Would not go back here ever again. This place was a real disappointment. I came to get new tires after one of mine was punctured in an accident. They didn't tell me until the service was done that the rims they put the new tires on were bent. My car is virtually underivable. They also added hidden fees and services into an invoice that they never showed me until after I paid. I felt taken advantage of and the guy (a larger guy I think his name was Tim) was short and rude throughout my time working with him. The staff here are warm and welcoming, and they work hard to meet your needs. They have stood behind their lifelong alignment contract, and they are really friendly when you stop by for free air. My only less-than-great experience was when I took in my nearly new tire for a nail removal/repair. I was told the nail was too close to the tire wall, so I would need a new tire that was hard to find and would have to be shipped for an extra $100. I ended up going to Big O, which had my tire in stock, only to find out that they could repair it for free. It's possible the extra safety standards at Firestone are necessary, but I think they are corporate's way of selling more tires. That said, I really like the local people and will continue to go there for alignments and other services. read more

My girlfriend had been using this location for several years because they talk to you nicely when you are in doing business with them but don't be fooled. I caught them improperly torquing our lug nuts down last week when I had to do a wheel repair myself. After torquing down the nuts on the wheel I was working on I checked the others and found some lug nuts on 2 of the 3 remaining wheels loose. Prior this this I found they failed to check the air filter during repeated oil changes. I found it filthy, black, and even had particles of leaves in it. They used the excuse that an inspection during an oil change has to be requested. I've never heard of this from any good shop. Before this, they failed to visually inspect our cabin air filter but recommended my girlfriend replace it even though it was brand new. They obviously don't mind taking advantage of unsuspecting women. We will never use this location again. Don't be fooled with their friendly customer service because they might act nice but they are con-artists, totally incompetent, or both. read more

One star is generous. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, wiper blade replacement and a battery check. I now have an oil leak, my driver side windshield wiper flew off on the freeway and I have a different battery but I am having it checked to see if it is good. I called Firestone to let them know of these issues and they said they cannot look at them until after the holidays, that would be a week and a half after the work/damage was done. I will NEVER do business with Firestone again and will not recommend them to anyone. Consumer beware!!! read more

Went for an oil change, got home and discovered they had broken off the hood release lever, when I called, they denied it, then the manager said a new one was like $120 but he would waive the labor charge. Been using pliers ever since. 2. Daughter brought her car in a new tire, afterwards I discovered there was only 3 lug nuts on it and they let her drive off like that!! I had the worst customer service at this facilty today. Yesterday I phoned to make an appointment to have an oil change on my vehicle. The Customer Service Rep(CSR) advised that they were very busy but could fit me in that day if I left the vehicle with them for the day. I mentioned to him that I could not leave it for the day but I could drop it off for the service the following day and leave it with them for service. The CSR agreed and advised me to drop it off the following morning. I drove to the facility, after rallying my wife to follow me to the store for a ride home. I arrived at the shop at 9 am to drop off the vehicle. When I arrived, the CSR told me that they were no longer accepting drop offs. I explained to him that I had spoke with a CSR the prior day and they had told me to drop off the car. The CSR said that it didn't matter and they could not service the vehicle. Am I upset, just a little but I'm sure that I can find another service facility that will take my money read more

