The agreed cost was $399 to remove the pigeon, conduct a full inspection -- including the attic -- and then provide a proposal to permanently resolve the issue. The technician came out and removed the pigeon, but he never completed the inspection. Apparently, his boss realized how quickly he left (less than 10 minutes) and instructed him to return to perform the inspection, which never happened. We also never received the proposal for a long-term solution. Since Friday -- before the holiday weekend -- we have called and texted multiple times trying to get answers. Today, instead of a phone call, we received only an apology text. I then called the company directly. Mackenzi admitted she was confused and new to the job and said she needed to check with her boss. We requested that he call us directly, but he never did. She later called back and said her boss would not be calling and that she was authorized to assist us. The proposed solution was to have another technician come out sometime within the next seven days. I explained that waiting seven days is not an option when birds are actively flying in and out of our chimney. This entire experience has been a waste of money and extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, we have zero confidence in this company's ability to follow through or properly resolve the issue, and as a result, they will not be receiving any additional business from us.

We made an appointment for AZ Clean Solar to come out, clean underneath the solar panels and the solar panel glass. We also had bird barriers "netting" installed around all of the panels. Erick and another guy came out right on time, explained what they were going to do, and began working. It took them roughly 6 hours to get everything done, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their work! Bird barriers are up, solar panel glass is crystal clear and everything that had dropped to the ground while they were spraying, they cleaned up nicely! Great job, guys and thank you! Highly recommended!

Took about 12 hours and a lot of debris but the guys got it done. Removed all the old guards, cleaned out underneath all of the panels, a few hundred pounds of poop and debris on the tile, and got it all cleaned up since they lay down disposable tarps to collect almost all of it. After they cleaned they installed new guards and came back a few days later for the actual solar cleaning. No more pigeons! Will definitely use again for cleanings.

He cleaned everything up, installed the netting, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I also chose the upgrade he offered, and he told me that if I had any problems with the pigeons coming back, just call and he would take care of it. The difference was immediate. A few pigeons came back around the house for the first day or two, but they couldn't get back onto the roof where they had been nesting. After that, they were completely gone. I actually waited a few months before leaving this review because I wanted to make sure the pigeons were really gone and stayed gone. It's now been three or four months, and I haven't had a problem since. I had tried dealing with the pigeon problem myself before calling Pigeon Problem Solvers, and nothing I tried worked. I wish I had called them sooner. I would definitely recommend Zach and Pigeon Problem Solvers to anyone dealing with a pigeon problem.
