Low and behold, they charge my credit card 2 1/2 weeks early and I don't even get as much as a call or email from them notifying me that they were going to do so. I signed on for a quarterly charge. When I called their office and explained to them what had happened all I got was the run around and there was zero accountability. The last person that was supposed to call me was Karen but never heard from her either. At that point I didn't want a full refund, I just wanted a future credit. I felt this was completely unprofessional, I reached out multiple times. Definitely wouldn't recommend their service.

My wife and I have 3 kids, and being here in the Houston area, kids can play outside in warm weather for a large portion of the year. Mosquitoes are a huge problem to deal with for the kids, and especially for me, as it generally takes less than 2 minutes for the first bite to find its way to my ankles. My back yard extends into a Bayou. I love nature and all the little critters, but I have a Wife, a new baby, and dogs. We all like to spend time outside but with all the crap mosquitoes carry on top of the irritation that inherently bring, we decided to give Mosquito Scott a try. While I still have that contract with the big company, I will be calling Bug State for all future work.
