I called multiple times and Roger insisted he had poor service and hung up on me. We paid someone to remove part of our fence and took a day off of work. Great Escape finally got a hold of him and he claimed he had a different day despite the calendar confirming him. When I finally talked to him he yelled at me saying now he has to move people to get me in 2 days later- like it was my fault? We were scheduled for 2 months! He no called no showed again and this time claimed we booked for 2 weeks later despite the store confirming and my TEXT to him confirming the date.
