Been living in Sunland for a long time now, and I've always passed by this place but hadn't ever given it a chance. It was a Sunday and my girlfriend and I were craving some gourmet pizza rather than the usually Pizza Hut or Domino's Pizza, so we pulled up yelp and came upon this place. We ordered the Armenian Style Pizza, which is a killer choice, ordered some "Mast ou Khiar" and got down with the munchies. Food came very quick, cheap for the quality of food, and a definitely deserved me logging onto yelp and leaving a review. Awesome guys! thanks for making Sunland better place to eat! read more

This place gets one star without even trying the food! Disgusting to say the least. If their food is anything like the inside of the restaurant then thank god we walked out! The first thing you notice is the overwhelming smell of cigar smoke and booze. I am a smoker myself but this made me want to gag, not to mention we had 4 young children in tow. We were not greeted by anyone so we sat ourselves and grabbed ourselves menus. There were 2 tables full of obnoxious drunk people who seemed to be family members or friends of the restaurant owners. As we were looking at the menus, the head of the drunk pack proceeded behind the front counter of the restaurant. Shortly after, another man from the table went behind the counter and became confrontational with the first man and a fight almost ensued. Swear words were being slurred back and forth and although most of it was in a foreign language, it was still clear enough for our young children to hear. As soon as we got up to walk out, our 9 year old asks me "Can we go somewhere where we're not scared for our lives?" I had to laugh a little because 9 year olds can be so dramatic but seriously, I'm glad we got the heck out of there! We found a more family friendly place in Montrose called Giuseppe's where we had great food and were greeted by the smell of PIZZA when we walked in and not cigar smoke and drunk people. read more

I can't in good conscience recommend this restaurant. I think that good customer service is a minimum requirment. There are other pizza places close by that are friendly and have better pizza. Try "Fratellis" in Montrose, great food and fast delivery! read more

Best pizza in town! Also their bbq is bomb too! If you get a chance make sure to try the bread they bake there its sooo good!

It was hard to tell the difference between eating the box and the crust. I spent $60 on pizza it it was tasteless and horrible. If you want pizza call someone else because I think it's hard to mess up pizza but they must have lost the recipe. read more

I used to buy all my pizza from this place. It was known for years as one of the best places to get a great pizza. However, this place has gone down hill in a big way over the past two to three years. The pizza has a very strange taste, as does all the rest of their food items. I think they need a lesson in what not to cross cook their items in. Their wings, chicken and most everything else has a kabob taste. We've ordered pizza from Leo's 3x now and every time it's been a great experience. Usually says it will take about an hour to deliver. But we live so close that it actually usually only takes about 35 min. I ordered pizza and salads each time and crisp lettuce for the Caesar salad and the meat lovers pizza I defiantly recommend ! Best shishlik (beef skewers) grilled in town. Don't give me any of that sweet nasty brown sugar cooked bull. This is how meat is supposed to be eaten. Three spices tops and quality beef. You can taste the qualify of the beef and the spices don't kill the flavor of the meat (unlike orange chicken or soy based beef...yack!). True meat lovers place and the appetizers are phenomenal. read more

I noticed that most of the bad reviews for this restaurant pertain to menu items that are NOT pizza. From my experience, if you're going to order something from a restaurant, your BEST BET would be to go with whatever food is included IN ITS NAME. Otherwise, don't be disappointed if you order something else the place isn't exactly known for and aren't happy with it. Their pizza is amazing. The crust has just the right amount of crispiness, it's not overly salty or greasy (lookin at you, Big Mamas & Papas), the sauce has just the right amount of sweetness/acidity, and the toppings are fresh. And you know the pizza dough itself is good if many people opt to just get the bread by itself with no toppings on it. Not to mention the service is friendly and fast. In my book, this place completely meets my expectations for a small, family-owned pizza restaurant in the valley. read more

Great pizza joint and my parents order pizza from here all the time. Their pizzas are very delicious and their dough is my most favorite. We have tried their alfredo pizza, Armenian pizza, and veggie lover's pizza - and they all tasted great and fresh. The lady that always answer the phone is very nice too. I have never been inside this restaurant so I can't comment on that but their delivery service is great. I believe they are closed on Mondays. read more

Pizza is great but they NEVER have our order ready when they say it would be ready. Always have to wait.... 15-25 minutes minimum. Last two times I arrived 10 minutes late on purpose and still had to wait another 15 minutes. After all these years in business you would think they would know when orders would be ready.... shame. read more

Food is still "ok" but it seems to be going downhill. Not even as good as it was a year ago. But that's not the main concern I have with this place. It's that every time I've ordered delivery service from anywhere, this is the ONLY place that not only asks for your credit card number and expiration date but ALSO the 3 numbers on the back of the card. Once someone has this information they can pretty much do what they want with it. Three times after ordering from here within a week I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one due to identity theft/fraudulent charges. I'm not saying I'm 100% positive that it's because of this place but I'm sure enough to not order from here again. It took awhile for me to catch on but it's the only common link. There service is great! There Pizza and pastas are great! Pricey maybe a little but then again you do get what you pay for! There has been a new girl working there for awhile though now! People do take her as being rude but she isn't! That's just the way she talks. We as Americans may take it offensive but everyone that works there are extremely great! I am a regular customer there and enjoy there quality foods. One time I ordered a large quantity of food and lost track of time....they closed....but stayed open until I picked it up....I was extremely embarrassed....but in my amazement they didn't mind and gave me a free drink!
