For someone that doesn't finish their coffee I finished ALL of mine. You know it's a good-bold flavor when it's been watered down by the ice at the end and it's still good. They also sell a mix of Kona & Brazilian beans, if you know anything about Kona coffee you know they are GOOD beans. Their baked goods are 10/10 Best butter and chocolate croissants I've had in a while. Very filling and not airy like most others. The mission behind the company is also very respectable. My first time stopping by the quenched trailer, I got a tiramisu latte and I was hooked. Both the tiramisu latte and pandan latte were the perfect sweetness level (not too sweet) and tasted amazing. I was really hoping for the famous caramelized sugar top of creme brulee, but it wasn't there. We also got an individual sized carrot cake, which I liked. However, if you do not like raisins, you may not like it because they put so many raisins in this cake. Overall, my experience was pretty good, although the service was a little bit slow.

This is also a proper cafe where people work on their laptops, like work work. It's also a place where regulars visit so there's a neighborhood feel. It reflects the diversity of the Bay Area and especially the East Bay. It's just a vibe all around. One of my favorite cafes, hands-down. This place is filled with people doing work, chatting with friends, and no one felt rushed. The barista was patient with me and explained that this place is completely vegan. The food also seemed to be on the healthier side, with attention paid to quality of ingredients. My oatmilk latte was deliciously creamy and I was shocked at how much I loved the lemon raspberry donut. The donut was moist , fresh and not too sweet. I sat on the comfy couch and journaled. They straight up ignored me while I stood there waiting and watched as the barista (a whites woman) pushed my drink aside to make everyone else drink before mine. Like literally waiting until the line was gone and no more orders. (Also this has happen more than once. It's a pattern). What is the point of online order if I could have just gotten in line? I was happy to find this location only about 8 minutes from my hotel. Unfortunately, when I put the location into my navigation app, the directions showed a completely incorrect route of over 8 hours! I mentioned the issue to the manager, who was very nice and told me she would contact someone to have it corrected, but unfortunately it still hasn't been fixed. Since I'm unfamiliar with the area, I tried again another day and ended up driving around lost and was about 30 minutes late to work because I couldn't get accurate directions to the store. I really enjoy Coffee Bean, and I would have stopped here several more times during my stay. It may only represent a few cups of coffee from me, but inaccurate directions could also be costing this location other customers who simply give up trying to find it. Hopefully management can get the map/navigation listing corrected soon. It would make a big difference for customers who aren't familiar with the area.
