We had Mike's Pool service before and we were very satisfied, but when Priority took over, the tech that would service it, Marcos was very rude. We called and emailed the company numerous because Marcos would leave our gate open from the pool area and would also leave the entrance gate open to the backyard all the time. I even went outside once, when he was leaving to see if he was done because he left it open and he shined me off like no big deal and drove off. We have a 3 year old and we would tell the company that god forbid something happen because Marcos was careless on leaving the gates open. So we ended our service with them and I am glad we did. Don't expect miracles as it does take time, but they've been very attentive thus far and have been coming regularly over the past several days to clean and add chemicals in stages. They (Logan) shows up weekly like clockwork- takes photos of before & after then sends an email with all the chemicals added- very professional. I had an issue with "yellow algae" that came out of nowhere so Mike came out to check it out & he poured some chemicals and it was gone within a week- just in time so we didn't have to postpone a bbq. I had barely hired them to take over my pool service so the algae wasn't from them, it was from the previous pool cleaning company. I know what this means, he doesn't want to do it and had his poor customer service ghost (probably his wife) lie to me about why. Multiple services while equipment indicated "check cell and check system," yet neither were completed. Corrections requested and promises were made, yet no work was completed for months. We had to inspect after each service, clean out baskets that were not cleaned, and correct valve settings that were not corrected after service, causing the drainage of the spa.
