I went here because it was convenient...not the best decision. I called ahead for an appointment but was told it was slow and didn't need one. Got there and it was swamped. Waited 25 minutes and asked for a fill and to shorten my nails. Nails were left long with some of the previous polish still on them, and in two days were separating and chipping. Went back to have one fixed as it was beyond home repair and had to wait 25 minutes to have someone "fix" the problem by just sanding it out. I will never go back. It was a waste of time and money. read more

I just left this salon, terrible service from Tony. My pedi was great and Mary did a super job. However, my mani, by Tony, is terrible. He chopped my long natural nails beyond our agreement and filed a majority so short there is no sense in even applying polish. Most nail techs are very good, but stay away from Tony!! read more

Only go to Nini, Lilly or Brian. I was getting a pedicure by Kathy and she left my toes a mess. I had to get Lilly to interpertate "are you going to leave the paint bumpy or will it get smooth?" Lilly ended up fixing her mess but when Kathy put my sandal on she hit my toe on my sandal and messed up the polish, and my new sandals got paint on them. I had acrylics on before and I had her remove them but she was so aggressive and kept making side comments calling me a "baby" and talking to the other nail techs in their language. I was going to get a gel polish done but she hurt me so had I decided to not. When she asked me for my form of payment she DEMANDED I put $6 on the tip section, when I had no intention in leaving her a tip after hurting me, ruining my pedicure, and ruining my sandal. The 2 other ladies next to me who spoke Spanish to each other even made comments as in they are rushing their work and being sloppy. If you're not coming to see the people I listed l, don't come at all. She left parts of acrylic on my nail so she didn't preform a full acrylic removal so she should no have charged a acrylic removal. After the main people aren't there the employees do whatever they want and have a total unprofessional environment. read more

I went in today to get my pedicure done for my vacation that's coming up this week. I wanted to make sure everything was perfect because before vacation I always like to have my nails looking good. The lady who took care of me, when cutting my nails was very harsh and fast. She still did not cut them right. They are not the same size some are longer and shorter than others. One nail is completely angled and not straight. Also she kind of just left the red tint on my nails and didn't clean it up. I paid $36 for the deluxe pedicure and feel like I paid way too much for the job that was done. Looks like I could've done a better job myself. read more

I didn't have to wait long which is the only reason they get a star. The lady who worked on my acrylic nails filed them so badly that all my fingers look crooked. Not only that but the nails were left jagged. I had to try & fixed & buff them when I got home, but there's no making it better so now I have to spend more money on getting new ones somewhere eles. My favorite part was when she accidentally cut me then applied super glue ( or whatever that nail bonding stuff is) to the cut. Needless to say I will not be returning. I was looking forward to this place because all my friends loved it and the nail art pictures look awesome on yelp. I don't know this women's name because she was not wearing a nail tag like the other employees. Pretty disappointing experience. Oh and I almost forgot, when I was brought to the chair it took about 5 mins for the lady to realized that she still had the towel with nail clippings from the previous customer, she went back, got a new towel, ate some subway and then came to the chair to work on my nails... First time and last time..I was very disappointed and upset at my experience. I had an appointment set up with an employee named Brian and after waiting nearly an hour he showed up. If give this place two stars because I recently went over to get my nails done the lady was very nice she basically did the design I wanted she took her time and everything but the design didn't come out as how I wanted she also messed up on the nails while she was doing the design. Long story short I was charged $134.00 plus my tip I knew I should have not tipped her but I did because I put myself in her shoes because she was very polite but $134.00 for both full set is ridiculous price I know I will never ever go there again I do not recommend this place if your looking for a decent price they are ridiculous with their prices! read more

Why do I walk in and employees act like they don't want to help me. But then see a girl park in front with a busted benz and a LV bag and they all try to help her and offer her wine. I wasn't even offered water. Lol I guess they judge a book by its cover. Not impressed with this location. When I did my nails it wasn't what I asked for but I didn't complain. This place is the worst! I came in here for the first time since moving to the oxnard area. The customer service is by far the worst I have ever received from a nail salon. I asked for a pedicure and a gel manicure which was set for $45. Both workers completely rushed my services and the my pedicure was the absolute worst. He cut my nails so bad I had to ask him to stop and have another attempt to "fix" them. I ended up needing acrylic so they would look some what normal. My nails look like a child painted them. The work was not properly done, seemed like it was the guys first time ever doing a pedicure. Once I asked them to fix them twice... the lady had an attitude and became so annoyed she would ignore me. How rude!!!!! Once it came time to pay I was charged $53, before I even had time to talk about my concern with the manager the lady charged my card. I do not recommend this place to anyone! read more

This place doesn't do good nails. I came in for a gel Mani and pedi. The guy doing my nails hurt me quite badly because he was too impatient to soak them long enough. Then the lady doing my toes seriously did the sloppiest most half ass job then finished with them smudged because she was insistent upon putting my shoes on LITERALLY THE SECOND AFTER SHE PAINTED THEM. Then I had to ASK HER fix the smudge. They expected me to move with soaking wet nails out of the massage chair so the invalid hacking my nails to hell could finish in the back. I told him I was done and didn't let him finish. I had to cut my loses as the mani pedi was never going to last two weeks. When the lady came to put a clear coat on the smudge I saw a hair in it. (Duh, moving with wet nails screws them up) and when I said pull that hair out she just brushed it in to the laquer. This place could care less about its customers relaxation or enjoyment of their services and doesn't take ANY pride in their work. Don't go here if you have standards and expect quality work. Secind attempt at going to this place. First time it took about 10 minutes to even be greeted, there were several employees available and still couldn't get a hello, then when I was finally greeted it was with an attitude and unfriendly looks. Second time which was 7-5-16 I walked in and was greeted by Bryan I told him I just wanted to remove acrylic and add gel to my natural nail. When I was getting helped out by the lady she began to file my nails down, followed by cutting my natural nails off. This is extremely upsetting. There is no correct communication between the owner/manager and his employees not is there communication with from employees to customer. I will never return to this place again. I drove an hour to come here because of the cool designs I saw on instagram. The previous nail salon I went to messed up my nails so I can here to get them fixed. I was really excited with the finish but within a day the gel polish started peeling off & within a week three nails broke off.
