Unless you get a bugger honking like a mad man or something (unlikely but possible I imagine) you'll never know it's the middle of the city on the other side of the fence. They have a hot tub, sauna, cold showers, quiet space, and body work options. I opted for a massage to loosen up some stress from the week. SO good I fell asleep which I don't think ever happened to me during a massage before. Entry is super affordable and the sign in/up process is easy. Some things to note that may bee important to you: it is all gender, lgbtq friendly, 18+, clothing optional, alcohol free, outside food and drink welcome but no glass, 25 person limit, and a 3 hour maximum. Online scheduling is also a huge plus and very easy. The sauna is infrared, which is disclosed and does fine even if not my preference and it's a little difficult not to get water everywhere with the way the shower and tub are set up. Those would be my nitpicky complaints and overall, it's very well worth it especially since you can have a second person for only $20 and the time slot isn't shared/community. They also seem to have deals throughout the year, so that makes it even better. Overall, pleased with this place and can definitely see coming back again when I'm in the area!

After a brief tour of the facilities, we both changed into our swimsuits, showered, and headed to the main area to start our time. We started out with what I would call wellness tinctures which we drank before deciding what type of journey we would embark upon. The smell of sandalwood wafted from freshly lit incense and the whole vibe of the place was relaxing. They really did a great job of creating space that felt like a nice retreat from the outside world. Posted on the wall near the incense were different suggested orders for enjoying the tubs and saunas to achieve different goals. I liked this because it gave me a great way to feel like i was maximizing my time there as well as maximizing the benefits of this space. Go check this place out!

I booked two treatments for me and a friend and prepaid in advance. I received multiple email confirmations for these treatments for the dry sauna and massage/facial leading up to the appointments with encouragement to arrive early and enjoy the amenities. My friend and I arrived early to see a sign at the checkout desk saying that the person at the desk had stepped away and to call a number to check in. Upon calling, I spoke to a nice person who said they would find someone to check us in. A person showed up a few minutes later claiming that they were not the front desk but were going to help us. They seemed annoyed that we had arrived early saying that our appointments were at a later time. I shared that we received multiple emails telling us to come 15 min early to the dry sauna first before our appt. The response was "Oh that's a back office thing." They led us into a waiting area to fill out our liability forms, gave us locker room keys, and left. We were unsure of where to go after we completed the forms, so we found the lockers thinking to get ready. Upon opening the lockers, there were no robes or slippers, so we went back out to the waiting room. When the person helping us showed up again, we told them that we didn't see any robes in the lockers and they said "Yeah the person responsible for restocking the robes didn't do it today so you can use a towel." I clarified that they meant for us to just walk out in a towel in this public space (near the hotel gym) and they said "Yes - some guests have done that." It felt like they were being dismissive and just didn't want to be bothered. They left us alone to wait in the waiting area. As we sat there, we noticed there was a little table meant for water and snacks but the snack bowls were empty, there was no water, and only hand sanitizer. At that point, we decided that the first impression the spa was making on us was a bit unacceptable and it felt like they were unprepared for any guests. Customer service was not present and we generally felt unwelcome and left to our own devices. We decided to call the spa phone line again to share feedback and cancel our services. I would not suggest booking treatments here. My friend and I booked this for a spa weekend getaway and were extremely disappointed as we both flew in from out of state for this. One "positive" is that the person we complained to was able to refund us and apologize but it was still a pretty big let down overall.

They have 3 mini pools to soak in and 3 saunas and of course showers, bathrooms, and a relaxing area with water and tea. Makes a great place to bring a book! I enjoyed that it was a quiet sauna and spa, meaning no or very hushed little talking. Very different than what I'm used to but I can see how it can make relaxing at the sauna a more positive experience. They also host a lot of fun events that are talking friendly, if that's more your jam! I really enjoyed the experience!

The infrared saunas here are hot but a nice way to relax and detox!…read more I received a gift card to try this place out from an acquaintance, so decided to swing by. We booked an infrared sauna session (sweat with a friend) for the evening. This location is tucked away in a small strip mall and once you arrive, you are greeted, sign a form, and remove your shoes before entering the main area. The sauna space was nicely organized. There are sauna booths that are separated and have a little bit of space diretly in front of the sauna entrance covered by a curtain that allows you to undress and store your belongings. In our space, we had a timer, a call button for the front desk, a mini fridge with cold hand towels, a sign with all the different color options for the chromotherapy, and a small bench/basket for your belongings. As someone who does not regularly go to saunas, I had to take several breaks throughout the 45-minute session, but it definitely did its job and had me sweating! We enjoyed being able to adjust the colors for the chromotherapy as well. After our session, we were able to rinse off in the shower, and there is a sand room in the back where they set up some non-caffeinated tea for you to decompress. I enjoyed this part because the sand was so smooth and soft, and they do their best to create a calm ambience in the room even if you are just looking at a mural of the ocean. Some downsides for me personally: I felt the space was a bit small and cramped. Each sauna and other offered services are in small box-like rooms that aren't full rooms (the walls do not reach the ceiling). There was only one shower room, and the sand room was a bit tight (only 4 seats). I'd be curious to see if the other locations have a similar or different layout. Additionally, because the walls of the rooms do not reach the ceiling, nothing is soundproof. You can still hear some noise from other folks while in your sauna and are encouraged to keep noise to a minimum to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, I believe there is supposed to be a way to connect a bluetooth device in your sauna as advertised on the website, but we couldn't really figure out and weren't sure if it was a good idea to bring any devices in as it was super hot. That said, it wasn't something we absolutely needed so we just decided to hop in and enjoy the sweat. We enjoyed our infrared sauna and would recommend it if it is something you are looking to do regularly. It looked like they had several different membership options that give you access to different services each month.
