Two weeks ago, I had confirmed a date with the Roger to put a liner in my pool. We even spoke about…read morehow we needed to prep the pool the day before he was supposed to come. My husband and I got everything we needed for the liner to the stuff we needed for the pump, including sand chemicals, and we even had to cut our deck so that the top of the ledge of the pool was accessible to put in the new liner. I called Roger the day before to try and confirm our appointment for the next day and he did not answer. I called him three times! Then my husband called him one time and then I resulted to texting him three other times. Still no answer. The next day came and he was supposed to be at our house between 9and 10 o'clock. He completely ghosted us and now we have a 24 foot pool that's half in the ground at the bottom of a hill and it's supposed to rain tonight and the walls may collapse if we don't refill it with water.!!!! Do not use this company!!!
