    I recently hired Rob and Chris again this time for a furniture delivery. The guys picked up a hutch and buffet table for me everything was wrapped protected and delivered in a timely fashion. Rob gave me a 2 hour pick up window 7:00-9:00 am he was able to narrow down the arrival window the day of the pick up to 8 AM. I really appreciate them fitting me in. They're already busy schedule. Great rates great guys amazing service!!!

    Had an emergency move out from Rialto to Ontario. Fortunately I was able to contact Rob and he was able to come out and give me an estimate. Pricing was fair service was great all my furniture was properly wrapped and transported big thanks to Rob Chris and CG!!!

    100 % remanded superb service I got so far in LA all professional specially Rob & Adrian that's the friendly guys I have ever met they very professional on there work on time and working very fast I was surprised also they are very honest. They bring all the floor liners so floor won't dirty I'll always book with them in future as well. Again thank you Rob and Adrian. May Allah bless them all and give them more success.

    Can I give 10 Stars ?! Less Stress Moving is the way to go and I'd recommend them over & over again. Robert & crew tackled a major project moving my family with two 26ft Uhauls, three vehicles, and trailor filled with quads.​ The day before the big move we lost drivers and he sprung into action getting us 2 drivers to travel to San Antonio (Himself included). They traveled over 21 hours. 15 16 hours straight and unpacked our Uhauls within 4 hours . Less Stress Moving, we can't thank you enough for your selflessness and now familyship.     These guys are great! Rob is very responsive and gets his guys to work fast. I've used them 5 times now, been super happy with them each time. I run an e-commerce brand and have used them for moving my entire warehouse a couple times so they do a good job.

From the start, they took the time to walk through our home and clearly ask about everything we wanted to move so they could mentally map out how to load the truck efficiently. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. We had labeled certain items to go to one level and others to another, and they followed those directions perfectly, with everything ending up exactly where it was supposed to, with no damage and no confusion. Their organization and care were obvious in every box/container they carried and every piece of furniture they placed. Moving is usually a very stressful experience, but Fito and the Pure Moving team made it feel manageable and even reassuring. I found them to be excellent in every way, and I would highly recommend both the company and this specific crew to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and professional help on moving day.

Then the messages started coming in. I received 10 inquiries from various moving companies, but Prodigy came in first. You can tell that the 1st messages look automated, but Abby came in with a personal message as well and sent me the specifics to my move quickly. I had her on the phone within a couple of hours. I had diligently worked through all the companies and looked at the various price points and what it included. I was really weary on how fast things would go, but Abby said, for the size of myhome, she suggested 4 movers at $195. Since they also had great reviews and seemed very professional, I completed my reservation by the end of the day. Day of move: Not going to lie, I waited too long to pack up my office and boy, did I feel it on moving day. My office was still not fully packed, it had a lot of furniture to be moved and I was literally still working when they arrived. Arrival time was between 8-9 AM. Ivan called a little after 8 AM to let me know they would be arriving in about 45 min since it was traffic and they were coming from the valley (I was in Echo Park). So I started excusing myself from work and prepared for their arrival. Everything happened so fast. I showed them around the apartment: 2 stories and 1 level up from garage (2 sets of stairs) and then a long driveway. I had stuff in the backyard and the balcony too. I asked if they could put some furniture out on the street for pickup and they helped me out with that as well! I let Ivan know that I was still working on breaking down the office, so he said he would go there last... and they all went to work. All I could here was the plastic wrap noise going round and round. They had broken down everything! Dining table, Peloton, Recliner chair.. It was amazing to watch and they did it with such care. They were done packing up in less than 4 hrs (3 bedroom apartment). We took the drive down south and they beat me there. They were already unloading and asking where to put things. Not only are they movers, they are also interior decorators LOL. We did not move into an empty house, so they helped us move things around and place stuff where we wanted. On top of that, they rebuilt all the things they took apart. I bought them lunch from a Busy Bee in San Pedro and a neighbor even offered them avocados from her tree! At the end of the day, I couldn't find my bag and phone! The whole team helped me try to find it because we thought it got buried in the garage! I had put it aside in one of the bedrooms and forgot where I had put it, but I was so grateful that they tried to help. I was thinking it would be an 8-10 hr day and it turned out to only be 7 hrs including the drive time. They made a very incredibly stressful time in my life as easy as possible. Then Abby, the manager of schedule talked as if I was wrong and was unapologetic then just started complaining WHY CANT WE JUST TAKE THIS DATE SINCE MOVERS THERE ALREADY. I told her cuase were busy today and she just handled the entire situation as if we were to blame and never apologized. On top of that , their work order of WHERE to move my things was the WRONG ADDRESS!!! They dont really care about details and when they make mistakes, they act like your wrong and are rude about it. I understand miscommunications happens all the time, but even after showing her the clear emails which she confirmed herself in writing, she had no apologies. I have zero confidence in this mover company and cancelled the enitre order and will be hiring real pros. I have no idea how they got so many high yelp reviews. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

After I recruited family & friends to help dispose of some things, I organized items for donation & things to throw away, there was STILL SO MUCH STUFF! Again, friends & family helped move all the things to a relative's garage because (at the time) the plan was to pay for a dumpster and put the stuff in there. (Mind you, this was a lot of physical labor over the course of 4 weekends!) On one of the trips between the storage unit and relative's house, I saw a sign on a telephone pole: Junk Removal + phone #. I called and spoke to Ruben. I wasn't sure what to expect since this is the first time I have ever called a phone # off a roadside sign. I was pleasantly surprised with the professional service I received from start to finish! Ruben explained how the process for junk removal would go, so there were no surprises. I scheduled the junk removal service for a Saturday and Junk Bee Gone would arrive between 10 am -12 pm. I got text reminders the day before and the day of the appointment. Andy, Juan, and Ruben arrived at 11 am in a truck. Andy assessed the amount of stuff that needed to be hauled away and quoted me $550 for the service. I agreed to the amount and they got started right away. It took them a little over an hour to load the items in their truck. They were nothing but professional throughout the process! Had I known that Junk Bee Gone would have gone directly to the storage unit, I could have saved a lot of time and effort! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Junk Bee Gone for your junk removal needs!

Edit: owner said no appt was confirmed but clearly it was from the screenshot below and previous messages. Owner said they followed up but clearly they did not. Owner said they never got an address which is a lie. I asked for a lower rate (as everyone should be doing) and when they said no I was fine to move forward. They keep changing their reply but screenshots show it all
