I love the shrimp d'angleo and the Gorgonzola crusted tenderloin. I always get those so I don't have full rounded experience with their full menu, but the bread and oil is terrific and my boyfriend really also likes the pizza. I love eating locally and support locally owned businesses, with that being said I'm so disappointed with how this restaurant is going down the hill. This place is literally 2 minuets from my house which would make it easy to grab a bite, but they seem to bring worse and worse. Tonight we ordered dinner, the steak Gorgonzola app with chicken franchise and they charged us for bread which was only 4 slices for $2.50. Horrible service last night!!! Our waiter forgot about bringing us our drink refills. We asked for our check when he did return 20 minutes later, and he said he would be right back, another waiter got us boxes, we packaged our own food. We never saw our waiter again!! We went to the register and paid, our bill. We had been there for 2 hours already and the restaurant was not overly busy. Very unhappy with the whole experience. I was so disappointed with my food tonight, we ordered the crusted beef tenderloin for an appetizer medium, it came out well done,i ordered the chicken Marsala as my meal and it had absolutely no flavor, I've eaten here numerous times and have never been so mad that my food was so blah, my husband ordered the gorgonzola pasta and it tasted like rubber. Let's start with the pros: My cosmo was good, as was our antipasto salad appetizer. Best part of the meal was the tiramisu which tasted very fresh and was well saturated in espresso and booze. We also enjoyed the look and feel of the restaurant with the large round intimate booths and earth tones. The menu appeared impressive and we were excited to try. It also appeared to have a large outdoor seating area which looked very nice as well. Cons: It was made very obvious that we were being treated very differently from other tables in the restaurant. We had to request a cocktail menu and the waitress also never told us about specials. We honestly wouldn't have known until she had started telling the table next to us about the specials which was just simply too late for us to find out about as we had just placed our entree order. This table was also promptly given a cocktail menu prior to them being seated. The salad tasted stale as it was most likely prepared earlier in the night and placed in the fridge until needed. The gentleman got a chicken, bacon, and peas risotto dish which he stated was seriously lacking flavor and was overly salty. I ordered the Mediterranean salmon which was supposed to come with tomatoes, risotto, artichoke hearts, mussels, clams, and kalamata olives. Aside from the risotto being overly watered down and the serving being meager at best, the whole dish was almost entirely uneatable due to it having jalapeños added to it (not stated on menu). This made it simply too spicy to even eat. The clams and mussels were over cooked and chewy. By the time the waitress had an opportunity to come by and ask how the food was we were just ready to be done and asked for everything to be taken home. We're not ones to generally ask for things to be taken off the bill and would simply rather just not give a place our service anymore. This unfortunately became a $100 dinner was was just not enjoyable. read more

Pretty bad experience overall. My Mediterranean salmon was so spicy I had to go to the restroom to gargle and clear my senses. Hair in the bread oil. Kid told us he couldn't take my dinner off the bill because it "looked mostly eaten" (that's because I took out all the mussel and clam shells, moron!) so I wrapped it up for the dog and left it on the table to make a point. No manager in sight and the girls at the front counter were preoccupied. No one said anything to us as we left. Lighting was also too bright for dinner and no music - we could awkwardly hear all the conversations at very close neighboring tables. $123 and I'm going to stop for a burger on the way home. I don't write reviews often so the fact that I was disappointed enough to write this one should say something. read more

I've been here a couple times and was never impressed enough to make it a regular dining option. It's one of those places that's always there, but you seem to look elsewhere to dine out. The interior is very classy and modern, including the bar and patio area. The bar does lack a variety of some quality, medium to high-end spirits that would be staples at other places. Service was friendly and accommodating. I recently ate lunch here and attended a private buffet style function here in the same week. I have to say the food at the buffet was top notch. Service was very good. Everything was setup on time, and the food was brought out as soon as we arrived. Chicken Parmesan was awesome, along with the tenderloin tips, onions, and mushrooms. Steak was cooked perfectly. We also had penne with broccoli and garlic, and grilled vegetables. Plates were cleared efficiently and drink orders were taken from the open bar we had. Cannoli's were the dessert, and were so good none were left over. There was so much food left over that our waitress portioned it all up into containers for everyone to take home. Everything was so good it really changed my perception of Leone's for dining and also as a first choice for any catering needs I might ever need. Maybe I spoke too soon. I recently ordered take out from here for the first time the other day, and found two mistakes on my order when I got home. I also ordered two items off their catering menu here for an event in the same week. The chicken parm was great again, but the tenderloin tips were extremely overcooked and dry, and we're nothing like my first experience. read more

