All of our pool cleaning employees have been great. However would like their names when they send a different person to clean Also your billing system is wacked. We get a bill on or around 15th of month. Next day bill is marked past due. What's up with that. They were also faking their chemicals reading. They just keep on adding chlorine tabs,nothing else. Attached is my husband's chemical readings vs their's. Their filter psi was very low coz they don't put the chemicals that our pool needs. They wanna save money in exchange of messing up your pool. read more

Was using PoolGenX for the last 2 years after buying my home. I started to feel things getting a little sketchy when I stopped receiving the updates after service. Then the person that was coming weekly either quit or just switched and then the new person never sent updates. I came home after a 2 week trip, luckily on a day the pool was serviced, to find out my water was left on to fill the pool for EIGHT hours. No text, no update. They're not even supposed to turn on your water. Imagine I didn't come home that day. It also wasn't the first time that happened. The first time I walked out to my pool almost overflowing. When I went to cancel, the lack of apology or response was validating that I canceled. Between a price increase and not even offering to pay for what is going to be a super expensive water bill, they proceeded to cancel and send me a bill for the remainder of the month. I've contacted numerous other companies and have gotten way better service, pricing, and care from them. Avoid this one! read more

A big shout out to Khiem with PoolgenX (San Diego). One of our pool pumps broke and we had water gushing, flooding our side yard, and draining the spa. Fortunately, I was home at the time and was able to close off the valve to that pump. Khiem came out to service the pool, assessed the problem, and returned the following day with replacement parts.
