I have to say... they came... worked hard... and Eric addresses all my concerns and will most likely be back.... again and again. They definitely have a repeat customer. I find this to be extremely unprofessional as I am a business owner myself and I could not fathom treating my clients this way ever. Fast forward to these past few months Samuel offered to clean our pool filters which he said would be no charge as long as it was the actual time to clean. However when we asked him to come change them he came up with a $100 fee that he in the beginning told us he would would charge us if it was too early to clean so I let him know ahead of time that we would not need the filter cleaning as we would do it ourselves. Due to the change randomly in price. We felt this to be dishonest. This past month he showed up randomly or not all unless he was called. On June 21st 2025 he came and did his regular service since then he has not called us nor ever returned. He just quit without proper notice. I would highly suggest in NOT using his services as he is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Use his services at your own risk. They were recommended by my neighbor who had some bull nose fixed like I needed. They cam by and seemed very nice. The gentleman recommended not just a cleaning but replacing the tiles on the front of my spa that I always had a problem with. So that was going to be almost $1000 for everything. So I thought the price was real good for the amount of work so we agreed to have it done. Seems the night before the pool was to be repaired they came to my door with a pump to drain my pool. I said we were not told that but were reasonable once he explained it was needed. They placed the pump in the pool and hooked up the hoses and left. All seemed fine and the pool was draining. Later that night at about 2AM or so, I heard a god awful sound. Seems the pump was not setup right and fell over. I had to go out and shut it off in the middle of the night. Seems it was not setup right. So he came with a helper the next day. The helper was this great tile guy who happened to have a case of tile matching my pool tile. So he did the tile and the other guy did the pool cleaning and helped the tile guy at times. They did a great job doing the tile and pool. The problem I have is that he failed to do the bull nose which I agreed too to postpone to a later date. Well I never heard anything after the agreed too time. So we called and made a date for 6/22. That came and went. We called no replied. We called 3 times no replies. It pains me to write this review when a little follow up and follow thorough would have made this 5 stars. Sad. :-(
