I greatly appreciate this service center! What a relief to know there's a team I can trust when something happens to my car. Mickey, your customer service was 10/10! Thank you for being so understanding, accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. And Christian, thank you for getting the job done and finally fixing the issue. I truly appreciate your hard work. More power to you guys and God bless you all! read more

Although this location is farther from me, I prefer bringing my Tesla here for service. Drop-off and pick-up are always easy, and I usually get my vehicle back within a couple of hours. The service techs are also friendly and helpful. I would have given them another star because I've never had any issues here until recently. My vehicle started showing a safety restraint system notification, so I contacted Tesla through the app to make an appointment and have it checked out. The service tech I was messaging with confirmed that although my vehicle is no longer under the basic warranty, the safety restraint system warranty was still active. However, when I dropped off my vehicle, the person checking me in told me that my situation would not be covered under the warranty and that I would be charged a diagnostic fee. I was pretty annoyed, especially since I had dropped off my car early expecting the issue to be covered based on what I was previously told. The person checking me in was nice enough to make a future appointment for me in case the notification comes back, so I appreciated that. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with this issue again. read more

A Truly Outstanding Experience with Byanka Ramirez at Tesla Rocklin! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Byanka Ramirez at the Tesla Rocklin Service Center on May 11th, and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, she went above and beyond in a way that deserves real recognition. Not only did she help me with my Tesla concerns, but she also took the time to show me how to upgrade and download everything into the system. Even though I used up some of her time, she never rushed me. She explained the Model Y Juniper features thoroughly and patiently, making sure I understood every detail. Her professionalism, clarity, and kindness were truly exceptional. She also helped me process a loaner vehicle and was incredibly thorough in explaining all the rules and expectations. I appreciated how she made everything easy to understand -- no confusion, no stress, just genuine support. What impressed me even more was how she made the impossible happen. I honestly did not expect my car to be ready the next day, but she made it happen. And the work done was excellent -- they replaced the damaged glass window rubber trim on the driver's side, and it was done perfectly. Although I'm scheduled at Tesla Sacramento in McClellan for the front bumper concern (since Rocklin doesn't have the equipment for that repair), I can confidently say that Tesla Rocklin did a wonderful job with everything they could handle. If they had the tools for the bumper repair, I'm certain I wouldn't need to be referred anywhere else. Byanka is the kind of employee every company wishes they had -- knowledgeable, patient, proactive, and genuinely caring. I truly wish all Tesla consultants and customer representatives were like her. She is an amazing employee who absolutely deserves recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you for the FANTASTIC service Tesla Rocklin! You rock!!! read more

Great customer service--they were able to get me in in a reasonable amount of time, and communication was simple. I'm looking forward to my new tires and new alignment . read more

Highly recommend. I got a strange error message in my Tesla Y about the auxiliary battery failing. I was a little panicked because I was more than 30 minutes away from home and the error was telling me I could loose power at anytime. I decided to drive straight to this service center that was only 3 minutes away. Staff were really nice, explained what it was- I was in and out in an hour for relatively cheap. Would go here again! read more

Just a quick shout out to the employees at the service center on Tinker Road in Rocklin... Everyone in that place is so friendly and laid-back and they all lean customer forward it's refreshing. Easy to talk to, easy to deal with, the manager of that place is a nice guy who also seems very customer oriented.. that kind of customer service and overall desire to please the customer and make things right would make me rethink buying any other brand of EV. read more

Have had more than a few "Why are we vibrating so violently" moments in the last several months (when driving over a certain speed). There were a couple scheduling hiccups at first (appointment got attached to the wrong vehicle, etc.), but honestly it was fixed pretty quickly and without drama. Brought the car in and Byanka was as sweet as can be. Rolling around with a perfectly aesthetic iced black coffee in a glass tumbler like the patron saint of service advisors. Friendly, welcoming, efficient. She got me in and out fast and has officially stepped into the role of my new best wingwoman after my former favorite advisor transferred locations (currently grieving). Car feels great, service was quick, communication solid. Only real complaint? The lobby music. And honestly, after hearing the same terrible playlist on repeat while waiting, I'd like everyone to extend these employees a little grace. Imagine listening to that for 8 hours a day and still managing to smile at customers. True resilience. read more

I'm a new Model Y owner and came in for my first service- tire rotation, windshield camera cleaning, and windshield inspection for the windshield protection plan. I came a few minutes late because I initially went to the sales center on Granite drive. The advisor was very friendly and the car was ready on time as promised. The price was very reasonable. read more

Nearly impossible to get a hold of and seem to just stop responding in the messenger app when you make a request. Really frustrating and making it hard to facilitate service with my Model Y. Hasn't always been my experience at this location but it has clearly gotten 10x worse read more

