Came here because we needed poop equipment. Not me really but mainly many family and friends have been coming here for years since it's the only pool place in town, even when you look up other pool places, this is the closest thing you got especially with the services provided by the staff. The store when we visited felt very outdated but it's got all your pool essentials and miscellaneous things you never thought you might need for your pool and spa maintenance so it looks it's best. read more

The store manager has always had an attitude there, but I always put up with it because they are close to the house. Today I walk in with a water sample and have a question about an item I am looking for. The gentlemen at the counter answers my question and says he can take my water sample. I hand it over and go looking for a few items I need while I wait for the manager to finish with a water test before running mine. He sees mine and asks who's it was. I say mine, and he pops an attitude like always. Makes a remark about filling out a slip etc. I have never filled out a slip and his Associate never mentioned I needed to fill one out. There was no need for the attitude so I asked for my water back. He started to backtrack with his attitude and said no I will run it. I repeated to give me my water and left the store without purchasing what I needed. I will drive somewhere else from now on and not deal with the attitude. To be honest he sold me 100s of dollars of chemicals two years ago to get my pool right and nothing ever worked. My wife spent a few min googling our issue and $35 later we had a clear pool all summer. read more

Do not order from this company this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced when you order an item and they tell you when it's going to be shipped the day you are supposed to receive it you will receive an email stating due to the pandemic they have no idea when they're going to be able to ship out your item then when you try to get a refund they will give you the runaround and say they can't get a response from their warehouse and as of now only a request to cancel your order they will not refund your money they will make you sit on hold and they're rude do not buy from here read more

I purchased a pool not really understanding the maintenance requirements. Within 2 weeks, my pool pump was not operating properly. I spoke with Martin and he had me to bring my pump in. He helped me remove the hair from the pump, showed me how to change filters, tested my water and educated me on the chemicals needed to keep my poole the clear blue color. I could not have managed keeping this pool without him. My children and I are so greatful. We will enjoy the summer and our swim time!! read more

Just left this location with my husband who was speaking with a manager regarding a refund we have not received. The entire time my husband is speaking to him he has his back turned and is being completely rude to him. As my husband is speaking to him the manger his responses are very short and as my husband continues to talk, the manager replies with okay and okay and remarks. So, I tell the manager that he can at least turn around and acknowledge my husband as we are trying to find answers as to who we are to reach out to regarding our refund. My husband tells him the refund is for a technician that didn't give us a quote for our pool , so manager responds by saying to my husband do I look like a technician to you. I lost it, I told him he is rude, condescending and has no business running a store with that type of attitude. I left and told my husband I would not give that man any more time that what he already gave him. I am beyond disgusted with his attitude and demeanor. I can only imagine how he treats his staff if he has the audacity to speak with customers in that tone and with that approach. read more

I had a warranty problem with a spa I purchased from Leslie's. I called their 800#. I was told we don't service above ground spas. I tried to contact the manufacturer directly. They never returned my call. TJ from Leslie's found my complaint. He called me to get the details. He said the manufacturer will cal you back today. A few hours later I received a call from the factory. They resolved the problem over the phone and are mailing a replacement part. read more

Without a doubt, Leslies pool supply in Oak Lawn is the best around! Anything you need, be sure to go see Martin, truly a great guy that will go out of his way to help you! I had a broken drive belt on my Hayward vacuum, and could not find anything on the internet to help me fix my particular model. My wife dropped it off yesterday, Martin said he would take a look at it, trouble shoot it and get back to us today, and he not only did just that, but had it all fixed for me today.
