The older lady who did my pedicure was rough, rushed through it, and didn't seem to care at all. At one point she even cleaned one of her pedi utensils on my foot, which honestly grossed me out. I had grown out my toenails specifically so they could all be trimmed to the same length, and she completely butchered them -- they came out uneven and just wrong. I don't know if it was because it was my first time here, but for something I paid for, I expected so much better. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is because of Jennie, who did my gel manicure. She was fantastic -- attentive, skilled, and clearly cares about her work. If I ever come back, it'll only be for her. As for the pedicure, I'm genuinely so upset about how it turned out. I won't be trusting anyone else here with my feet again.

The place is clean, bright, and has a relaxing vibe with good music. Elena did an excellent job on my feet with zero judgment. My toes still look great after two weeks. My OG nail tech Ella left and each time I had my nails done by someone new it seemed as if they'd never done nails before. Come to think of it I didn't notice licenses displayed in the salon, but I could be misremembering. Regardless, my final visit was because a nail tech filed off my pedicure gel so aggressively that I was almost in tears. NAILS SHOULDN'T HURT. Well, I guess it's on me that I went back. My son wanted a mani pedi and it's nearby so we went. I assumed when I sat down that there were multiple techs working, but no...it was one woman. Our nails (two mani/pedis) took 2.5 hours. She was very sweet but also seemed new. She applied a fake nail to one of my fingers and ended up ripping the builder gel off my finger. She then applied a gel x which worked fine. During my pedicure I pointed out that I had a blister on the pad of my big toe so no callus treatment, but she wouldn't listen. She did the callus on my heel then started on the area with the blister and WOULD NOT STOP. I had to pull my foot away and say "ENOUGH! No more!" Again, this is all as my child is there and dying to get nails so I'm just trying to get through it. The cuticles on my toes are red and sore today. I'm really disappointed. While we were there a woman came in with her gel x nails broken that she got done on Saturday, two days before. Finally, the manager or owner --idk...male-- was vaping inside the salon. Insane. To add insult to (literal) injury...the whole thing cost me $200. Girl. And that was with discounts like not charging me for the nail she ripped off my finger I guess. Then when I went to add a tip -- always tip 20%! -- I told the guy behind the counter to give her $40. That's what 20% of $200 is and outside of my foot, she worked very hard and my son LOVED her. The manager dude looked at me and had the nerve to whisper "No! That's too much!" Like...if I knew my manager tried to talk someone out of tipping me after 2.5 hours of work are you EVEN kidding me. I'm sure she works on commissions so tips help to make up for a slow day. Like I said, I have my license and I've worked in salons and had my own business for a while. So, yeah...last time ever. 2 stars because my nails do look good but I shouldn't have been in pain and it shouldn't have taken 2.5 hours.

To avoid further tension, I picked a different color under pressure. I contacted them afterward, and the response was incredibly unprofessional. Management argued with me via text, citing "camera footage" to claim I wasn't actually uncomfortable. It's a shame that being polite and "smiling" while leaving is being used against me to deny that the service was tense. They offered a small discount for a redo ($15 instead of $25), but at this point, I'd rather go to a salon where the staff is actually friendly and I don't have to argue with management just to be heard. Edit: The owner ignored my private text regarding a technician speaking poorly about me, yet chose to respond publicly instead. This lack of professionalism is exactly why I requested a female technician. Furthermore, at no point was I offered a redo or even a basic apology for the hostile environment. Beware: if the staff is comfortable speaking negatively about clients in the salon, your experience won't be any different. Check the attitude before this business fails. RIP and good luck

It was my first time here and was given water and seated within 10 minutes. I shared an inspo photo and Lin immediately picked out 2 similar shades of burgundy for me to choose from. She paid great attention to detail which is important to me as a perfectionist. :) It seems like my nails are sturdy and the design looks great. The total was $50 + tip with the design (I did not get tips added to my nails). All she cares about is money as she accepts anyone who walks in through those doors but yet doesn't give a rats ass about people who have actual appointments. She gave me a time for 7:40. & she said Amy will be free. 7:10 came around, I called to see if Amy IS actually going to be available because I don't want to go & wait again for 40 minutes like the last time. But this time the owners sister answered the phone and she said wait let me confirm with Amy. She confirmed with Amy & she got back on the line with me saying 'no Amy can't take you at 7:40 because she's been busy all day today but you can come at 9pm'. I'm sorry, what? 9pm? Your boss sets up appointments for her employees at certain times yet last minute you want to change the time from 7:40 to 9pm? Never will I be stepping a foot in this salon again after the amount of disrespect I've received from the owner herself. I can go on & on about lot of other things I've encountered within the last 4yrs of being a customer here but I'd rather let the Better Business Bureau handle it moving forward. Amy, if you see this.