Ordered take out for Father's Day. Party size specialty pizza, family pasta bowl which came with a large container of salad, and a loaf of fresh baked bread and also got a bucket of meatballs. This came with dipping oil for the bread as well as oil & vinegar salad dressing. Food tasted REALLY good. Everyone enjoyed it. 6 of us ate and their were still leftovers. Where to start when the best part of dinner is the bread.We ordered three apps the crusted tenderloin medium rare, it came out ice cold well done shriveled up piece of meat next was the crab cakes nothing but soggy breadcrumbs NO crab at all. Everything was incredible! The service was excellent as well as good food. My girlfriend and I went here for date night and everything was great starting with the fresh bread and homemade garlic oil. The garden salad with peppercorn dressing was good, followed by the baked stuffed shrimp and the pasta with red peppers and a Gorgonzola cheese sauce with chicken added. Some of the worst pizza I've ever purchased. We ordered delivery and it was completely burnt. No one at the restaurant cared that they had just thrown something mostly inedible into a box and delivered it. The attitude that they already got paid so they don't care what they serve their delivery customers is awful. Unfortunately, even if they didn't burn the pizza, I suspect the crust would still have been similar to cardboard in taste and texture. I want to like this restaurant, but they make it so difficult. In fact, the few times I've been there, the food has been wonderful. In general, the atmosphere is comfortable, and dining room is clean. The menu offers a lot of variety, the portions are large, and the pricing appropriate. My problem has to do with the service. The first time, our pizza was mixed up with another table's order. Ok, that happens. But, I don't want to eat a pizza that was sitting on someone else's table, then transferred over. The second time, we were the only couple in the dining room, until our order was given. Then, the family from hell was given the table right next to us...the rest of the room was empty. They were the most loud and obnoxious people, ever; the definition of rude and inconsiderate. Ok, this happens, too. But, the waitress even played into it, yelling to them from across the room. How could anyone think this was appropriate behavior, and allow it to continue? And, why would they sit us on top of each other? Maybe the third time's a charm? Or, maybe we'll never find out. read more

My husband and I are regulars here, so that says a lot. Leone's does it all - from pasta to steak to seafood. There are so many dishes to recommend. The Artichoke Francaise appetizer is excellent along with the Crusted Tenderloin. For entrees, you can't go wrong with the 14 oz. Double Cut Pork Chop with the Fig Balsamic Demo Glaze sauce on the side. Another favorite entree is the Mediterranean Salmon. Although they have good food, the take out service is horrible! Our order has been wrong the last 4 times we ordered. I ordered wings and did not receive blue cheese and when I called to inform them i was told "well it's complimentary, so you didn't pay for it." The order before the dressing was not included with the salad, before that lettuce and tomato were on a wrap when it was asked not to be, and the time before that we asked for a side of Gorgonzola sauce and received Gorgonzola chunks. read more

Wow! We have tried a few restaurants in the West Mass area since moving here a couple months ago, and this by far has been the best food we've had! For an appetizer, we ordered the spicy mussels: small portion but great flavor, about $1 per mussel. We then ordered the crusted tenderloin appetizer per our server's suggestion, this one blew us away. The steak was cooked perfectly (med rare as we asked for), tender but with a nice crust, and the sauce was amazing too, just enough bleu flavor. Then for entrees we got the eggplant rollotini, also cooked perfectly with just the right amount of ricotta and really good marinara sauce. And the penne absolut-ly, which we ordered based on Yelp reviews. The absolut-ly was our least favorite dish that we tried, it wasn't bad, there just wasn't anything special about it. We really wish we would of gotten the arrabiata instead, but we'll try that next time! Our entrees came with soup, we got the seafood chowder which was also great: perfectly proportioned, perfectly seasoned. For dessert we got the tiramisu, my all-time favorite dessert. It was very good, the only problem was that it was 75% frozen... we think this may have been because we were there late and they weren't going to pull the next batch out until the next day. Regardless, it was very well made, we'll definitely get it again next time we come back! One other thing... We sat outside which was a very nice atmosphere, however the music (top 40 from the 90s and 00s) was a bit strange and we felt it took away from the spectacular food. read more

Great food, prices are okay, but what really makes this place (in my opinion) is the bread with oil, garlic and spices they bring out before the meal. Try to limit yourself though or you'll be taking everything else home in a box, its incredibly filling. I visited this restaurant on Friday night. The service was fast and we were seated right away. Specifically asked the server for silver tequila and was given gold which I hate. The food was average taste wise. Portions were huge!! when the server wrapped my food to go, she put pasta with a lot of oil in a thin cardboard to go container. Of course it leaked all over the bag and seeped right through the cardboard. I just do not understand why you would put something with excess sauce oil whatever in cardboard. It was a disgusting mess to clean up when I got home. Invest in plastic or styrofoam!!!! Thank you. read more

The place was pretty much empty and it still took a long time to get any type of food on the table. The waitress seemed to have an issue with every and any question she was asked.
