Placed a delivery order. It was late for us to be eating dinner so we ordered appetizers. Our order consisted of a pork egg roll, (2) wonton soups, fried chicken wings, and BBQ spare ribs. Im not sure why Door Dash does not provide the address of the restaurant your ordering from. When I picked Asian Kitchen I did not realize it was Bethel CT. This restaurant turned out to be 20 minutes away. Yet all our food was still hot which was our 1st thumbs up. The wonton soup seemed like they could have been hand made and were delicious!! My pork egg roll was crispy yet somehow not too greasy. The fried chicken wings were big and crispy just quantity was lacking. Similar situation with the BBQ spare ribs since we were sharing five BBQ ribs left us a bit hungry. Overall our food arrived hot and was scrumptious.

Tried takeout from here to try the pho, even though our go-to has always been sprouts. The pho between the two restaurants is different from each other. The beef pho from Asian Kitchen is lighter and reminds me of Mecha in Norwalk/Fairfield where the broth is more cilantro based. The pho from Sprouts is a darker broth with more of the star anise/clove spices. Flavor wise it would be up to your personal preferences if you were choosing between pho from Sprouts or Asian Kitchen. Asian Kitchen would be easier to customize to your liking (with the addition of hoisin/basil, etc) since it starts off lighter. Portion wise, Sprouts gives you a small and large option while the one size from Asian Kitchen is smaller than the small from Sprouts and is more expensive, so for value - Sprouts is the winner. We also ordered the steamed veggie gyoza and sesame chicken. These were fine, nothing special but likely better than the other Chinese takeout restaurants in the area. As many other reviewers say, the food does not feel overly greasy. I would however, disagree with those who say the portions are huge as they just seem average-containers aren't bigger than normal. We also got a free glass of lemonade (tastes like Minute Maid) so that was a nice touch. Would do takeout from here again when in the mood for your typical chinese takeout and a lighter pho.

This was my first time trying Asian Kitchen via door dash so I'll keep that in mind with my review. I ordered a beef and broccoli and chicken lo mein with pork egg roll and fried tempura ice cream. Probably a bad idea doing a tempura ice cream via door dash since it was melty and soggy by the time it arrived (still finished it though because flavor was good). The beef and broccoli and chicken lo mein seemed to lack some flavor for me. I think it needed more salt or soy sauce, something felt missing. They do give a very generous amount though. The pork egg roll was delicious! Food arrived fast as well. I may have to try it in person one day.

If you are craving for Lo Mein and love noodles, Asian Kitchen in Bethel is the place. Placed a pickup order and food was ready in 10 minutes. Food temperature was hot, tasty (correct amount of seasoning / oil) and generous portion. The Lo Mein is legit authentic. Also, the lady gave me a free lemonade. I would return here and try out other food items.

Really happy with their service and the king Pho bowl. These pics are the pho beef ball soup. But I like the one with shrimp. Lemonade was good. Would def do take out again. Cute interior and convenient location

Great new Asian restaurant on Greenwood. Very hospitable and gave me some chicken to sample and mochis, which we appreciated. Ordered lunch special on. Sunday. Pho was very tasty (didn't take pic, sorry). Sesame chicken is thinly sliced and flavorful. Got traditional lo Mein and chicken fried rice. The rice reminded me of the rice at the end of a chinese banquet. So much food and good value. Delicious food, try them out and help support local business.

    Not fried rice.

Mediocre food at best. I ordered fried rice with chicken and it looks like yellow rice with poached chicken. Doesn't even taste like fried rice. Super bland. Sesame chicken was bland and chicken tasted off. Wouldn't recommend.

What a great place to eat!! I went here for lunch on a Sunday and there was plenty of seating so we got right in. The restaurant is very well decorated and super clean, which I love to see. I ordered vegetable udon noodles and I was so happy with it. The noodles were the perfect texture and it didn't feel as heavy and oily as some Asian restaurants can be. The portions are very large, so I recommend sharing or saving them for leftovers. The waitress was also so sweet and gave us (delicious) complementary mochi for dessert. Definitely recommend!!!

The server asked about drinks, nice. There was a large menu and a single sheet menu provided. As I struggled to read the single sheet, it mentions there is a sushi roll special Monday and Tuesday nights, half price. Nice. The regular prices, listed both in the single sheet and the larger, book menu are very, very high (I presume they don't sell many rolls outside of this "special"). Ordered shumai, a spicy tuna roll, a slicy crabmeat roll, and a pepper tuna roll. The app arrived within 5 minutes -so frozen and reheated. The 5 piece order was average. Not great. Tasted like Costco almost. The sushi arrived about 4 minutes later. The restaurant was somewhat crowded, about 10 of the 12 tables were full. The rolls didn't taste fresh. Not a great playing of the food. It felt like a mid-country sushi spot, not warranting the $30. That's just me. And. I, I will not return. If I went on a non-half-price evening - I'd have been angry. Just average at best. Make sure you have glasses and a light, the "ambiance" is crazy dark. Tables seem very close (I overheard, or was part of) a couples' argument on how the husband wasn't supportive of his wife. Just another night in Danbury, I suppose?!

You can order in person, or online and pickup like I did. Order was ready when promised. When you order takeout, they give you an insulated food bag to keep your order warm as long as possible. The food is great. There is a wide variety of corn dogs, wings, soup dumpling, etc. I got the wings, beef fried rice, and corn dogs. I messed up with my corn dog order. I ordered the mozzarella dog which I assumed had a hot dog in it. I was wrong. You have to order the half mozzarella and half hot dog for that. Lesson learned. The breading was tasty and had lots of flavor. The wings are very crispy and tender. Lots of flavor and looks good for presentation in the box. The beef fried rice was very good. Lots of beef in it, not just mostly rice. I will definitely order from here again.

We were in the mood for Korean/Japanese and didn't want to drive to the nearest Bonchon. Looking at their menu, they had pretty much what we were looking for, so we ordered pork dumplings, udon ramen tonkatsu, gochujang KFc wings and some popcorn chicken as well. By the way, this is the kind of place where you order first then sit down with a table number and they bring it to you. The food came out lightning fast and it was pretty good all around. Dumplings and popcorn chicken were decent but the KFC with gochujang sauce and ramen broth were great. Messy chicken eatin' but so good. The pork in the ramen was okay but the broth and noodles were very flavorful and there was plenty of it. Didn't really care for the bamboo shoots but they were easily pushed aside. Place looked clean and well-lit and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The mango boba tea I got was good too! So glad to have this place around the mall.
