We will never walk in an American Sales Store again or any other pool store for that matter as long as Sherriee and Martin are working in Oak Lawn. Their knowledge and experience are unsurpassed. They are always polite professional and perfect in their advice and service. Abby H read more

Paid $110 for a site visit. The guy shows up and charges another $45 for a trip charge. Had the service completed and they charged another $45 trip charge on installation day. These guys will nickel and dime you to death! Highly unrecommended!!! read more

It is impossible to get someone to come install our pool heater. They say they will come and then don't show up. Don't answer phone calls or texts. I don't know how someone can run a business like this read more

Came here because we needed poop equipment. Not me really but mainly many family and friends have been coming here for years since it's the only pool place in town, even when you look up other pool places, this is the closest thing you got especially with the services provided by the staff. The store when we visited felt very outdated but it's got all your pool essentials and miscellaneous things you never thought you might need for your pool and spa maintenance so it looks it's best. read more

I cannot drive 15 miles to check if they have product in stock. No one ever answers their phones. Called numerous times from different lines, and nothing. Very disappointing read more

Great customer service! You will be very happy and satisfied with their knowledge and attention to detail especially Sherrie! She knows her motors and walked my husband (Steve) through fixing ours step by step. If we had any questions or issues Sherrie is quick to respond and help us. The high level of personal service makes all the difference. I highly recommend Leslie's pool and Sherrie! read more

The store manager has always had an attitude there, but I always put up with it because they are close to the house. Today I walk in with a water sample and have a question about an item I am looking for. The gentlemen at the counter answers my question and says he can take my water sample. I hand it over and go looking for a few items I need while I wait for the manager to finish with a water test before running mine. He sees mine and asks who's it was. I say mine, and he pops an attitude like always. Makes a remark about filling out a slip etc. I have never filled out a slip and his Associate never mentioned I needed to fill one out. There was no need for the attitude so I asked for my water back. He started to backtrack with his attitude and said no I will run it. I repeated to give me my water and left the store without purchasing what I needed. I will drive somewhere else from now on and not deal with the attitude. To be honest he sold me 100s of dollars of chemicals two years ago to get my pool right and nothing ever worked. My wife spent a few min googling our issue and $35 later we had a clear pool all summer. read more

Do not order from this company this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced when you order an item and they tell you when it's going to be shipped the day you are supposed to receive it you will receive an email stating due to the pandemic they have no idea when they're going to be able to ship out your item then when you try to get a refund they will give you the runaround and say they can't get a response from their warehouse and as of now only a request to cancel your order they will not refund your money they will make you sit on hold and they're rude do not buy from here read more

Martin has been helping me fix the water in my pool. He is so patient in explaining everything so that I understand. He is very knowledgeable and I will only shop with him from now on for all my pool needs. Wish I had known about this store before shopping at another company for my pool. read more

I love leslie's on 95th and cicero. I went in as a new pool owner that was inherited when i brought my home. Thanks to them i have gotten pretty good at maintaining it. When i started my pool was almost black after going to them my pool is a beautiful blue. read more

I purchased a pool not really understanding the maintenance requirements. Within 2 weeks, my pool pump was not operating properly. I spoke with Martin and he had me to bring my pump in. He helped me remove the hair from the pump, showed me how to change filters, tested my water and educated me on the chemicals needed to keep my poole the clear blue color. I could not have managed keeping this pool without him. My children and I are so greatful. We will enjoy the summer and our swim time!! read more

This place is awesome. A big thank you to the manager for helping my extremely frustrated husband with pool issues. Best pool place around

Lots of cool floats to choose from and various other pool essentials! Martin was very friendly and helpful.

I've only been here a handful of times but have to say that Martin was a very friendly and helpful. I had questions about how to close my pool and he was Very thorough. I've been in before and wasn't treated as great which I get, it was a busy time of year but when you're just learning about the maintenance of a pool any little bit helps. Fortunately I feel comfortable enough to come in and ask for Martin knowing he will answer any of my questions. read more

I would like to thank Martin for the great advice and products he shared with me for the season. My pool looked great all season long.

Good customer service. Download the app to get points and coupons. Prices can be high compared to amazon though.

Another pool season is underway (finally), and already Sherrie has come to the rescue with parts and advice. You rock Sherrie.

Sherrie is so very helpful and kind. Her professional knowledge blows me away! So grateful for all the help!

Just left this location with my husband who was speaking with a manager regarding a refund we have not received. The entire time my husband is speaking to him he has his back turned and is being completely rude to him. As my husband is speaking to him the manger his responses are very short and as my husband continues to talk, the manager replies with okay and okay and remarks. So, I tell the manager that he can at least turn around and acknowledge my husband as we are trying to find answers as to who we are to reach out to regarding our refund. My husband tells him the refund is for a technician that didn't give us a quote for our pool , so manager responds by saying to my husband do I look like a technician to you. I lost it, I told him he is rude, condescending and has no business running a store with that type of attitude. I left and told my husband I would not give that man any more time that what he already gave him. I am beyond disgusted with his attitude and demeanor. I can only imagine how he treats his staff if he has the audacity to speak with customers in that tone and with that approach. read more

They never returned my call. TJ from Leslie's found my complaint. He called me to get the details. He said the manufacturer will cal you back today. A few hours later I received a call from the factory. They resolved the problem over the phone and are mailing a replacement part. read more

Given how challenging it is to find a standing heater, I was extremely pleased and impressed with how helpful and patient Martin was. Love the folks at this Leslies location! The whole staff is always so friendly and helpful!!

Without a doubt, Leslies pool supply in Oak Lawn is the best around! Anything you need, be sure to go see Martin, truly a great guy that will go out of his way to help you! I had a broken drive belt on my Hayward vacuum, and could not find anything on the internet to help me fix my particular model. My wife dropped it off yesterday, Martin said he would take a look at it, trouble shoot it and get back to us today, and he not only did just that, but had it all fixed for me today. I will be doing all my business thru Leslies from now on! read more

AND MORE! I went in on Satrdy and my in ground pool had a bad case of algae I'd been dealing with for a week. Dan, Brian, Joe have guided me thru the process back to an almost healthy pool. Since the first day when I brought a sample of water in and up to and including today (4 days later) they've been nothing but patient w/ me on the phone guiding me. That store is extremely busy all the time esp (ther phones) but they take time with u even on the phone to a point where u know exactly what ur doing. I cant rave enuf abt Leslie Pools staff!
