One thing for sure if I could give this a zero star I would. My sister and I had went in for a mani and pedi and we had seen a sign that said "gel mani & pedi $45" we were like what a deal let's get that. We told Tony and Mary the people who helped us we wanted that special. My pedi came out nice but when it came down to my nails it was such a painful/bad experience. First of all, I had acrylics that I wanted to have taken off and when I told Mary she kid you not rolled her eyes. When it came to start my mani she didn't soak my hands in acetone or anything she proceeded to clip them off and used a fake nail to try and rip off my acrylic. The most painful thing ever, my nails still feel soar. My nails weren't filed so some of my nails were way longer than the others and my nails came out with air bubbles in them. When it came down to paying they had the audacity to charge me $6 DOLLARS for using my card. That can't be legal at all!! Mary then proceeded to ask me if I had cash or a check. Then they said the "gel mani & pedi $45" special wasn't going to be $45 because I wasn't paying cash. The sign didn't say anything about cash only. This business was a rip off. read more

I went to Le's O for the first time a couple days before Valentine's Day. I got an ombré nail for the first time and I was very happy with the style. It wasn't until about almost a week after I got my nails done that I noticed some brown on the tip of my nail. I thought it was just dirt or something and tried to wash it off. I noticed it kept coming back after darker and darker and never completely left. When examining it closer it appeared to be under my skin. I then looked under my nail bed to see I had fungus growing under my nail I went to the store and purchased an anti fungus ointment and it still kept coming back. I had to seek medical treatment from my Dr. in order to get a stronger ointment prescribed. My nail beds are completely destroyed! Almost half of all my nails have lifted from my nail bed. I'm super sad. I of course won't be going back! read more

I went to get a simple gel manicure before work. All white with two letter L's on each ring finger. The lady who did my nails seemed very nice. But to be honest, it felt as tho she rushed thru doing my nails. I asked her to do the L's, she offered stickers instead of doing it by hand. I figured she wasn't able to hand paint them. after she put them on I noticed that there was a bubble in one nail, I showed her and she brushed it off as if it happens sometimes. As I get to work I see some parts of my nail that didn't get painted. But what got me upset most, not even 3 days into having them, one of my L's comes off!!! Im a busy person, I don't have a lot of free time. And now I have to go about my days with a manicure I'm not happy with. Wasted time and money. read more

Literally the worst experience ever do not go here! I am seated and the guy comes to do my soak off and manicure. First, he's not wearing gloves. Second he cuts them down and then talks another nail to go and just rip them off even though I asked for a soak off. So I said you can't do a soak off instead? If he was just gonna rip them off I could've done that at home but I wanted to not damage the nail so much. He literally goes mute. He had completely stopped talking to me and just starts pointing at what to do even though he was pretty talkative before. On top of that after soaking for about 15 minutes he ended up using his OWN NAIL to lift off the rest and looks at me and says doesn't hurt right? To me it wasn't about the pain but rather the damage it was doing to my nail and he still went ahead and did it anyway!!! I told him I told want a manicure anymore there's no way I was gonna stay in there longer than I needed to me. The vibes are horrible no one really greets you and says hi when you start your service. I was amazed that not only did they take us right away upon arrival but I changed my mind on gel mani and opted for a full set and they were able to take the time for us both to get a nail design. The bowl they use is exactly the same bowl I use to feed my dog. It was gross to put my hands in there but I needed to get my nails done! I have been a loyal customer here for 4+ years. I was always satisfied with Lilly's work up until recently, I kindly asked for a touch up due to half of my nail having no color, After spending $200 that day at the salon I was told 1st I could go back and someone else there would fix it (why when I have only gone to Lilly and paid for Lilly's service) so I let her know it was ok I would come back when she had time for me. For her then to say I could go somewhere else to have it fixed. I was shocked but just chose to deal with the no color nail till my next appointment. Because As I mentioned, a loyal customer so I still chose to book with her all for her to tell me she can't do them anymore because I was not happy one time over the past 4+ years. I was passing through on my way from LA to Santa Bárbara and looked online for nail salons in the area and found this one. I called to make an appointment and Brian had an opening.
