During the summer they do not turn on the air making the environment uncomfortable even though it's a 100 degrees outside. My tech didn't speak English well so she would communicate in an aggressive way, she was rude! I asked her about a color someone else was getting and she didn't understand so she asked someone to translate. They told her I asked about the color and she told them it was too late for me to change colors. I was in the middle of telling the lady to tell her I didn't want that color I was asking for future references and in the midst of that, the lady just started taking off my gel aggressively and mumbling something under her breath. I told the other lady to tell her I didn't want her to remove the color I chose for this visit, I was just inquiring about the future. I had went there four times and after the first time the nail lady was rude. I would be the only black person at times and since the nail tech didn't speak English she would have the main lady come and talk to me about my hands sweating, making me uncomfortable because people would be looking cause the way she would approach me. I told her they don't turn on the air and they don't have fans to accommodate the 100 degree weather. The main person told me next visit I would get a dryer manicure. At my next appointment it was given away to someone else and was not communicated, even though the night prior someone texted to confirm I was still coming. They told me to go to someone else and I had brought my own portable fan, and I told them I wouldn't of traveled here with my fan, if I would've known they were giving my appointment away. The other main lady and the nail tech talked back and forth and finally they told the person in my spot to go to the other person. At that point it was obvious their customer service skills is only good on instagram in their reels. Other than that the environment is low, the customer service is bad, the place is hot, and the prices are high based on the environment being provided, that you can't feel the ac in the summer.
