I paid Pinnacle Tubs Inc. $160 to drain and winterize my hot tub, and I ended up having to finish the job myself. After they left, about 25-30 gallons of water was still sitting in the footwell and seats. That's exactly what winterizing is supposed to prevent. Water left in a hot tub over the winter can freeze and damage the plumbing, jets, and equipment, so this isn't a minor oversight. It defeats the whole purpose of the service. I had to pull out my own wet vac and remove all 25-30 gallons myself. For $160, I expected a thorough, professional job, not a rushed one that left me doing the work I paid them for. I would not recommend Pinnacle Tubs Inc. to anyone who wants their hot tub properly cared for. Save your money and hire someone who takes the job seriously, or just do it yourself. I have attached photos of the half done horrible job this subpar company performed. I will not be returning to this unprofessional company ever again, and I encourage anyone to do the same.

The water is always fresh, crystal clear, and properly treated, you can tell they take real pride in their work and don't cut corners. Every visit is thorough and consistent, which gives us total peace of mind, especially in a mountain environment where maintenance really matters. On top of that, the service is friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced. Communication is easy, they show up when they say they will, and they care about their customers. You can feel that this is a small, family-owned business that values relationships and quality over volume. If you're in Big Bear and need dependable spa or jacuzzi service, I can't recommend Olsen Spa enough. Supporting businesses like this is a no-brainer, they earn it every single visit.

We thought that wasn't a good business practice, but he successfully fixed our hot tub and told our go-to hot tub service company that he was trying to steal business from them. We called him out another time for a repair, but he outsourced someone else to fix our hot tub who actually made the issue worse by breaking the threading off a component. He attached a part that wasn't even compatible with our hot tub. There's a 1 year warranty clause on the invoice, but Marco never returned our call after weeks of calling. So we spent over $1000 for this scam. We tried to look up the certification he sent us and noticed that his certification number was crossed off. Seems like he's hiding something because we couldn't verify anything about him. Bottom line, he's not consistent or trustworthy and has slimy business practices. You can call any other hot tub maintenance company around Big Bear and Blue Star/Marco has a bad reputation for this. You'll end up spending even more money and wasting time hiring Blue Star/Marco. Work with anyone else but this place!

After we moved it to a permanent location on the property, we found that it developed a leak. (possibly from moving it) We tried for 3 months to get someone to come look at it but the different companies either would not call us back or just ignored us. We called Catalina Spas (relocated to Perris CA) and they refferred "Tim's Spa Service". 1. He answered our call! 2. He made an appointment to come out within 2 days! 3. He found the leak and fixed it without charging us. Only the trip charge. 4. When he showed me how to work the spa, we found that the pump had siezed from either inactivity or just running without water. 5. He replaced the pump within 4 days and had it running like new! I cannot say enough nice things about his service. I am referring him to everyone that I know has a spa.
