle of an appointment. I figured it was almost over and I waited another 10 minutes and heard the woman leave. But just before she left, I heard her ask the counselor if she was taking up her time because someone else came in (meaning me.) The counselor said no one else is here, even though I was sitting in the room with the door closed. Just then, someone else came in and the same counselor took that other woman into the next room and started speaking to her, all the while I'm still waiting to speak to someone for my 1:30 PM appointment. My appointment was for 1:30 PM. Not for 1:50 PM or after she saw the second person. I called to check on the time because my time is important and I felt like my time was not important enough to this clinic and it made me feel like a number. It seems like they are overscheduled and I just left at 1:50 after I was still sitting in the room, waiting. No one called to apologize or ask me what happened.
