They took away my sexy baked oysters with crab dip on top and I'm so in my feelings bro! But their fried oysters are still bomb and they come with that pink sauce shit that's bomb! And their crab dip is so thick and swagged out but they don't give you enough bread yo! But the waitress gave me more bread without me asking. And their patio is nice but I got hot and had to be moved. Their truffle fries are the best! Omg! Sexy fries on steroids read more

This wasn't our first visit or our last. We wanted to sit outside and have some food a cool drinks on a warm day with our dog. We were seated outside quickly but the table was a little close to others. Mary our server was great and allowed us to move to a table farther from others. Mary was cheerful and knowledgeable about the menu. She provided suggestions when my wife asked and they were great. We both had a mule, watermelon ad I had a peach at Mary's recommendation. It was awesome. Refreshing with a hint of peach. We ordered mussels Brussels sprouts as appetizers. We have had both before and they didn't disappoint this time either. The mussels are plentiful and juicy. The sauce was delicious. The sprouts were great as well. The food and drink runners were both enamored of our dog Max. Overall this was another great experience at Libs and Mary made it special. She came back to hang w/Max before we left and he loved her. read more

Pros: -I think the food is...good we went for brunch *The crab devil eggs were the good- although you are only getting 1.5 eggs for $5. Not intended to share at all * The baltimore Club was tasty- I am keto and they didn't look confused when I asked for my crab cake to be wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun * Nutella French Toast is very sweet so you must enjoy sweets to love this meal - no complaints just sharing the feedback from my 9 year old ;-) *Pancakes were tasty, the small jar of maple syrup is a cute touch but not enough as the syrup soaps into the cake We were able to get a reservation for 8 just fifteen minutes before arriving to Sunday brunch CONS : -BIG cons ....service is SLOW (see below explanation why) *ordered a root beer float (btw don't order this. It's nothing but ice and soda) and it came AFTER we were done our meal. -There is no kids brunch menu *If your children want brunch you will end up ordering from the regular menu or purchasing side orders separately. - Falsely Advertising Omelets *The Steak Frites Omelet is nothing more than a couple eggs and cheese folded and sitting on an order of asparagus. Initially we were disappointed in our experience but later found out we were sat in the bar area with a bartender as our waitress - so that pretty much explained the slow service. This was our first time there so we didn't know this is where we were being sat or else we would've asked not to be. The only thing we were asked when we called in was if we would mind sitting on high tops tables which we didn't. The manager came over to ask us about our experience, which is a great touch for restaurants to do. We gave some feedback and he showed us that he really does value feedback by taking care of some items on our check. Totally not expected, but greatly appreciated. Prior to dining we had already set a reservation for Mother's Day and because of the manager owning up to the things we had issues with we WILL be returning and giving Libs another try ! No one is perfect but it's all in how you handle the issues and Libs did that perfectly. Kudos to understanding and demonstrating great conflict resolution. read more

I visited this place 3 days ago and let a cash tip. Fast forward to today, 3 day later, I received an alert on my card for a new charge. The waitress/ bartender added her own tip to my transaction even after I left her a cash tip. This is so disappointing. The food was just ok and the service was actually really good. But the stealing off my card was terrible. I have reached out to the establishment, and it's a good thing I always take pics of my receipts. Smh, the nerve of ppl. Plz be mindful of the fraud. read more

A Pub really?, fine dining I say!, not only good service, but fast service. I am amazed. Wish we had this place down town dc. The food was awesome, I would have liked my egg a little runny. Great spot to grab a meal. My family and I enjoyed a late (midweek) lunch out on the patio. Everything was on point! Great parking and seated almost immediately. Had a reservation, but place was almost empty (likely due to day and time). Since it was our first time, we tried a variety of things but the Short Rib Poutine (amazing!), Fish tacos (simple but delicious), and the Roseda Farm Burger (well cooked and seasoned) were definitely the highlights. My daughter didn't really care for the Buffalo Chicken Tenders () but at the least the portion were a good size. The table service was top notch. Our server, Jasmyn was amazing.... friendly and attentive without being overbearing! She definitely topped off a great experience! Definitely would recommend. read more

