Michelle came out the day I reached out to review my list, and I had a quote an hour later. She finished the work over two days, and I couldn't be happier. She painted and caulked my baseboards, filled in and painted a few holes in the wall, installed a ceiling fan, built a giant piece of IKEA furniture, and hung floating shelves (a lot of them). She was friendly, patient with my inquisitive child, and communicative. Bottom line: I would (and will!) hire her again for any project she's willing to tackle in our home.

He listened to my entire situation and then walked me through everything that could be wrong. He did not want to quote over the phone, but was willing to come do a free consultation. Unlike other companies that came out, he actually did diagnostics during his consultation, which was included at no cost. After determining the problems, he gave me a quote and quickly got me on his calendar for next day. He showed up earlier than expected the next day which was a good surprise. Him and his dad got right to work and we're able to fix all my issues. I had several outlets that had crazy working and the wrong volts running to them. They fixed all of them up and even changed out some breakers for me. All of this sticking to the quote they gave me the day before. Michale also room the time to explain my breaker situation and the risks it is posing. He wasn't pushy at all; however, and told me I could fix it in my own time, but just warned of the issues if I don't fix it sooner than later. I will definitely be using these guys again. Thanks for taking care of me and giving me peace of mind for my family.

He reminded me of their policy to come back if there is a storm within a week of the cleaning. I checked the forecast and was confident that weather shouldn't be a problem. True to Murphy's Law, there was a dust storm the following Saturday. I didn't think much of it since there was no rain and the windows still looked great. I was surprised when Craig reached out to say he would be back to touch up the windows and told him that they were probably fine as the dust storm was mild. He still came by the following day. It is refreshing to deal with great business people that stand by their word. If you are looking for a great window cleaner, look no further.
