He had the wheel off by the time I decided to go next door to enjoy a beverage at Gander while I waited. When I returned to the shop, he man that helped me was busy with another person in the office. We took a trip to Reno, then we got a flat on Sunday. We couldn't find a place for the tire since…read moreit was Sunday. We called this place since it was on the way home and they said they could help us. We got there, the tire was installed, then we had to go back because he forgot to give us our old tire that we requested back. Then we had to go back again because he forgot to put the chain back up from the bottom of the van. We finally hit the road and got a flat tire about 10 minutes later on the tire they replaced! Mind you, we were grateful the guy stayed and we tipped him generously so to be treated like this is ridiculous. I called the manager for refund. Cindy states she cannot give a refund without inspecting if the tire. I told her I love 1.5 hours away (3 hours round trip) and have to pay toll just to get a $75 refund? She said, "well you could have hit a nail as soon as you left my shop." She doesn't even believe that. I think it's ridiculous to get a used tire that has an obvious leak and they do not take accountability. Do NOT go here! Management needs to do better and take some customer service classes.
