In a routine conversation with someone named Michelle regarding service she was rude and hung up on me. I called back and she did not apologize for hanging up or for her unprofessional attitude towards me. I let her know that she should go fuck herself for her behavior and that I would never do business with them again. Then I received a message saying that I was banned from their business. Fair enough. No courtesy or professional response from a company I've spent more than $10k at in the past 4 years. She needs to be fired.

Turns out this is a family business, which makes sense why Chad knew the Jacuzzi system backwards and forwards. Probably been hearing about hot tubs since he was a kid. Also, he had just the right touch. He knew the products were quality, so he didn't pressure us or upsell. He let the products do the talking. He earned our trust and delivered on it 100%, including being responsive over text as I got the whole thing installed and set up. Service that really went above and beyond. The only thing I would add to the Big Star business model: a subscription plan to get the chemicals delivered automatically. Would love to set it and forget it, with my money going to a locally-owned, family-run business instead of Amazon. Support small businesses!

I made it very clear during the sales process that these were non-negotiable for me. In fact, I was already prepared to purchase a Bullfrog spa from another dealer but decided to stop here before making my final decision. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!  Unfortunately, I now know the salesperson misrepresented key facts in order to close the sale. After working with the service department six times over the past year, it has become clear that Dimension One has severe reliability issues (and has for a long time) and is no longer a viable brand. I've since learned the company is bankrupt and widely regarded as one of the worst options in the industry for the very criteria I emphasized during my purchase, and was known by the salesman.  I have owned this spa for over a year, and for the last six months it has not functioned properly at all. This is not a reflection of the service department, who have been professional and responsive. The issue is that I was sold a defunct product by a salesperson who knew the true condition of the brand. I regret trusting the information I was given and feel misled or defrauded into purchasing a product that does not align with what was promised. I strongly encourage potential buyers to do extensive research and proceed with caution before purchasing from this business.

When our spa cover, which we'd purchased new along with the spa, needed replacement after being damaged in a hailstorm, we ordered a replacement cover, but the salesman wrote incorrect instructions on the order form, resulting in a cover that didn't fit our spa. My wife spoke with the manager Chris, who said he would speak with the manufacturer and look for solutions. When we hadn't heard back from A-Tex for a week and a half, we decided to order a replacement cover from another vendor. Just before we were about to place the order, Chris phoned informing us that our "new cover" was in and ready for delivery, and asked us to pay half the cost. We told A-Tex that as long as they'd had the cover fabricated we would accept it, but would not pay for the new cover since it was fully covered by our insurance company. A-Tex agreed to this as long as we would pay a $75 delivery charge in cash. When the replacement cover was delivered, the first thing A-Tex's delivery people did was cut the old spa cover in half. The new cover turned out to be only half as thick and heavy as the first cover. Since the original cover was destroyed, we had no choice but to pay the $75 delivery fee and accept the replacement. When my wife spoke with our salesman and with Chris about these issues, Chris was extremely rude and said, "You've already taken enough of my time and I'm not talking to you any more" and hung up on her. Every step of the way, A-Tex's staff has been unresponsive, careless, deceptive and rude with us. We eventually brought the matter to the attention of our credit card company, disputing the charges on the basis of fraud.

Thankfully, a logistics company named We-Gotchu Logistics and Tanner, owner, saved the day. I had to order a crane so that we could take it over a privacy fence. I did all this on my own, except for Tanner, who made an exception to put me first in line and specifically gave me a time he would be here, so as not to run up my bill with the crane company. He did just that and more. Since we never heard from Vince after he finished the paperwork on the Spa and collected his money, I would say service after the sale is zero. I have called multiple times per week, and no one ever calls me back. Today, I asked for a refund of my money, and they said, "All sales are final." Well, okay, all sales are final, but then a PRODUCT is typically given for a sale. They took our money, and we sat without a hot tub for four weeks. This was not just for fun; my husband had seven knee surgeries, and the doctor said it would be good therapy for him, so there is that, too. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I will update this review if and when I get the tub or my money back.

I was told someone would get back with me, but based on that response, I didn't expect it and I was right. I guess they decided I wasn't a good bet. Turns out I already had a ballpark estimate of the pool replacement and it is something I am going to do. Oh well, their loss. Cannot recommend this biz.

Greedy company with no integrity…read more If you want to see the short version of this story, skip ahead to my bottom line. Note: This review is not about the company's pool service, but how they responded to a vehicular accident I had with one of their trucks. In December 2017, I was in a collision with one of the Bluebonnet trucks, and it was absolutely their fault - the driver of the truck even admitted as much to me when he got out of his truck. His exact words were "I didn't see you. I couldn't see past the car next to me, so I just went when the car next to me went." Except it wasn't his turn to go, the car next to him knew that, and the car next to him only revved forward a few inches, but did not actually go across, since it wasn't their turn. Let me describe the accident - a busy 4-way intersection that is normally controlled by traffic light, but the traffic light was out on this day, so it became a 4-way stop. I waited until I was absolutely sure it was my turn to cross, since the people going across the intersection in front of me had 6 lanes to my 2 lanes, and most cars were aggressively darting into the intersection at a speed that was not safe. And that is just what this Bluebonnet Pools guy did - darted into the intersection without ensuring it was actually his turn to go. So I slammed on my brakes, which meant that I avoided T-bone-ing him in the side, and instead my front bumper contacted with his left rear quarter panel. No one was hurt, but my car's bumper was torn off and the AC panel was dented. The driver at the scene of the accident admits it was fault, using the words above, and I am shaken but we go our separate ways. The insurance companies get involved and now Bluebonnet Pools claims it is all MY fault. So I retaliate through my insurance company, and it ends up being declared a "no-fault" accident, since there are no witnesses and the only thing the insurance company has to go on is "He-said, She-said". I have no proof that it was his fault, so I decide to let it go. Even though I can't afford the repairs to my vehicle (it still sits in my driveway unused) and I had to seek counseling over my situational depression surrounding the accident (I felt so helpless in a cruel world where people can cause accidents and then deny all responsibility). I let it go because S* happens, and I really just wanted to put the whole incident behind me and move on. Fast forward to nine months later, long after the insurance case was closed in December. Bluebonnet Pools is SUING my insurance company, saying I was at-fault for the accident. Why now?? If they are going to bring it back up after all this time, then I am going to make sure the world knows what they did. They should not get a pass for their bad behavior. Bottom line: Bluebonnet Pools DO NOT deserve your business. They caused a car accident and then denied all responsibility. They're even suing over the matter. They don't care about the little guy, all they care about is money. They have caused me loads of undue stress and trauma - this definitely ranks in my top 10 most traumatic life situations.

At least a couple of times throughout the year this furniture store has a tent sale. I may glance into the tent if the furniture is clear visible. In full transparency, I did not know what the durability or longevity of furniture would be purchased at outlet. For clothing at an outlet, the hem could be off, button missing or another small imperfection. One would expect furniture to be durable and long lasting. Four Hands Outlet carries medium grade furniture. It appears to be foundational type furniture. There were a number of tables, chairs and sofa to peruse in the store. The sales representative shared her knowledge of what was going to be included in the sale, although her knowledge was limited. The furniture ranges from low to medium price range.
