Unacceptable service and a complete lack of integrity…read more I brought my GMC Sierra in for a mechanical vacuum pump replacement under warranty. Shortly after returning home, I noticed oil dripping off the skid plate and onto the ground. Concerned about a potential issue with the repair, I had to return to the dealership to ensure it wasn't a live leak. This was after they already had the vehicle all day. I dealt directly with a customer service manager, Ken Baugh. Instead of actually fixing the issue, Ken chose to lie to my face and show me fake pictures to move me along and cover up sloppy workmanship. He specifically blamed a "pad" on the skid plate that supposedly hadn't been cleaned completely. After dropping and cleaning the skid plate myself today, I discovered that Ken had shown me a photo of a completely different vehicle--my truck does not have any padding on the skid plate. I ultimately had to crawl under the truck myself to verify the integrity of the repair. What I found was a complete mess. Below the area of the replaced vacuum pump, the differential housing and the skid plate were absolutely filthy with leftover oil. Worse yet, the technician had left the skid plate bolts loose. This was the state of the vehicle after "two cleanings"--supposedly one at the completion of the job and a second when I returned to the shop with an oil leak. When you go to a dealership for repairs, you expect professional service and basic honesty. Instead, I got a manager who fakes documentation to dismiss a customer's legitimate concerns and a technician who can't even torque down a skid plate or clean up after themselves. I had to spend my own time under the truck cleaning up their mess and tightening their loose hardware. I have zero trust in this dealer or their service department. Avoid at all costs.

Throughout the process, I was reassured that a deal could be worked out, but when it came down to the actual numbers, they did not align with what had been discussed. During our conversation, I also felt that some of my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed in a helpful and informative way. For example, when I asked questions about owning an electric vehicle such as what would happen if I ran out of power I was told I was "creating a horror film" in my head and "trying to be a director," rather than being given clear, reassuring information about how the vehicle actually works and what to expect. As a buyer especially someone making an important financial decision I believe it's reasonable to ask detailed questions and expect respectful, informative answers in return. Additionally, when I decided the vehicle was not the right fit and attempted to leave, it took multiple requests before my keys were returned. That experience made me uncomfortable and reinforced my decision to move on. I did continue my search at another dealership afterward and had a completely different experience one that was respectful, transparent, and pressure-free. That contrast made it very clear how important customer service and communication are during the car-buying process. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope that future customers are met with clear information, respect, and a more supportive approach when making such a significant purchase.

My husband called Ryan and talked with him. My husband, having done a fair amount of research, had the idea of doing a pretty large modification, mostly for safety and comfort sake. Ryan explained to him why he would not do much of the work that my husband was thinking of having done. He gave my husband clear understanding of what actually needed done based upon his experience with his own van and how my husband described how we would use the van. He did not try to upsell us on anything, and in fact undersold us, but the end product ended up being exactly what we needed. His shop did great work, they were super fast and the price was more than reasonable. We couldn't be any happier with the work that Ryan and his team did-they made the whole process seamless between them and Scenic Vans. We were able to pay without even coming into the shop. He is an honest businessman who does great work!

The service techs are also friendly and helpful. I would have given them another star because I've never had any issues here until recently. My vehicle started showing a safety restraint system notification, so I contacted Tesla through the app to make an appointment and have it checked out. The service tech I was messaging with confirmed that although my vehicle is no longer under the basic warranty, the safety restraint system warranty was still active. However, when I dropped off my vehicle, the person checking me in told me that my situation would not be covered under the warranty and that I would be charged a diagnostic fee. I was pretty annoyed, especially since I had dropped off my car early expecting the issue to be covered based on what I was previously told. The person checking me in was nice enough to make a future appointment for me in case the notification comes back, so I appreciated that. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with this issue again.

Unsatisfied customer. Engine light came on…read moreIt was told to me that its the catalytic converter by a test that was done at an initial auto store. I needed a second opinion, so I went to auto analytx. They did a free inspection. I asked about the most imminent service/important part that has to be fixed. Nothing was said about the engine trouble. They said the water pump is leaking that needs attention. A pressure test had to be done. I emailed thinking it would be repaired with that $263. Nope..and my fault for not understanding the jargon. I felt taken advantage and the whole thing was a waste of time.
