Stay focused when purchasing a car here. When we went in to sign off on our new car, they had increased the final out the door price we were given by the salesman by $1,000 with some fast talking and a flurry of last minute paperwork that superseded the original contract. We realized later that day that they had indeed padded the final cost by $1,000. What a great experience working with Porsche Rocklin! It started with a call to inquire about their services as I was turned away by other Porsche dealers in the Bay Area. None of the other dealers were willing to work on helping me get my car ready for the new smog requirements. My ask was to have the stock tune put back on my vehicle. My conversation with Arian was pretty straight forward and he got me scheduled at their earliest availability. When I arrived to the service department, I was pleasantly greeted and offered water, coffee, or tea before we even started to talk about the service. Their approach is very relaxed and welcoming. When we finished discussing the service, I was asked if I needed a ride anywhere while the car was in service. Being that my service was going to take a couple of hours, I decided to stay at the dealership. Arian walked me over to the waiting area and toured me though the amenities. Explained that there is courtesy wifi and restrooms nearby. I got setup on their work table area with power plugs and stools and a fantastic view of the service area. I tried to get work done but was distracted by the work going on in the clean service bays. Arian checked in on me several times to make sure I was ok. Making sure I had everything I needed and gave me status updates. I decided to take a break and walk around to admire the showroom cars on display. They had a couple classic 356s and a 2022 GT3 RS to admire. The 356s were just for show and the RS was sold. Everyone I ran into working there were pleasant and never did I ever feel pressured or out of place. It felt like everyone was just genuinely happy to be there and welcomed guests to enjoy the place. When my vehicle service was complete, Arian texted me and the car came back washed and fully inspected. The service recommendations were all online through a web link sent over text with the estimates. Very slick system. Again no pressure to get anything done but Arian kindly explained each one to make sure I understood what was recommended. I was escorted to the cashier and I was on my way. I truly wish all my dealership experiences were like this. I would definitely make the drive out here again for service despite being 1.5 hours away (in Napa). So when decided I really wanted a Porsche I thought I would receive the same great service that I experienced when I purchased my other cars. My sales person worked with me for nearly a year finding an open delivery slot where I could build the car to my exact specs. No upsell when you are in F&I finalizing the paperwork, walked me through the car, synched my Porsche Direct account to the car and took care of everything, as always. You are going to likely spend a chunk of change purchasing or leasing a Porsche and Niello treats you with the respect and care you would expect with this type of purchase. Eddie and Dia are the GOATs! I don't know where to begin regarding the most professional experience at a car dealership I've ever had. Some background info: my wife is pregnant and she needed a safer/reliable car to drive our first born baby around in. Coupled with the fact that her dream car was a Porsche Cayenne and her birthday is in June, I know what needed to be done. Eddie was nothing short of being thee most professional and concise representative for Porsche in helping me find the perfect car for the start of our growing family without any headaches during the transaction. I would have no problem with this dealer with the exception that they test drive new vehicles and vehicles on service visits at 80mph through residential areas adjacent to their dealership. You think that Porsche technician is babying your investment? No, he's driving it at 80mph through the neighborhood next door. When you live near this place, you can differentiate between a potential customer test driving a car and a technician conducting a 'test drive' on a customers car. Either way, expect the car to exceed 8k rpm on residential streets. This boggles the mind considering there is a literal freeway in their backyard, but the techs and sales guys don't care. Make sure you install a dash cam and review your service visits. These guys don't give a $hit about their neighbors or taking a customers car to the limit. Kids riding their bikes nearby be damned. read more

The experience with the service provided at Porsche by Rocklin Service Dealer was inadequate and unsatisfying. After a thorough investigation, it was concluded that Porsche of Rocklin was responsible for the damages caused by their failure to clamp the coolant hose properly. This resulted in significant damage and premature aging due to overheating that persisted for 45 minutes.. Unfortunately, this caused a lot of inconvenience to me when I was returning from my daughter's show in San Francisco, and I had no antifreeze in my car at 1 a.m. I had to drive from San Francisco to Oakland, and my vehicle was running rough and sweltering due to the lack of antifreeze. However, I had to keep driving as it was not safe for a single female to wait for a tow at that time. Since then, my car has been leaking antifreeze, and I had to replace the water pump, which cost $7,000. The reason I chose this particular dealer was that my mother was in hospice, and I needed to buy a new headlight for $6,000 from Rocklin Porsche. However, this turned out to be an issue as the headlight didn't work. Which brought me in to the Rockin dealer to get a major tune-up, which ended up being a inconvenience and cost me $800. To make matters worse, the $6,000 headlight came with no light bulbs, and they exchanged my old lights for the new headlamp for free. However, Rocklin Porsche never called me to address the problem they caused by not properly hooking up the hose to my car. The Porsche in Walnut Creek- Fabulous staff there confirms everything that happened. I believe it would be helpful if Rocklin Porsche took accountability for the damages they caused. This would benefit all parties involved, and I am willing to work with them to resolve this issue amicably. However, when I reached out to them, they only offered me a return and an oil change, which was not an adequate solution to the problems I faced due to their negligence. I found that we could not find a mutually beneficial solution to this problem. I reached out to American Express which had reversed all my charges. I hope to you all good being to avoid such incidents in the future with Rockin Porsche. Never use their services. read more

Very low budget and dishonest dealership. Just look at their bad Yelp feedback to see for yourself. Our sales guy Alan Lessa provided in-depth detail in our search for a used Macan, and he was super professional and straightforward...but not pushy, something that is exception in the car world today. We test drove and discussed Macan's in detail, and pretty much settled for a particular interion/exterior color combo. I'd especially like to call out Barry Evert, the Sales exec I worked with through the process. He had reached out to me a few months prior, and we had been in touch via text a few times between his initial outreach and my semi-impulsive dealership visit in early January to test drive (and purchase) the Macan.