Shitty place took advantage of my mother in law. She had a nail in one of her tires she bought back in December mind you she never drives only to club house and she picked up a nail. They told her she needs to repace all four tires since it's all wheel drive so they bought all four tires but they told they guy at front 3 times that we wanted to keep the other three tire that were pretty much brand new. We get the car home at about 5:30 got home and realize they were not in there called over to Firestone at 5:50 (right before they closed ) and they said that they're not open on 4th so come back over on Friday and they will give them back. May have forgot about putting in car. What do you know we go over there early this morning and surprise they can't find the tires. Laying out there teeth saying. Someone can can picked them up already. Sorry yesterday was a holiday. I highly doubt they got picked up. I had a low tire pressure alert just as I had loaded all three of my kids in the van to go to dance class and my husband had left town for the week! In a panic I arrived at the Firestone and James was so helpful. He took the time to explain how to fill the tires and showed me where to locate the sticker indicating how many pounds per tire. He discovered I had a nail in the tire. Filled it up and told me to come back after I was done taking my kids to dance class. I arrived less than 1 hour before closing and they still got my car in right away, stayed late, and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would not recommend going here. I don't know why they decided to put someone up front with such terrible customer service. I've tried to go in twice and each time it's the same guy with an attitude. You can clearly tell he doesn't want to be there and treats every customer as if they are a burden to him. If you are willing to put up with long wait times and rude service then stop in for a visit. My Husband dropped off his truck at 7:15 am for warranty tire replacement/repair was told it would be ready by 1:30pm .He got a ride to pick up the truck after work .no word all day from store and truck was not even touched during any of this time when he arrived after 1:30 pm. Update Back to one star.. On my previous review I explained how my entire weekend was ruined due to having to drive out of town back to Firestone on a Saturday & Sunday due to the inability to align my car. After 5 attempts, it was 5pm on Sunday, weekend gone. I was told by 2 employees that I'd have a $100 credit for the trouble that could be applied to my next service. So I called last week to see if it could be applied to a battery replacement. *No one knew what I was talking about*, naturally... They suddenly forgot the ordeal & the credit I was promised by manager (tall guy who kept apologizing after every failed alignment). Of course.................................... I don't appreciate the incompetence, the hassle & being lied to. I took my business elsewhere for the battery replacement. Id never had a problem in the past. We run a small business and had appts to get to. They still had an hour left of the business day when they said this. A simple repair that would have taken 10mins. So tired of how businesses just don't care about customer service anymore. We went up the street to tires direct and even though they were busy they listened to my needs and got me in right away. I went to Firestone today to have a tire fixed. She warned me in advance that if they couldn't fix the tire I would have to replace all 4 tires since it is an all wheel drive. When she called me back later she told me that they couldn't fix it and I would need to buy new tires, surprise, surprise. I took my car and went to Les Schwab and they fixed it in about 15 minutes for free. They told me it was a small screw piece and it was an easy fix. The service is good and the service technicians always explain what they are doing and if they recommend any additional services. they also do not pressure us if we want to wait on a recommended service the next time we come in. Gam helped us with our last service on Friday March 22. He was professional, courteous and helpful. The prices are fair and competitive. No service is performed without prior authorization. This sucks.. because really trusted these guys.. and their prices were higher than others.. I got my tires here, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I used to have my oil change somewhere else, but they really take care of me here. I came here for my oil change knowing I would leave with suggestions of improvements. After my oil change, while driving, my car filled with fumes, like exhaust fumes. I called them and let them know that it was overwhelming and they said they wouldn't have done anything for it to do that. I said "it didn't did this before." They advised me to bring it back. When I got home, I popped up the hood and found out why.. THEY DIDN'T PUT THE OIL CAP BACK ON. So I called again to let them know. They did suggest I drive out back, but after oil already covered everything under the hood, I didn't want to drive it anymore. They did tell me to bring it at my convenience so they could check over my car, clean it and give me a refund. When I finally brought it back, the store manager Tim, got me in right away, put on my profile that a mechanic forgot to put on the oil cap, refunded my money(and refunded an oil cap I bought) and sent me on my way. I am happy with the service they gave me, Although you guys really messed up, but Firestone acknowledged the mistake they had made and wanted to make it better. Since I had my flat fixed late one day, had them do my radiator replacement...thought I would gom by today and get a quote for front brakes and shocks all around. went in, new people at the computers, was hoping to find the manager(a lady) as she was very informative and knowledgeable. Not there. So I waited while gentleman took care od a customer, then he went into the shop and was gone. another guy was training someone, after about 10 minutes another guy came in and was waited on by the trainer. If your going to have your tires rotated make sure that you take pictures of your wheels before they start working on them. I'm pretty sure that I had all the covers on my lug nuts. They called me after the work was done to let me know one of the covers was missing. Why didn't they call me before the started working on the tire? This way I would have known for sure if it was my fault. They would not claim responsibility that possibility while they worked on my tire they lost it! It is a big lesson learned that from now on I will take pictures of all my wheels. Just beware!!! read more
