After a Sculptra laser treatment, I was told it was safe to return 11 days later for a HydraFacial. During that visit, the esthetician upsold me on a 20% salicylic acid peel and red light therapy. The moment it was applied, my face started burning intensely and had to be neutralized multiple times. Despite being told peeling wouldn't happen, my skin peeled badly and I was left with visible burn marks and discoloration. A dermatologist later confirmed that combining these treatments so close together is not considered safe (even a quick google search or chatgpt search will say its UNSAFE) When I asked for a refund on my remaining balance (I was sold a laser/hydrafacial package), the clinic refused to consider it unless I came back to be evaluated by their dermatologist -- after they already injured me. They stalled, passed the issue around, and took zero accountability. They're happy to upsell aggressive treatments, but when something goes wrong, you're on your own. Protect your face and go elsewhere. I still have multiple treatments outstanding that I already paid for that I will not be getting.

Hanna Prange and John Kim at Therapydia Queen Anne are the best I've ever worked with. Hanna excels not only in her domain knowledge but also in her work ethic, empathy, and patience. I came to her with severe arthrofibrosis and extremely limited range of motion (~30 degrees), the result of a post-surgery knee infection in China. I was fortunate that a friend who'd experienced similar conditions had worked with Hanna and referred me to her. Before my scar tissue debridement surgery (which my severe condition required), Hanna supported me with both her expertise and emotional encouragement. She exhausted every avenue to prepare my knee for the procedure, and my surgeon was genuinely impressed by how much range of motion she was able to recover even before the operation. Because of the groundwork Hanna laid, I came out of surgery with results that even my surgeon didn't expect given the severity of my condition. Post-surgery, Hanna and John collaborated on a tailored recovery plan that helped me regain roughly 140 degrees of range of motion - and I'm still improving. What truly set Hanna apart from the other physical therapists I had worked with previously was her willingness to explore various treatment options, her approach to tailoring care to each patient's unique situation, her persistence in root-causing issues and finding the right solutions, and above all, her calm presence and emotional support throughout the process. To me, a great physical therapist isn't measured solely by their clinical expertise - it's how much their patients trust and rely on them. By that measure, Hanna is the best!
