[[HIGHLIGHT]]It was in a really cute and cozy location, a very Connecticut-looking building.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was very nice and attentive and quick! - egg rolls: portion size was smaller than what I'm used to, I didn't think the flavor was at par with other viet restaurants I've been to either - Thai tea boba: I couldn't taste the Thai tea, it just tasted like sweet milk - Vietnamese crepe cake: yummy and delightfully crispy! Loved it - beef pho: pretty solid, no notes! Broth was umami filled, they didn't skimp on beef, noodles were bouncy

Pho Vietnam makes the best shaken beef in my opinion. But when you're craving it on a Monday and the other place is closed, then this is my second choice. It's good. But the sauce isn't the same, and the beef here is a bit chewy. But it satisfies the appetite. Also, I asked for extra sauce on the beef and was charged extra. Who does that? Last time it was really dry, so I figured extra sauce won't hurt. Service is fast and reliable.

Hidden in CT for sure. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a small restaurant but clean and cozy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pho special has very yummy clear brother with beef flavor, full if umami. They definitely took time to cook the broth with good ingredients. The noodles is chewy not soaky you won't taste the flour, lots of tripes and tender and soft beef. Grilled poke chop rice is big portion, perfect sunny side up egg, they have the steam egg (which many restaurant don't make anymore) the steam egg has wood ears, noodles carrots pork in it. So good. Many slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. pork chop marinaded well tender and juicy while u can tasted the bbq flavor. ... The only thing is I cant taste the lemongrass but it's still very food. Highly recommend. It's already better than many restaurants in city or Brooklyn. Fried egg roll has pork wood ears and glass noodles fillings, very authentic, unfortunately i wish they wrap it with rice paper will be more authentic. Definitely taste so good. We tried the Vietnamese coffee unfortunately it's not that good. Will be sure come back for the pho and try other dishes. Very polite people, great service and clean restrooms

Joe B. and I had a rainy Sunday evening meal at Le's. Yelp certainly steered us to a true gem. Everything we ordered was excellent. In fact, we over ordered because we wanted to try so many different things. The beef pho was perfect - and not too salty, something I'm always worried about. The grilled pork noodle bowl was also very fulfilling; I had leftovers for the next day. No alcohol, but it didn't feel like we were missing anything. Really kind people who were working here. The spot seems to have a strong take out game, but it was also awesome to see plenty of people who were dining in.

After having lunch at Le's Kitchen, the first thing I did was call the person who recommended it to me and thank him. This is a hidden gem in Danbury. It's located in the back of a small plaza and somewhat difficult to find but I found it! It's small, casual and very clean. The food is delicious and the service is very good. There are so many items on the menu I want to try that I, definitely, plan to go back soon.

This is the most flavorful pho around town , I've tried many . The wings and wontons are also yummy . It's BYOB which is great , wish they had mushrooms but they said you can also bring them if you like . It's a small restaurant in an exceedingly tight lot and we'd tried unsuccessfully to go several times before. It's popular and always seems crowded. Happily, we lucked out and were able to reserve for our group on a recent visit. The food we tried was of mixed quality. Pho broth was quite lovely, a light, northern style, which came with the standard garnishes (bean sprouts, lime, basil, jalapeno). Beef (eye of round, I presume) was sliced a little too thickly, but fresh. A shrimp and pork summer roll ("fresh spring roll") was well made with pliant rice paper and a reasonable protein to vegetable / starch ratio, but I was not a huge fan of the very hoisin-heavy dipping sauce, which overwhelmed all other flavors. There wasn't much peanut flavor. In IMHO, nước chấm would've been a much better partner for this intrinsically delicate roll. Bo luc lac / shaking beef was made with good quality meat, but was overwhelmingly salty. The meat was cut a touch large and unwieldy and was not as melt-in-your-mouth tender as some of our favorite versions. Bubble teas weren't the best. They were very clearly from powdered mixes. Tapioca pearls were a mixture of soft and bouncy and unpleasantly hard. The two servers on duty were pleasant enough, but were clearly overwhelmed and unable to be present. We experienced some major delays, little check-in. Maybe a systemic issue the restaurant could address by hiring more staff. Overall, this was a good enough meal that we'd like to come by to try more -- especially more of the pho, which seem to be a strong point.

Le's kitchen makes me feel better about living in CT. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A cozy ma and pop style Vietnamese spot, tucked away in a shopping center with the most delicious pho![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]! (Grilled pork is my go to) The pho comes in 3 sizes incase you're there to eat your feelings. Bahn mi is on point!! Vietnamese coffee is to die for. As a NYC transplant I absolutely needed to lockdown a top notch Viet spot ASAP and I found it!!

I had the Vegan Pho and tofu spring rolls for lunch today. I had to post this review because the food was something out of this world. The Pho had fresh veggies and the noodles were so good not clumpy not mushy. The bean sprouts were so fresh and what a crunch. The tofu spring rolls were so fresh and were fully loaded. The fresh veggies and the crunch biting into it with the peanut sauce. ..Yum. I added sriracha and wowza. I took a tofu Bahn Mi sandwich home for dinner. The sandwich was beautiful and delicious. The portion sizes give a diner a chance to take some leftovers home and relive the delicious experience. The chef is very friendly snd my waiter was so attentive and kind. I really like this place I plan to eat here more often. Thank you so much for vegan options. read more

