Was able to trace and fix all the damage done by the rat that had chewed through a bunch of my wiring and added a protective sleeve to try to prevent future damage. Courteous and the service quote just to come out covered most of the work that was done. We were worried a whole new panel would be needed and a number of replacement parts. I hired this company to service my hot tub weekly. I have 3 outdoor cameras that are very reliable and they record the coming and goings of everyone. My last guests complained about rashes due to unbalanced hot tub water (they sent me several pictures). I went back and looked at my camera footage and sure enough, no one showed up to add chemicals on the last service day. The owner, Oscar argued with me, saying his guy was definitely there and that guests often lie about dirty hot tubs to get money back. This was not the case in my situation. Anyway, he would not do anything to try and rectify the situation and when I texted a few days later to see if they could empty and refill the hot tub because of new guests at the house, he said he didn't have time. When I first hired them, I overpaid for an empty/refill, and the employee put the hose in the hot tub after emptying to refill and left. I got there right when he returned and it was overflowing! He then had to empty more water out. We had a muddy mess! But the worst part was that the hot tub kept shorting out after 30 seconds. He tried to tell me I needed a new heater, but I knew the electrical issues were due to his overflowing the spa for who knows how long. The company did cover the cost to repair, as they should, but it still occasionally shorts out inconsistently. I now have a new company servicing my hot tub and their prices are way more reasonable and they are reliable. read more

We moved into the area in the fall and new to having a hot tub. I originally called Pinnacle for information and pricing for draining our spa for the winter. Oscar took his time explaining the pro's and con's. He recommended not draining it because keeping the spa running would keep it in working order. Fast forward (Spring), because of his honesty and thoroughly explaining the maintenance of the spa previously, I called Oscar back when it stopped working (the spa is on the older side). We rented a cabin in Big Bear, and chose it partly because it had a hot tub. But when you're arrive, we couldn't get the heater to turn on. We contacted the company that we rented from, who sent Pinnacle out to check on it. Oscar came and immediately found the problem, a computer board that had fried. They ordered a replacement and it arrived the very next day. When Oscar came out to replace it, he discovered that the reason that the board was fried was because the tub hadn't been properly installed (by another company.) Oscar spent an hour or more, basically rewiring the thing, in the hot sun. He was awesome. The tub works perfectly now and our vacation can continue. Way to go, Pinnacle! read more