OMG I need to get out more! A friend and I had lunch here at his recommendation. Despite being almost completely empty yet we were asked if we had reservations. The first thing I noticed was it was Very clean and had a modern, upscale yet minimalistic feel. The ambiance was lowkey but the service gave a feeling of decadence to come. Next there was a huge chalboard menu on a wall with more than 30 different oyster selections. Very nice! In the center was a very large contemporary bar. I can imagine this place in the evening. Once seated we were greeted warmly and our drinks arrived promptly. The menu was not expansive however the offerings were imaginative! Candied bacon!!?? Yes!! I chose the deviled eggs as a starter and was pleasantly surprised! There were three small eggs topped with a large portion of jumbo lump crab on each. A bit more flavor could have been infused however they did not disappoint. For my entree I selected the spinach salad with blackened salmon. OMG! A brother just got excited! The mix was drizzled with a semi sweet champagne vinaigrette complimented with feda cheese and walnuts and cranberries. The salmon was cooked perfectly! read more

They're open for (dine-in) business! Friendly and attentive staff. I came during restaurant week on 26 July, it was also brunch time which means $1 OYSTERS! Lucky me. Oyster Happy Hour on Sundays during brunch! House oysters were good and not too tiny. For an app I had deviled eggs with LUMP crab meat. I was surprised so much meat came on top but grateful. Next was the chicken omelette, the chicken is not shredded its Large pieces of chicken, and hash browns on the side with the toast added to the fullness I felt (but that didn't stop me from eating dessert). The bread pudding was HEAVY, dense but not too thick. Big enough to share between two people (was not able to finish and took it hole as leftovers - this dessert is microwave reheating APPROVED) and honestly the best I've ever tasted that wasn't homemade - and you have been met down before - this was not oje of those times. read more

Creative oyster dishes along with good salads and delicious sandwiches. Our server seemed to be convivial, if a little rushed. Host was personable and made us feel instantly welcome. The Easter specials were pushed a bit hard for our comfort at the end of our meal. Bar drinks were good. We asked for a quieter table and the host found a nice corner far from the bar. read more

Visiting my boyfriend and wanted brunch nearby before I leave. I could leave a long review but here's all you need to know. Atmosphere and ambiance A++ we dined on the patio. It's a very romantic setting. Tables were clean too (that's a big deal to me) Customer Service A+ we were seated almost immediately and out this morning was very nice and professional. Food A the presentation was perfect food was palatable served quickly. We didn't have to wait forever for anything. I expected more pizazz and wow from the deviled eggs but they were still pretty good. Overall my experience today was very pleasant. First impressions are everything. We will be back. read more

My review is just for their happy hour. This is the place to go if you're craving oysters! For just one dollar you can get a delicious fresh oyster. I also tried their fish taco which was good and the steamed shrimps which were big and tasty. Definitely would go back to get a drink and some bites to eat. read more

BLUF: A new chic, modern restaurant that offers good happy hour deals and brunch. This restaurant is located towards the back of shopping center so it can be easy to miss. When first entering the restaurant, you can tell it was recently renovated and has a very modern appearance. I appreciated all the oysters that they listed out on two very large chalkboards which added to a rustic feel of the place. The staff were very warm and attentive, checking in from time to time but maintaining a good distance. We appreciated their recommendation to sit at the bar tables to be seated immediately instead of waiting for a table. For food, we ordered the breakfast flatbread and the farmers scramble. The breakfast flatbread was vary savory and made a great combination with the maple sausage and egg. The cheese wasn't overpowering or excessive. The farmers scramble had a great blend of bacon, sausage, and potatoes; however, there were a lot of eggs in the scramble. It was probably enough for two people. Overall, this grill was an wonderful surprise as it was an impromptu decision to eat somewhere for brunch. I would definitely come back here if I'm in the area! read more

Was recommended to try this place by a family member and I am so glad that we stopped by. We had a rather large party for a graduation dinner and was helped by our very nice and patient waiter Ash. He listen to every Order and was helpful kind and understanding the atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. We had appetizers I tried the fish tacos and they were amazing as well as the Greek flatbread my family loved the shrimp and grits and the freshly shucked oyster. I had a holiday theme drink called the Santagria It was tasty but I prefer less ice and more wine overall a great experience and I would return. The manager I believe also made a appearance to our tapped and helped when needed it's nice to see management so this. Over all the staff here are rockstars keep up the great work guys and stay safe ! Oh and try the desserts the cheesecake is delicious and so is the crème brûlée read more

This is my third review of Libs grill. I am updating from 1 star to 4 star to 5 star. We have been there a total of 5 times since our first review. It's still high volume, but has slowly become our preferred steak place. Libs.. you do it right. Organized, professional, delish. And you oysters are the BOMB. The bar-backs, bar tenders, wait-staff, food, and hostess...perfection. Thanks for another great evening. read more

