I am very allergenic to mosquitoes and bought a home with a huge yard and wanted to be able to get out in it without winding up with tons of mosquito bites. When I called the main line receptionist, Chris called me back within ten minutes. That means a lot to me. He also gave me his cell phone number, and has answered every time I have called. That means a lot to me. You don't get customer service like that very often anymore. One thing I knew I wanted was a termite preventative. I called several companies to ask an estimate of what it would cost, and they all wanted to come take measurements. I just needed a ballpark figure to see if we could afford it. Chris was the only one willing to give me a general idea of how much it might cost. He went through all of my options, and we decided on a monitoring system. He quoted me an amount, and when they came out to install it, it was actually less than the amount he quoted. Both the quote and actual amount were very reasonable. I was curious about mosquito treatments. He explained to me what they did, how long they worked for, and the price. I asked a lot of other questions on my first call. Chris was very patient, gave thorough explanations, and really cared that I understood. I didn't feel rushed to get off the phone. He would have talked to me for an hour if I wanted to. We also used him for our normal pest control, and it has been very effective. When we moved into our house we had big roaches, and after he sprayed they were gone. We have a dog and we are very particular about the chemicals and smells he is around. Chris assured me the sprays were pet safe, and explained we could keep him out of the house while it was sprayed and dried. I We are sadly moving out of the Houston I area and will no longer be able to use TNT. I highly recommend him to others. Fantastic service and very reasonable prices.

I searched Yelp (of course) and got a few quotes on general extermination for our house and we were having an issue with too many critters coming inside where they were most unwanted. I reached out to Exclusive Green Pest Control to help us with the usual summer roaches and spiders. Adam did a thorough inspection and was able to treat as needed. He also helped identify a few issues for us to work on. I was sure I had bed bugs, was ready to pay top dollar. Adam's studies were able to show that was not the case, dust mites were the culprit!