I recently purchased a 2022 Model Y and wanted to get the cabin air filters replaced, including the wiper blades, and rotate the tires because it is a used vehicle, and I wasn't sure what how well then previous owner maintained it. When I pulled up to the service center, there were A-frame signs indicating where to drop-off my car. There's even a red carpet leading into the customer service center. A nice little touch. All of the service appointment instructions are available in the Tesla app like where to drop-off the car upon arrival and the estimated service costs, so I already knew what I was going to pay. The app also updated with an estimated wait time. The estimated wait time was about 2 hours but my car is ready in less than 75 minutes. Steven was the Tesla rep who helped me out. He was great! He looked into the history of my car to see what maintenance was completed by the previous owner. As a new Tesla owner, and my first time servicing the car, I had a lot of questions about future service for my car. Steven was patient with me and answered all of my questions. I had a lot. The service center waiting area is actually pretty small with about 10 small leather chairs, a TV, water fridge, snacks (chips and granola bars), restrooms, and a coffee bar. The coffee car is actually legit. There are about a dozen different brands of coffee and creamer with two coffee machines (Kurig and espresso). As you can imagine, the service center is located in an industrial park, so there's nothing really around to walk to like a coffee shop or restaurant (at least in the general area) while you wait. Steven mentioned that the Tesla Service Center in Rocklin is the only Tesla service center in the Sacramento area that works on Cybertrucks, so this is the go to service center for all of you Cybertruck owners. Overall, my experience was great! Thanks again Steven and the Tesla technicians who worked on my car. read more

Great first time experience with this Tesla Service Center! The advisor/technicians are very helpful. I was at ease with their expertise and great customer service. The issues were resolved in the timeframe they estimated. The return of the car loan and picking up my car was all via app, a smooth process. Very efficient. I was very impressed with how organized and streamlined the entire process was. Communication via messages and they also called to provide an update when the car was done. Had a positive experience. Thank you. read more

I really wanted to give this service center a positive review because there were some things they did well. The service advisors communicated promptly through the Tesla app, and I appreciated being kept updated throughout the process. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I brought my Model X in for routine service along with a few minor issues. One of those issues involved the front windshield camera area needing to be cleaned. I was surprised to be charged $80 for this service, as it appears to be a common issue with Teslas and, in my opinion, should be covered as a courtesy. To make matters more confusing, I've read reviews from other Tesla owners who said they were not charged for the exact same service, so the pricing seems inconsistent. Another frustration was the amount of time it took before my vehicle was even worked on. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 a.m., but the service didn't begin until around 1:30 p.m., which pushed my pickup time past 6:30 p.m. If the vehicle wasn't going to be serviced for several hours, it would have been helpful to know that upfront. The biggest issue, however, happened after I picked up my vehicle. The passenger-side door would no longer open using either the interior or exterior button. As a result, I now have to make another trip back to the service center in two weeks. I was told I couldn't get an earlier appointment because it wasn't considered a "safety concern." I am highly confident this issue was caused during my service visit, as technicians were working on the trim around the door jambs. From my perspective, I brought my vehicle in for repairs, paid a significant amount for service, and left with a brand-new problem that the service center won't even prioritize fixing. That's incredibly frustrating and not the level of service I expect. I hope Tesla addresses both the inconsistent service charges and the quality control issues that led to this experience. I genuinely wanted to leave a positive review, but based on what happened, I can't recommend this service center in its current state. That said, I would be happy to update or change my review if the service center is willing to get my vehicle in sooner and promptly correct the issue that appears to have been caused during my original service appointment. I believe that would demonstrate a commitment to standing behind their work and making things right for their customers. read more

Wow, this was my first time at a service center since purchasing my Tesla. I was a little uncertain and did not know what to expect... but I was blown away by the exceptional customer service! It started out with being greeted at the door by name as I walked up, where they let me know that I'd already been checked in, and I could have a seat and help myself too something to drink or eat. They had commercial Keurig and Nespresso coffee, cold waters, and a variety of snacks to choose from while you wait. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I was there for a tire rotation and camera cleaning, and the turnaround was much quicker than I anticipated. I thought their prices were very good and straightforward, you know what you're getting into when you make the appointment on the app. A huge and special shout out to my service advisor Jose. From being met with an open door and personal greeting, to the availability and quick and easy checkout process, he went above and beyond and made it an amazing experience. Thank you so much and I can't recommend enough! read more

Beware! Had my Model X repaired here under warranty. The issue that was "repaired" returned quickly. Now that I'm going back up there for other work I requested that they readdress the failed repair that was covered under warranty LESS THAN A YEAR AGO! The answer I got was that even though this repair happened under warranty I have to come out of pocket since the warranty just expired a few months ago. Not only that but it's a $250 fee just to look at it. Tesla is fine during your warranty period but once's that's over I would consider selling because they won't stand by the repairs that they do inside of the warranty window. read more

