Super professional and super friendly! We get them to come out twice a year to exterminate and they are always able to come out quickly and work around your schedule. Haven't seen one roach since they've been out and we were seeing a lot before! It costs us $75 to spray a one story house and outside. Highly recommend! These guys are quick to respond to yelp, email and the onsite visit. Very reasonable compared to the others on yelp. They found allot more bugs than I thought we had. LOL They sprinkled for all the ants and sprayed and treated inside for all the rest. Even checked the attic for rodents. Wonderful people all the way around they even wore the booties in the house. I just can not say enough about how great they all are here. Highly recommended. read more

Called this company because the office I work at uses them for pest control and they seem to do well there. They came out and the guy was really professional, used booties before coming into the house which I like since I'm kind of a neat freak. Things always seem to happen on the weekend. This past weekend, we were invaded by an over…read moreabundance of wasp activity that had moved to our upstairs so it was time to call someone with wasp expertise. Fortunately for us my urgent call was responded to by an efficient call center and an early morning appointment was set for the next day with Anytime Pest Elimination & Pest Control. Bright, early and about 5 to 10 minutes before 8, I received a call from "Andrew" that he was on his way. He arrived within that time frame, checked out the situation and immediately targeted where the pesky little critters were congregating inside the house as well as checked the outside and recommended places to be additionally caulked or screened. He prepared his solution and said we should leave the house for about 2 hours. We took 4 hours and ate out and ran another errand we had been putting off. Andrew was very professional, wore a mask and put slippers over his shoes without being asked. His equipment was top-notched. He was thorough with the defogging/spraying and have a 30-day guarantee on the work. The price was reasonable. What a relief and Anytime Pest Elimination has a new customer going forward.

I arrived surprisingly happy that the cars behind me gave me enough space while I had my tailgate down while driving relatively slow. That's a rarity when I have my tailgate up. Right when you take a right on SW Plaza you'll go down a curving road right smack dab into the cul-de-sac of C&D Metal and a vehicle impound lot. You'll see lots of cars parked in the cul-de-sac and a long line waiting for the "vehicle storage". Keep on trucking along into the C&D Metal yard. You'll see a hut with a young lady in it, you'll need to give her your driver's license, license plate id, the description of the items, and your address. Step out of the vehicle for this, she will make no effort. Are you new? Are you new? ARE YOU NEW HERE? You'll be slammed with this repetitive question if you are new to C&D. I couldn't get away from it. Now the lady in the hut may misinform you on where you need to go next. I was told to go to lane 1 inside the warehouse and that's where I met José. José, a very friendly Hispanic man that's very helpful and very detailed in helping customers on what to do next. Are you new? Are you new? ARE YOU NEW HERE? If that's not obvious enough, yes I'm new; José. It's my first time! Drive around past the hut, to the long blue scale, wait for the green light and proceed to the junkyard. I weighed at 4000. Verde ding! I met José and a massive pile of scrap, it was as tall as the sky. I offered to help, José unload; but he said he got it. That's just my personality. I made sure José didn't throw my walking sticks out as he didn't. Next you'll drive left of the warehouse to the next long blue scale. I weighed at 3620. Verde, ding! Park in the front and go to the door that's open. Here you will see a dark, dimmed, and rigged up counter. Where you'll not be able to see the cashier at all. It's a one-way mirror, reflective on side and transparent on the other. Is this a police interrogation?! The cashier was so friendly, she expressed how she wishes her customers could see her. There's a process you'll need to do before you get handed $2 bills. She'll ask you to take a picture through the webcam, scan your fingerprint, and sign. You'll need to do this, TWICE. For your records and theirs. Then she'll ask how you want your money, $2 bills or regular payment. I want what is advertised on the commercials and website. There you'll get a receipt, your payment, and a card to use again if you decide to come back. Are you new, Are you new, ARE YOU NEW HERE? The overall experience was outstanding! I will be back. The new location off of Reed Rd, will be more convenient and gas cost effective for me. It's opening Spring 2024 or sometime in 2024.

It honestly felt like the clothes were just placed in plastic and handed back to me. I returned one item because it wasn't cleaned at all, and when I got it back again, it was actually dirtier than when I originally dropped it off. Most recently, I dropped off a pair of pants. When I picked them up, they had a bad odor and stains that were not there before. That was extremely disappointing. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this company. Sometimes a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing. Google convinced me that the bugs i saw in my house were termites so i emailed a bunch of exterminators late Thursday afternoon. Life after bugs answered my email right away and scheduled an inspection for Saturday late morning. They called to confirm the appointment Fri afternoon and were here right in the middle of the time window. Larry was friendly and polite and even put on booties to protect my carpets from his muddy shoes. I showed him my trouble spot and he assured me that they were "just ants." Rather than trying to sell me expensive services i didn't need, he gave me some tips for treating them myself, took a quick walk around outside to make sure he wasn't missing anything, and bid me a good afternoon. The tech was on time, friendly and answered all my questions. Immediately after spaying I had dead bugs on my front porch which was a good sign. A few weeks later I noticed spiders in my kitchen & bedroom which was an area that was sprayed. Needless to say I have returned to spaying myself and using a go to from Google.
