My daughter got a quote for an alignment and two tires that needed to be replaced. The day of her appointment, after she had already dropped off her car, she got a call demanding all four tires be fixed, or they wouldn't do the repair. This store is shady as shit, and if you value those close to you, go somewhere else. I would rather pay thousands of dollars to have her car shipped somewhere else than let her deal with this store's blatant disrespect for its customers. Reply: It's funny how contradictory a company with no empathy can be. I find it hilarious that the manufacturer's suggestions changed so dramatically and that "your" employee would refuse all services unless she paid. The barring was not an issue one bit that trailer got towed just fine back to macleay and than back to Jefferson. So whoever said the barring was out, Wrong. After getting abysmal service at the Les Schwab in Albany, I returned to my long-time favorite here. While at the Albany store on Tuesday, over the phone Roy helped me find a tire across the street that fit my car, and then figured out what I needed. By Saturday I was in a great new set of tires with a quite fair adjustment...and they even made up for the tire install charge from the other shop. I am so grateful for this team. While driving through the area I had a tea PMS sensor go off. I remembered that the less Schwab was right here so I decided to stop in and see if they can help me out. I had just done a roofing project so I figured that I may have a roofing nail. Within about 25 or 30 minutes one of the managers had taken my keys and return them to me with the tire pressure is all set correctly. Apparently there was a small roofing nail in the tire that he was able to patch and put back on the truck very quickly. I had a bunch of building material in the back of the truck which did not bother them one bit and I was able to get back to my project within a very short Time frame. I highly recommend this Les Schwab for your tire needs as they are quick and professional. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband made an appointment in advance for an alignment the week of 4th of July. After replacing the suspension himself, a job he's been doing likely longer than some of these boys have been alive, he drops my truck off for the alignment and is called back twice because apparently there were pieces needed to be tightened. He explained that he and a nieghbor did the EXACT SAME job on a car less than 2 mos ago and they brought it to the same place to have everything tightened and aligned. They were given no issue and left after paying for a simple alignment. However THIS time they refused to tighten anything down and insisted they could not do an alignment unless they themselves took it apart and reassembled it to ensure the parts were correct and installed properly. Again, my husband has replaced and rebuilt suspension COUNTLESS times on a variety of vehicles. But sure, its 2 days before 4th of July. Go ahead and bend us over. After charging $100 an hour to redo all of my husband's work, we have heard rattle coming from the front end getting increasingly worse. A quick check by my husband reveals the upper and lower shock bolts have come loose and the nut was all the way even with the end of the bolt. Gratefully we discovered thier mistake and fixed it before I dropped a shock out the bottom of my truck while driving around my infant and toddler child. read more

