Three visits later yielded no resolution--they still couldn't identify the issue. One of the repair guys had an attitude and a flimsy reason for the leak ("It's only condensation"). After tightening a few pipes the problem worsened and our tub completely drained out shortly thereafter. Our friend, who is a pool guy, spotted the issue immediately, replaced the correct parts and was done in a short time. Sadly a lot of water was wasted up until our friend fixed it but we learned enough to not recommend this place.

I've met with several pool companies, and Richard is by far the most knowledgeable and thoughtful professional I've encountered. He clearly has deep expertise and takes pride in doing things the right way. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a pool project. It only came to light when I reviewed my service report and noticed they were adding liquid chlorine and questioned why. The company wouldn't return calls so I called them. Joe the General Manager took ZERO responsibility and only blamed the technician, who Joe said was not very good and didn't know his job well. Additionally when I questioned the company on previous occasions as to why my spa was not being cleaned, they said it wasn't part of the contract. I've owned that pool for 12 years and EVERY pool company has always cleaned the spa when they cleaned the pool. Plus I never had a contract with company. Update: The owner of the company personally called me on this and took full ownership of the issue and apologized. The owner is a good guy and does care about his customers and the company. I am still not willing to go back to this company, but at least someone in a leadership position took ownership of the issue and apologized.