Pulling up to the restaurant i swore I've been here before but evidently it's a new restaurant. A friend ask for recommendation for brunch places and of course i went on Yelp and found this place. I was looking outside of DC area to avoid the drive. As far as location, chic modern, upscale and plenty parking around the vicinity, this is a must try. The reviews were great, but i didn't really look at the brunch menu before we actually decided to go but they saw unlimited Mimosa's and there minds were petty much made. Nevertheless, We made reservations and was seated immediately without a full group of 10. Everyone was pleased with the selection of the brunch menu and prices. I had the Shrimp & grits omelette and Honeydew crush drink. The grits was really creamy and cheesy and it was good. The andouille sausage could have been spicy and less salty, but overall it was good. The drink contained honey jack so it was a great blend. Others opted for other brunch items and the unlimited Mimosa. They would of preferred that the drinks was a little stronger and served pitcher style or that the server kept the drinks coming faster or kept the glass full. They each had at least 4 serving of unlimited mimosa so i think they were satisfied. The server and i believe the manager came by several times even to serve us. I was satisfied and would love to go back to try other items on the brunch menu. read more

I'd give ZERO stars if it was an option! The place was basically empty and sat in the bar area. Waited. And waited. People standing around doing nothing. No water, no drink order, nothing. It's not the first time this has happened there and I know several of them by name. Really needs some training on how to greet and service customers. It's so frustrating to give a place so many passes but enough Is enough. read more

Food was good, but pricey. Service was great. Ambiance was lively, which made it hard to hear the conversation at our table.

I went to Lib's Grill today looking for a good burger and they came through! I didn't realize it, but they have a varied selection of Ray oysters. I asked our amazing server Jasmyn B for a recommendation and so I tried the Lib's Grill raw oyster. It was very tasty! I ordered the Roseda Farms burger and it was delicious. It was perfectly cooked and the burger tasted like a premium cut of meat was used. It was light instead of dense tasting. Also, they have bottomless mimosas and orange crushes on Sat and Sun during brunch hours. This is about to become my favorite local spot! read more

Came in to try this new Fulton restaurant. We made it briefly for happy hour before ordering dinner. The bar is the center of this restaurant and has lots of seating and table seats too. It's very modern and trendy. They have a good happy hour and the crushes are yummy. Fish tacos are really crispy large piece of lightly fried fish with slaw and a sauce. I wish I had ordered more!! We also got the House Oysters on the half shell - really fresh and delicious! I had the Beef short-rib pasta, which was tender and pasta was cooked perfectly-just enough to fill me up. Bread was good too served with honey butter. I didn't like the butter too much it was bland and not buttery. They brought regular butter which was very nice! My other friend got the Hamburger which was not the best was a little dry and just didn't look good. Had a little mis-hap with the waiter forgetting the burger but he gave us at no charge for the error and offered in good will, that impressed me. Bread pudding was very good - not traditional with a lot of custard but still very moist and flavorful. Also gave us complimentary tiramisu shots for the table. (Love the love!) They have a wine room by the bar and it's a mess. I think they should straighten it out because it should be nice to look at. The woman who sat us at the table wasn't rude but not too personable. The other servers were friendly- hope they change that cause that's what we noticed as a first Impression. Manager or owner came by our table and we really enjoyed his attention to see how our food was . Our table in the bar was a high 6 person farm table - really liked it! I will be back for fish tacos and short rib pasta yum! I'm sure they will get more organized as I know they are new. read more

There have been a ton of restaurants in this space over the last five years, but I'm hoping that Lib's is here to stay. I went for brunch with a few friends. The food today was good and plentiful. There was just enough variety that I felt like I had options, without being overwhelmed. Prices were reasonable so there's definitely value here. Service was a little off today but the food certainly made up for it. I'll add more details later but I'd say that this is definitely a place I'd recommend checking out for brunch, lunch, or dinner! I plan to come back and give a more thorough review after a dinner service. Cheers! read more

Food: scallops- 3 plump perfectly cooked on a bed of baby kale and mushrooms, mussels- at least a dozen+ in an awesome sauce/broth that took two pieces of bread to soak up and enjoy, crab cakes- nicely lightly breaded and filled with delicious crab, accompanied with yummy mashed potatoes and green beans...these were all excellent and I would order again! The meatloaf initially came out a bit tough and burnt, so they replaced it and sent out some complimentary fries while waiting. I thought it was ok, but too plain for my taste (although hubby was satisfied!). Service: Jose was nice and friendly, and the manager/owner who checked on us and immediately took care of the burnt meatloaf helped make this from a 4 to a 5 star review. Ended with 3 complimentary coconut covered chocolate ganache balls...sweet ending to a great meal. And military discount!!! Way to go! read more