I brought in my 2021 Tesla Model Y after all the cameras and lights began glitching immediately following the most recent software update. Even the service representative acknowledged that the failure was linked to the update, and showed me a record confirming this. After inspection, I was told the vehicle required a full computer replacement -- at a cost of $2,100, which I had to pay out of pocket. I requested that Tesla consider this under goodwill service, as the issue was clearly triggered by a software change, not by neglect or misuse. Unfortunately, my request was denied with little to no explanation. While I understand the car is out of warranty, it's extremely frustrating to be held financially responsible for a failure directly tied to a Tesla-initiated update. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. This will be my last Tesla. I can no longer recommend the brand and will actively discourage others from purchasing one based on my experience. read more

This Tesla service center has to be the best. Tesla has really stepped up on their customer service. I've had prior experience at other locations, which kind of left me wondering. So You schedule your service on your Tesla app and you show up & drop your car to a smiling face. It's too easy okay super easy. They always have a loaner car available. Every time I drop off my car. May it be a small or big service. I love their snack bar. There's coffee, water and even cuppa noodles.and cereal cups. Cold drinks, sweet smiles & fun car with free charge for the day! Service center is terrible. The lady from a service center so unprofessional and show her attitude every single time. I think it's important I leave a review for this service center. I've had bad experiences at the Stockton service center so when I started having issues with my door (loose bolt inside the door panel) I got so much anxiety. I'm happy to say that I'm really pleased with the repair quality and consumer service I received from this Rocklin location! They were patient and answered all my questions over the phone. Once I got to the location, the customer service at the front desk was exceptional. The service advisor was knowledgeable, kind, and understanding of my situation. It took them about an hour and a half to disassemble my door panel and figure out the issue. I had assumed I needed a complete window regulator replacement, but they ended up saving me money by figuring out that a couple of bolts were loose in my door that were causing the issue. When I got to my car, I immediately checked my door panel in fear that they might have done secondary damage during the repair process. Not an issue here at all, they gave my car back in the exact condition I gave it to them (the issue I had at the Stockton location). Overall this experience gave back my confidence in Tesla service centers. This will be my new go to service location moving foreword! 20/10 highly recommend! read more

Tesla Service Center - Tesla Model 3 2024 LR - Auto Repair Near Me - Rocklin, California

Tesla model 3, 2018 wheel alignment. Car was pulling left, figured an alignment will fix it. I paid $275 for the service and ended up with the same pull. With vehicle raised, the tech did not check for obvious things on suspension, failing to notice (or to tell me?) that the front lower arm bushings were cracked. Easy and quick find at home... after they wanted me to schedule another appointment for additional fees, in order to investigate. The tech was either not competent enough or not honest. Took it to a different shop, replaced the lower arms and realigned, which took care of the problem. Very disappointed, paid high fee assuming first hand professionalism instead ended up with wasted time and money. read more

This is my 2nd part of my review. Everything turned out wonderful at the Tesla Service Center. People were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They explained that I had to come into the Service Center because the repairs I needed could not be done in my garage. I only waited 45 minutes, and rescheduled the 2nd warranty repair for first week of September. They did confirm that I will be able to get a loaner car at the appointment. So I am happy, happy, and the only reason I did not give them 5 stars, which they deserved, is because they didn't wash my car -- most dealers do! read more

Came in with a crack on my back window that I believed to be covered by warranty as there was no impact marks that caused the crack and both Steven at the front desk as well as the glass specialist working at the time were both super helpful in helping me fix my issues under warranty! I took my M3 here for warranty work. I dropped off at 10 AM for an 11 AM appointment. I was told would be ready at 5:30 that day. I was given Uber credits to get home. At 4 PM I was told they would need it into the next day. Not a big deal I have another car and had leftover uber credits if needed. At 4:30 the next day I was told it would take into the next evening. After 6 that day received a call and a text stating car was done. Due to work I was unable to pick up that night. Contacted Tesla the next day to say I would pick up later and that my uber credits were now expired. Tried for several hours to get more credits and was told they were checking with the manager. Several hours later needing my car back I paid for uber on my own. Very poor customer service. read more

I just left there and the team was amazing. I accepted the cost estimate prior to coming, even though it was scary. This Tesla Service Center consistently goes above and beyond anytime I come in for any needs, whether it is parts or service. Everyone, from the advisors, techs (on-site and mobile), and manager genuinely take pride in their work and it makes the usual dreaded car service experience go extremely smooth. The communication is excellent, everyone is friendly and professional, and all concerns always completely addressed. If you need any parts or service for your Tesla, this is the location to visit...even if it is out of your way, it is worth it. read more

I missed my window to leave a service review on the Tesla app, so am posting this public one instead. We chose this location because of availability; the Arden location was booked solid. Coming from Davis, it is a bit of a schlep, but we were very pleased with the service here, as well as the convenience. No overcrowded parking lots here! Service tech explained work done and showed me how to check brake fluid myself for next time--I appreciated that. We had some questions on the bill and they were resolved amicably. I like Tesla's transparency on service charges and I never have the feeling they 'pad' the scope of work. I think the charges are reasonable and am happy with the value. I'd definitely come here again! read more

Dropped car on Friday, I didn't expect work to begin until Monday. But no work has been started and it's midday on Wednesday.
