I looked for a trustworthy company and thought to check my church. I found Joe Ochoa Roofs and Even More in my church bulletin so I called them. From the first contact I was impressed with their company history of 50 years in business in Houston and that they are family owned and operated business. The roof they installed came with a comprehensive warranty from the material manufacturer and the workmanship. The value that the salesman presented left us educated and more than pleased with the value of their roof system. The final outcome left us very satisfied and secure knowing our home has the highest quality roof available in Houston. We're happy to recommend Joe Ochoa Roofs to anyone. You will be glad that you did.

As the submitted pictures reflect, there was some damage done to our hardiplank plank siding. We were promised the company would return in a couple of days to complete the undone work and repair the unsightly damage and exposure they caused; but they never returned or responded to us. After a few months of this abandonment, we decided to contract the repairs and remaining work with other contractors' outfits. The damage Ochoa Roofing did here was an unexpected and very expensive headache to deal with. Then, now six months later, Ochoa Roofing has reached out for the remaining balance in full. Outrageous!! They have been unreasonable and difficult to deal with and offered me a very slight discount if I would not report this and warn other consumers. I was sadly mistaken in trusting that this company would take good care of our property, do good work and be reasonable to deal with. They did not take care of our property or repair the property damage they did here. After all our hardship and extra expense incurred, I would not be able to recommend doing business with this company! Only a star in order to post this review. Otherwise...zero stars!

Jason, the owner, was extremely attentive and responsive from the very beginning. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood the condition of my roof and the options available. What really stood out was how quickly he provided quotes and invoices, and how willing he was to work with me to find a fair and competitive price. Unlike many other roofing companies I contacted--who would only move forward if I was filing an insurance claim--Jason was willing to come out, assess the damage, and focus on exactly what I needed. He clearly explained what repairs were urgent and what could wait, which I truly appreciated. His team was professional, efficient, and did a great job on the repairs. Everything was completed on time, and Jason followed up with photos and communication throughout the process to make sure everything met expectations. Overall, the level of professionalism, honesty, and customer service was excellent. I've recommended Jason and his company many times already and will continue to do so for any future roofing needs.

It was obvious to Oscar when he climbed up on the roof that I was going to have to replace the whole roof. Oscar showed me the pictures and didn't charge me for coming out. Oscar then told me about Local roofing and Restoration. He told me that they do great work and he really trusts them when his customers need a new roof. I can't say enough great things about this company. First off every time my insurance company showed up to perform another inspection after hurricane Beryl Adi and his team were here to help represent us and climb on the roof with the inspector. Adi and Marisa would go to bat for us with the insurance company to make sure that the insurance company was doing what was right and in our best interest. I got a very fair quote and great price from their company in the end despite all the extra hours they spent helping me deal with our insurance company. Adi was always just a text away when I had questions, and I would usually get an immediate response, I never even had to call the office. I let them know when I was ready to have the roof installed, Adi came by to show me samples and let me pick out the color that I wanted. It was installed two days after because they had to order the color, and someone took the last slot for the following day before I could sign my contact and pick out the color that I wanted, which was a dark black. Today they came out to install the new roof and it came out so nice! The workers hauled off all the trash and left us with a beautiful new roof. I am so thankful that I was referred to such a great company. It's tough to know who to trust with all the scammers out there. I will definitely be referring my family and when they have roof problems or need a new roof installed.

Stephen is honest, caring and a GREAT SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. The quote he gave us was transparent; labor cost, material cost and top notch products. (he was almost half the price of a big roofing company and their quote was not transparent; he couldn't help us determine why it was so high either.. it didn't add up!) His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot. I called ASAP; they initially advised that they were behind on schedule (makes sense due to the hurricane) so it would be a few days before they could get to me. Fortunately, once I gave my address they realized someone was in the neighborhood and they came and gave me a quote that same day. Wow! The quote was a fraction, I mean like an insane fraction, of what was being quoted to me by multiple parties. They also advised my roof had several more years left on it before I needed to consider replacement. The roofer was here within the time frame he advised, did one more final inspection to ensure he was fixing all the necessary areas and discussed them with us, finished and explained what he had done. I was so happy to have found them! I do recommend their services for anyone in need!!! Fair rates and great service!!
