AMAZING BLESSING for our family! LESS STRESS WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. I received a medical diagnosis a few days before our move and I was freaking out about having to move without fully prepping the move or being able to do much the last few days. I explained this to Robert and he told me many times on the phone not to worry and not to stress. Robert and his crew with Chris and Mike worked their tails off moving our whole house half a mile away to our New Forever Home. It was over 8 hours and they were all smiles the whole time. Moving is always a hassle and can be super stressful, but just like the name, Robert and his crew delivered and truly made it less stressful! My husband and I hired Less Stress Moving for a move earlier this month, stopping at a storage unit before the final destination. Not only were the guys quick and efficient, they went above and beyond, helping to move other pieces of furniture and help load my father-in-law's truck with some sofas and tables to bring over to my sister's house. They even stacked up the boxes and totes in the storage unit in an organized fashion, which I greatly appreciated. Rob was a lifesaver when I had a moving emergency in the middle of the night. I had moved all my worldly possessions into a new house with another moving team, and it was a disaster. Less stress movers are highly recommended. I had a positive experience with Rob and his crew the whole time of the move. All of his movers were extremely nice and very professional. When we first did a quote we set up an hourly rate because my wife and I thought we would do most of the packing ourselves and that didn't happen because of other obligations. Rob was able to meet us on the day of the move to adjust the quote to a flat rate that included packing and moving. He also was very flexible to meet our needs which helped us out extremely. His workers worked all day and night and successfully got us over to outlr new place in one piece with peace of mind. I am so glad to have found Less Stress Moving seriously! All I had to do was move one couch from one place and move the other couches out and could not find any moving company that would just do a simple move and for a decent price. Then I came across Rob, very nice person and customer service was excellent!!! Literally my situation was immediately made less stressful! I would totally give 5 stars to this company if they handled themselves properly. Scheduled a move, needed big furniture items delivered from one end of West Hollywood to another a couple of miles away. Also needed to pick up a bed frame from a third location. The movers were INCREDIBLE. They moved quickly and efficiently. They wrapped all of my furniture properly, and I was comfortable having them in my home. They were so great I tipped the movers 75% of the cost of the move. I liked them so much after this first experience, I called them a couple weeks later to deliver a couch to my new place and to remove a box spring. I was a little annoyed that I texted them requesting an ETA but received no response until they were already at the location. (They also charged me for that half hour they sat there waiting.) They delivered the couch nicely, but it took longer than expected so I had to leave for a meeting. I reminded them to not forget the box spring and they did. I called that evening and Robert told me they totally forgot and would grab it over the weekend (they moved my couch on a Friday). Weekend comes around, no word from them. I called again and Robert says he hasn't forgotten about me and that he was working on a big move in Laurel Canyon. He tells me he will remove my box spring right afterwards. Monday morning, box spring is still sitting outside in my side yard. I leave a voicemail, no one returns my call. I call again Tuesday. Robert calls me back a couple of calls later. I explained my frustration as I had someone else moving to the house and could not have a box spring just sitting on the side of my house. He say he's on it. Lo and behold, I get home Tuesday night and it is still there. Untouched. Robert doesn't bother to call or follow up with me. Haven't heard from him since. Ended up having to hire another company to pick up my box spring so I ended up spending more money than I would have had I hired a company that delivered on services promised. Five stars for initial service. Five stars for affordability. One star for completion of paid task. One star for follow-up. Zero stars for delivering services I paid for. read more

They were able to accommodate me only one and a half hours after calling them for help - and they even arrived 20 minutes early! The move itself was extremely quick and they knew exactly how to configure the boxes and furniture in a way that would take the least amounts of trips on the trolleys. I never hire movers. Let me repeat, I never hire movers. I've moved a few times and I usually do it myself with the help of friends and family. Most of my family and friends are more than 2,000 miles away, so I decided I needed to hire movers. I was indecisive on the day and time but finally, on a Saturday, late morning or early afternoon I sent a text asking about a move the next day (yep, on a Sunday). They responded quickly and gave me a quote; said they could in fact move me the next day from South LA to Long Beach. I was able to do everything via text to schedule for the next day. BONUS: this is the only place that said they didn't need to disassemble some of my larger items, which was something I really wanted! They called me the day of and asked if they could come earlier as they had finished early and of course, I agreed. I had 3 awesome men come and explain everything thoroughly as well as answered all of my questions. They introduced themselves, moved my items quickly and efficiently (plus they were funny and friendly, but also still professional)! Only took then about 2 hours and I was able to have my friend at my new place waiting for them instead of having to go myself. I paid via phone-so convenient and flexible! I needed a small upright piano (Spinet) moved within 1 mile of where I purchased it. They came in their box truck ready with blankets, straps, dollies, etc. to move my "1" item. Although they delayed my scheduled moving time by a few hours he answered all my calls and texts to let me know what's going on.
