I had to make an emergency run to Leslie's Pool Supplies because my local Dollar Tree was completely wiped out of stock on pool noodles, and I needed some immediately. If you are looking for a bargain, this isn't Dollar Tree--you are definitely going to pay a premium for convenience here. However, I was really impressed by the quality upgrade. The pool noodles at Leslie's are noticeably thicker, much more dense, and feel like they will actually last a few seasons without crumbling apart like the ultra-cheap ones do. The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly, which made for a quick in-and-out trip. If you just need a cheap, disposable noodle for a single weekend, wait for a dollar store restock. But if you need them right now and want something durable, Leslie's gets the job done. read more

I would give Ben at this Leslie's Pool location a 10 if I could! I am a 70 y/o disabled female and called my local Leslie's in Moreno Valley and received no help. But I called the location in Riverside and spoke with Ben and he went above and beyond to help me. He was so helpful and pleasant and took great care of me, which is hard to find now days. If you have a pool and are in Riverside County, this is the place to go for all of your pool and spa needs. Ask for Ben and you will be certain to get the best customer service. Ben listens to what you are saying and doesn't talk over you and really goes out of his way to help you. read more

I've been going to different Leslie's stores for over 30 years but the biggest bald guy, I don't know the name but I went to this store and I was looking at what I need and I was on my phone, and he kept asking if I need any help, I said I'm okay, I was texting and opening my bank app, then he started accusing me of working at another store and I was just there to compare prices. I said I don't work for another store and I had to explain what I was doing on my phone when it was supposed to be private. Then after I got what I need, around $200, he kept upselling me to get more. I said I'll just come back to get more money for whatever he was trying to sell me. That was the last time I'm at Leslie's lol, I went to pool academy instead, about a mile away, very excellent service and products are all reasonable and no paranoid employees hawking at you and pressuring you to buy more lol. read more

I just moved into a new home and it has a pool. I never had a pool nor did I ever have friends who own a pool so I had no idea what I was in for. It seemed logical to just hire a pool guy/person but I actually enjoy cleaning the pool myself and with the help of my 16 year old son and I can also learn the pool chemistry as I go. Ben gave my husband and I the run down of how pool maintenance works. He guided us with the products we needed and chemicals the pool needs. We opted to drain the pool because the TDS and acid levels were high- so we bought a new pool pump and pool/spa lights. He managed to schedule everything smoothly and we had our pool drained, pump & lights installed and water filled on schedule. Nathan is also very helpful too. All in all, I am so happy this store is down the street so I can keep my pool clean and sparkly. read more

The manager Ben is nothing but a money hungry lying thief! Told my mother in law if she orders the pool now for a such an amazing deal and shipment time yet he knew she wouldn't be getting it months after. Cancelled that. Order a pool liner with a special design, that helpful Ben offered. Went home with a solid blue one. Paid more and got less! read more

Most valuable of all the employess here actually care and are very helpful. The supplies are above retail price but work better than what you could get at home depot. The quality for pool chemicals, clorine, and other water cleaners and clarifiers have been the best for my pool. The only draw back are the novelty items here are pricey, but I still get the. anyways because the staff is always super helpful. read more

We LOVE this store and the helpful, friendly employees! Today, BEN helped us buy a replacement set of pool filter grids; Ben made sure we got the correct size for our filter (DE4820) and was so helpful; GREAT ATTITUDE AND PERSONAL SERVICE! With the SALE price and our LOYALTY coupons we saved over $100.00!! We always stock up on items when they go on sale and we find Leslie's to be priced the same or LOWER than other places. Those customer loyalty coupons really add up too! Get on their mailing list to watch for sales, free installation, free delivery, etc.! We have been Leslie's customers since 1989 (even before this store was built); tried out ALL of the pool supply stores back then and found Leslie's products, sales help and service technicians to be the best. read more

Last year I was taken for a ride by this manager Ben! He gave us an inferior pool liner after I had ordered a top of the line pool liner! On the day we had people to help install we opened the box to see it was a cheap liner but then Ben said he couldn't get the one I ordered and paid for in! Within 4 months the seam split and sprung a leak! We had to drain it! When asking about the warranty he refused to help me and told my husband he won't help me or reply to my calls as he thought I had given him a bad review (which was not me until now! ) and stated if I pull my review he will help me!! I've tried calling corporate with zero response!! I spent a whole lot of money here and need it to be made right! Really sad this guy should not even be made a salesman much less a manager! I'm waiting for corporate to reply still!! So here I sit with an empty pool and am sickened! Leslie's where is your pride and customer service???? read more

The Assistant manager Jakob was so helpful. I went in to get the whole Shabang because I just moved to riverside and the previous owners had very old equipment. I needed a pool cleaner, I needed up getting a new filter, chemicals, a variable speed pump and some toys for the kids. I was in there for probably an hour because I had so many questions about how much it would costs if there were any possible deals, and if I could get the best of the best products. And boy when I tell you he helped me through all my questions he really did. He explained the chemicals to me and how they work on the pool, he explained the importance of getting my water checked what chemicals to use, and he even helped me with picking the right pump and filter for me. All I can say is 100% all around super knowledgeable and spectacular guy, to sit there and hold my hand throughout the entire process with an upright and positive attitude while being super understanding and knowledgeable. If you ever come in I would seriously ask for his assistance with all your pool needs. I give it a 5/5 for his customer service, knowledge, and general understanding I will definitely be coming back again. read more

I went into Leslie's to purchase a couple items for a friend's pool party. I didn't know much about the items I wanted but the staff there really took the time to help me out. Kyle was the guy who helped me out and I can't say enough about how awesome he was. He took time to figure out what I wanted and even made suggestions about some other products that I ended up buying. The pool toys he suggested ended up being more of a hit at the party then the stuff I came there for. Thanks Kyle! I'll be seeing you soon because you just made me a loyal customer. read more