I had purchased just under $2000 worth of rims and tires from Les Schwab sublimity two years ago or so not to mention other vehicles they have been paid to work on by me. I have spent thousands at this location. I note this time frame for the tire pressure monitors were connected to incorrect tires that entire time so mistake number one by Les Schwab Sublimity existed for years before it was detected. I would be embarrassed and apologize profusely to my customer for that alone but no apology from anyone there for that. Just recently the truck they put that set of rims and tires on told me to check the left rear tire pressure I did so and it was fine I added a little air and the warning light still remained on. I contacted Les Schwab sublimity and set an appointment for two days later to have them look at that monitor and see why the truck system was saying to check that tire. I address problems with equipment quickly for I value what I own. The next day I discovered what was going on when I saw the front left tire completely flat and sitting on its rim, I aired the front tire up, the warning light to check rear tire went off, and I could see that the monitors were cross connected. The front was really the back and the back was really the front, I took my truck to les Schwab to have them rotate the tires and correctly connect the tire pressure monitors. An hour or so after leaving les Schwab Sublimity after they performed the work, the truck again had a warning light saying to have the tire pressure monitor system now serviced. I contacted Les Schwab, they said they would look at it in an hour or so, I said I have an appointment with them in a couple days for hub work, let's look at it then for they were busy. During the tire rotation they had claimed that the front right hub of the truck was bad and needed to be replaced for $500. Like I said, I address issues right away so I had set an appointment for that for two days later so I figure they could resolve the tire monitor problem then. The evening before my appointment for the hub work I was contacted by Les Schwab saying that due to potential ice that night they may not get their freight truck to have the hub to work on the truck the next morning. I was told they would call me at 9 AM the next morning to update me. 9:30 AM the next morning no phone call so I called in and had to explain to Tyler what was going on and he said he could try to source the part locally. I asked if he could get part locally, could it be installed the next day. He said yes. That day was Christmas Eve. I said I understand no parts truck due to ice, just trying to see what was going on with appointment for this service so I could make other plans involving this truck and that I was frustrated by lack of contact as I was told would occur. We ended the phone call and then no contact the rest of the day. The next morning Christmas Eve I called Les Schwab - Sublimity at 8 AM to see what was going on and spoke to Taylor or it might have been the same person I talked with day before. .... Tyler who now says they are the manager and the owner of Les Schwab - Sublimity. I explain what's going on and he didn't care. No apology for not contacting me either time as I was told just spoke of the ice, which had melted by now and that it was Christmas Eve. Which they were open on and many other Les Schwabs were open on and other businesses were open. Again it was 8 AM at that point. He only kept talking of no truck due to ice (which again melted the night before) and saying it was Christmas Eve but again, they were open and it was 8 AM. No apology ever. No concern for the customer nor lack of contacting and communicating with his customer. He pushed this off to the following week. I canceled my service and I am going to a company who actually cares about their customers. I advise you to do the same. Taylor or Tyler couldn't care less about any of this. All he wanted was to confirm my name to remove the appointment. Horrible service. I am taking my money to people who care about their customers. I would give zero stars if it was possible on this app. read more

Les Schwab has been living off their founder's reputation for years. But they are now either totally incompetent or more likely just crooked. For example I took a 2006 Subaru Outback in for a simple tire alignment. The "technician" came out 15 minutes later and told me that he couldn't align the vehicle because it needed $350 in new ball joints. I knew this was just BS so I took the car to a specialist shop in Salem. The alignment was necessary, but the ball joints were totally fine. I've noticed this pattern-- whatever you go to Schwab for, even a tire leak, they always "find" something requiring a $300+ repair. Don't ever trust them and always get a second opinion. read more

I bought tires from Les Schwab for 45 years now. We recently moved to Stayton from Albany, and I have been purchasing tires at Sublimity Les Schwab. I took my Tacoma in to have it looked at. The Les Schwab representative agreed the front tires were worn out, and the rear tires could go a while - but not long. He suggested immediate replacement of the front tires prior to winter. i have 30,000 miles on the front tires and 20,000 miles on the rear tires, (all were 60,000 mile guaranteed). Les Schwab did not rotate them the one time I had been in for rotation, and they had been rotated once by the Toyota dealer. I was told because I had failed to adequately rotate my tires, that any warranty was voided. I was also told that I should be grateful for that 3 I was also told that I should be grateful for the 20,000 - 30,000 miles wear that I did get. I was never treated this way in Albany, and will purchase my tires elsewhere in the future. read more

I have an older Honda, and it had a slow leak. I am not the original owner so I did not know where the tires came from. Took it in today to Sublimity Les Schwab, and at first they said it would only be 14.00 (which I thought very fair)...They found a piece of metal in the tire and fixed it...Ta da....FOR FREE! They said since they were 'Les Schwab' tires, there would be no charge. Simply made my day. They didn't try to sell me any other things, and were very quick and efficient. This Les Schwab is the best tire place that I have been to. They are very honest and do not overcharge me on services. Once I went in for a alignment and it turned out the alignment was fine and they did not charge me anything for that. They have also helped me when I blew a tire on the road.
