Everything seemed to go fine although they really seemed to want to add a lot of unnecessary procedures to that I wasn't interested in obtaining. And upon speaking with further aesthetic professionals was told that it was definitely looking like a money grab, they wanted to do BBL laser to my already lightly colored lips and learned through other professionals that that particular procedure would have mad them even lighter. I definitely expressed that that was a concern of mine and was interested in doing a lip blushing because they are so lightly colored. So thank God, I didn't listen to their awful recommendations and of course they want to put as much Botox as humanly possible in your face, even though I told her that 38 units was the maximum that I had ever done. In the late evening of the day before my procedure they contacted me to tell me that their medical director had decided not to work with me... less than 24 hours notice! I rearranged my travel schedule and other important dates so that I was able to get the things done that I needed. (as I was put on a month long schedule for certain procedures to be done) The worst part was is that no one could tell me why they decided not to go forward with my treatments. this place may have some nice reviews, but from what I see is major incompetence, immaturity, and unprofessionalism. I had nearly a month between my consultation and the start of my procedures I could have made other arrangements if I had known that they didn't want to work with me. Now I am in need of finding another professional, booking those appointments and I won't be ready for weddings and other special events this Autumn. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Both times, as soon as I arrive and check in, two nurses rush me to the back, they are asking questions, one is putting in the IV and the other is checking my blood pressure. My blood pressure was elevated both times. My most recent visit, she also took my bp over my hoodie sleeve and the first thing she says is, "You're going to need to get on meds." What "nurse" isn't aware of how blood pressure work? I just walked blocks, you didn't let me sit, you're talking to me, the cuff isn't on my arm it's on a sweater and you think my readings wouldn't be elevated? Also, how can 1 or 2 readings determine medication? Giving unsolicited medical advice to a stranger whose medical history you know nothing about is condescending. She could've simply said your reading is high, follow up with your doctor. On another note, the clinic is clean, beautiful, comfortable and the receptionist was very friendly. The first time I felt like the IV helped me a lot. This last time I didn't feel any benefits.

I've had Daxxify, chemical peels, and microneedling here, and every single treatment has been handled with utmost skill and care. They explain everything so thoroughly, from the process itself to what to expect and how to care for your skin afterward. Nothing ever feels rushed or glossed over. I always leave feeling genuinely informed, not just "treated." Recently, I was accidentally sent home with the wrong soothing mask. I texted them to let them know and told them it's no big deal, But the team wouldn't let it go - they immediately couriered the correct mask straight to my door and included the most beautifully-scented diffuser as a gift. I was blown away! That level of attentiveness is so rare these days, and it says everything about how much they care about their clients. Beyond the incredible results, it's the way Tulsi, Kim, and Maggie, and the whole team make you feel like family, not just another appointment on the books. If you're looking for a medspa that combines real expertise with genuine warmth, look no further. I'll be a client for life!

I…read morescheduled an appointment for 1:30 PM and received a text message that my appointment for was for 1:50 PM. I called the clinic, double checking on the time and was told that if I wanted to come in at 1:30 instead of 1:50 PM, they could change that appointment. I said yes and came in at 1:30 PM and was directed to a room to sit in and the door was closed. I heard the counselor I was speaking to someone else in the next room over. They were in the middle of an appointment. I figured it was almost over and I waited another 10 minutes and heard the woman leave. But just before she left, I heard her ask the counselor if she was taking up her time because someone else came in (meaning me.) The counselor said no one else is here, even though I was sitting in the room with the door closed. Just then, someone else came in and the same counselor took that other woman into the next room and started speaking to her, all the while I'm still waiting to speak to someone for my 1:30 PM appointment. My appointment was for 1:30 PM. Not for 1:50 PM or after she saw the second person. I called to check on the time because my time is important and I felt like my time was not important enough to this clinic and it made me feel like a number. It seems like they are overscheduled and I just left at 1:50 after I was still sitting in the room, waiting. No one called to apologize or ask me what happened.