It's been over a year since I've last tried Le's...I remember coming when they first opened and I was just "meh" about it. However, my friend swears by Le's so my husband and I gave it another try. All i can say is that this place is the real deal and i really regret not coming back sooner. We've tried countless Vietnamese places around the area and both agreed 100% that the flavors, freshness, everything exceeds anywhere else we've been around here. To start, we ordered the fresh spring rolls and wow.... these are amazing. If you're a big fan of peanut sauce, you may want to order a little extra, it was out of this world. We then both got regular pho soups.... one with veggie (crispy tofu was great) and the other with beef & meatball... best broth I've ever had. To end the meal, we had the cassava cake which was fantastic. In addition, our server (young male) was super attentive and friendly. Overall, you cannot beat the authenticity with this food...we cannot wait to come back. read more

We came here a couple weeks ago on our way home from the mall and we're all glad we took the slight detour. We had spring rolls to start which were above average but didn't knock my socks off. Two of us had pho... the broth was very good but it could've used more of the main protein. The other member of our group had a chicken dish which he said was good. My leftovers were even better the next day. Prices were a little high in my opinion. If there had been more ingredients in my pho, it would've matched the price. Service was quick but could've been a bit more attentive. Overall, if we're back in the area, we'll definitely visit again. read more

The best pho in the area and worth the price plus discount on Spotluck application. I always ordered pho special. Love the broth. It tasted the same every single time. Steamed dumplings is also very good. My favorite spot ever. Stir fried dishes were too salty sometimes but they were welcomed to fix it for you. Enjoy! read more

Food is good but after several visits over the years we were turned away for indoor dining at 7:35PM. Their hours are listed that they are open to 8:00PM. I could understand if we walked in at 7:55 or later but if you list your hours and customers drive to your place of business you should seat them. Otherwise change your hours to reflect the fact you would rather close early. Going to look elsewhere for Vietnamese cuisine. Lost customer! read more

Agreed with Rick D.. sorry but very disappointed. I was hoping to add this to my regular eatout place. The pho soup is blend.. the meatballs needed more flavor. Just really blend overall. Perhaps their grill items will be better? don't know. Portion is small. Some of the dishes on the shared images are not on the menu. No desire to go back. read more

Quite disappointing. The pho noodles were not fresh. Each noodle is only about 3-5cm and they are mostly stuck together. I imagine that they pre-cooked the noodles and refridged them overnight before dumping them into the bland and over-peppered broth. The server did nicely offer to make another one (which I declined), so this review is not one star. Regretting how I spent almost $20 on that terrible lunch. read more

Came here on Sunday for lunch! Place is small but nicely decorated and clean!! Service is great. We had pho beef, it was delkcious!! I also order the pork chop, spring rolls and chicken pad Thai to go. I was super impressed by the packing of the food. It shows that they care!!! I personally experienced, many times, when I order to go at any restaurant, they don't care much about how things are packed. It's either portion is small or sauce is leaking. This place is amazing! My husband and I were in the area for work from Texas and we ran in to this little hidden gem! The food was great, but what made the experience even more amazing was the owner! He was so accommodating and super friendly! We loved the story about the meaning behind his restaurant and all the recipes! We love restaurants where tradition is kept and they keep it simple and very good! My husband and I both had Pho. I had a fried tofu pho and my husband had beef pho. We both had the fresh spring rolls with shrimp! If you are in the area stop in and enjoy some great homemade food!! We are super glad we did! Beats any pho I've had in the area or in New York City. They are very clean which I hold to high importance when eating out. Additionally the staff is very friendly and nice, and they offer a great variety on their menu. Their pho is absolutely delicious, always fresh and hits the spot. The food is extremely flavorful, without being salty. Other pho places usually add a bunch of artificial seasoning and make the broth salty, but the broth here tastes fresh and very tasty. One again- best pho around. read more

Came here on a rainy day because I love Pho, and boy was I in for a treat. Their pho comes in a variety of ingredients, but I like the special variety (comes with tripe, tendon, and rare brisket). They've got all the classic Pho sides (bean sprouts, jalapeño, cilantro, Thai basil) and sauces. The pho is pho-nominal, but even their other dishes were amazing! I've had their crispy and steamed dumplings which were both good, and their bahn-mi sandwiches were amazing as well (i recommend the BBQ pork) all at a very good price. I completely pigged out for an affordable price of only $16! definitely check this place out if you love Vietnamese food or if you're looking to try it ou read more

We were stuck in traffic on I 84 and got off on Rt 6 (east). We love Vietnamese food and took a chance on this new restaurant. My husband is very fussy about Pho, but ate his with relish and enjoyment. I ordered the crispy salmon was perfect prepared with plain steamed crisp, fresh broccoli and carrots. The service was excellent. The menu is very authentic and we will definitely exit I84 again to try other dishes. read more

Not as good as the other Pho place in town, but much more conveniently located to the west side -- and never a wait. The pho soup is still pretty good, so is the fried rice, spring rolls and the service, while quirky, is always friendly and fast. read more

What a gem. It's difficult to find restaurants that do not compromise their quality and freshness of ingredients. Every dish was delicious. My kids devoured the fresh spring rolls and chicken wings. They even ate some of our pho. They've been to other Vietnamese restaurants but this place was their favorite. Thank you Le's Kitchen! read more

I work locally and was really excited to try Le's Kitchen. I was so disappointed! Myself and a coworker both ordered the chicken and broccoli, and spring rolls. The chicken and broccoli was more carrots than anything, the chicken was NOT breast meat, it was chewy and dry. The dish was under seasoned and very bland. The portion were ridiculously small. 2 chicken and broccoli and 2 spring rolls which left you hungry when you were finished $32.00 FOR LUNCH! read more