As we come to grips with our new norm, my family is taking every measure to practice social distancing. We normally order take out or dine out a couple of times a week, but we hadn't done so since mid-March. Yesterday was my wife's birthday and we wanted to order food. My wife was a germaphobe before COVID-19 and is more cautious now. Enter Lib's Grill. I really can't express how great this experience was. The food was excellent! And that would have been enough but the service before, during and after went beyond a good meal. My experience with Lib's gave my family that sense of community that we have been missing. We were going to order through door dash but wanted to add dessert, so I called the restaurant to ask the best way to do this. She let me know I could order delivery directly from the restaturant to avoid confushion. She was patient and helpful while we ordered. The staff explained that this would be a contactless delivery and gave good instructions for what to expect. We ordered a fair amount of food, but the delivery was fast. The delivery driver placed all the food in front of the door and retreated to the car. As I opened the door she shouted "Thanks for choosing Lib's Grill. We appreciate you". I checked the food outside, and the order was perfect. We had the family package (Maryland Dining) option, a few apps and extra dessert. The crab cakes were perfect, lump, no filler, moist and seasoned well. We had a ton of food as the restaurant was not stingy at all and everything was good. I couldn't get the liquor store to deliver but again, Lib's came through. We ordered a 32oz Sangria and like the food, that was amazing too. My wife had already mentioned that she wanted to do this again for Mother's Day and I was game but then I received a text from the GM thanking us for choosing Lib's Grill and expressing that he hoped we enjoyed our meal! From beginning to end, everything was done right. We will be regulars from this point forward. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff!! You made this day feel normal in uncertain times. read more

Great for lunch, dinner, happy hour or just to watch the game. Love the soups and large salads!! Great deal on the raw oysters during happy hour - $1 each, but my fav is the raw clams even though they run out of them quicker because they're not as popular. Lib's Grill - Grilled Pork Chop, Pan Roasted Chicken and Ribeye - New American Near Me - Fulton, Maryland

Tucked away in Maple Lawn, Lib's Grill is a cute small seafood restaurant. Went here on a Monday before a spa day with the girls. The service was great, but the food was meh. As a seafood lover who is also allergic to both crab and lobster, I found that there weren't many choices that had other types of seafood outside of the salads and appetizers. I ended up getting the Shrimp Cobb which sounded amazing but the shrimp were pretty basic. Seemed like they sautéed them with a bit of Old Bay and called it a day. They definitely weren't blackened like the menu claimed. My friends ordered the Lobster Roll which they seemed to enjoy. I'd come back for happy hour, but I'm not sure if I'd come back for a meal. read more

I really went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars. Finally, when I did the pluses and minuses I went 4 stars, but with a little reservation. Pluses, the restaurant is bright and airy, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Don't laugh, but the ladies room has a trench (not stench!) sink with river rocks, modern faucets and is really nice. The Maryland crab soup is one of the best I've ever had. A great flavor and balance of vegetables with a lot of lump crab meat. Even though a friend and I met for lunch on a week day, I made a reservation. Good thing as the restaurant got really busy and fast. The minuses were a lackluster Greek salad, nothing special at all. And I was half way through my soup and salad when my glass of Zinfandel wine arrived. Our waitress apologized that the bar was slow, but for a simple pour of wine? For lunch I'd probably order a whole bowl of Maryland crab soup and order my wine upon seating. read more

Okay here is a honest review pros and cons , pros had the prime rib special on Wednesday great meal, salad was fresh and good size, prime was delicious, Brussels sprouts delicious, mash delicious, and the bread pudding was off the charts good, warm and yummy all you needed was a coffee or glass of milk all for $40 per plate can't beat it, service was good, kitchen was quick etc, Cons we ordered we ordered a bottle of Rose from France for $60, server came back with bottle from California and said , " this is what we replaced the bottle from France with. It was a bottle of Bonterra $10.99 at Total wine, the bottle from France Chateau Miravale Cotes de Provence $19.99 at Total wine, I understand everyone has to make a profit but $60 for $11 bottle of wine is just not right that's 445% profit or real close to it, now will we return? Yes, are we going to order bottle of wine? I doubt it. read more
