Spent over $1k for 2 glasses 17 days later they finally arrived. Got a text saying they're ready for pick up and that's exactly what they mean, no fitting, no lens cleaner, no helpful hint on care for the glasses. Just thank you and goodbye. Staff is more interested in social media evident by holding their phones to their face. Short haired lady seems to be the only one who is concern. The rest really don't care. I've always bought Oakley at this store, since 2017, but no more. Can't justify the expense for the glasses. Next year it's Americas best. read more

HORRIBLE !!!!! They don't deserve any star at all. The staff kept saying "I don't know" to some of the questions I asked. When I checked in for my eye exam Destiny wasn't able to pull up my Eye Med insurance policy so I had to pay full price when I COULDVE PAID A LITTLE AMOUNT DUE TO MY INSURANCE COVERING HALF OF IT. What was even more confusing was they were able to pull it up my eye med insurance when I was now purchasing a glasses. How can they pull it up at the other end and can't at the other end? I spent over $280 I been to a different Lens Crafter location and I did pay this much. They were also unprofessional. Some staffs were flirting. DO NO GO HERE! read more

This has been my place for glasses for the last 15 years. I must say the staff that helped me this week with my eyewear were outstanding! Chris the manager was welcoming, friendly and so very helpful. Both of the ladies were awesome as well. They were all so polite and friendly. I must say that in all of the years that I have dealt with this business, the current staff by far exceeded the best customer service I have ever received! And by the way, I shopped around at other places for frames and lenses, and LensCrafters was not the most expensive! They have a great selection, brand names, plus, in most cases they can have them ready the same day! read more

This place is...not it. I came in because I had lost my glasses and needed to get some new ones (adhd amirite lol). There was a guy with glasses in a blue shirt who was kind and patient but Dr. Nez wasn't for me. My exam didn't take five minutes and I was told I didn't need glasses....but I obviously do because I was prescribed them. He also tried to tell me what I could or couldn't see and kept flexing on how many offices he works at and kept talking to my guardian instead of me about my eyes. I'm an adult but my mom was there because I don't have a car with me. A few days later my glasses were supposed to be ready. I was getting frames and lenses that could be made in store. And I was told they'd be ready either that day of my visit or the next. They also said they'd call me. The next day passes and they don't call so I decide to call them the next day. They tell me that my glasses had to be sent to another place to get made. The person on the phone also kept telling me that I was the patient with bifocals. I was like, "no I don't think so" with a nervous laugh and he goes no I'm pretty sure..... like-bruh. I know my prescription lol. Next time we came in for my brother the nurses kept rolling their eyes at us and talking about us openly while we were right there. A woman with black and maroon hair rolled her eyes the most and made comments about the state of my brothers glasses. They also kept making glances at each other behind customers backs. You never know what someone is going thru so it really bothered me how openly rude some were. I don't write reviews like this but their service really made me sad. Everyone deserves better eye care and you're paying an arm and a leg you deserve being seen for more than 5 minutes. It's also really frustrating not to be taken seriously or have people tell you what your prescription is or what your eyes can or can't do. Also btw the glasses I got don't match my other prescription because he checked both eyes at the same time rather than each one on it's own so I have daily headaches but cannot afford to get new lenses . I purchased a pair of glasses about a year in a half ago. Just after a year I noticed light scratches and the coating was coming off. I took them back to the store and the only way I can get them fixed is to PAY for another eye exam, what a scam!! I just wanted to get back the glasses I paid for. I am certain I could see better than the employee trying to read my receipt. How is it you spend over 500.00 with all the lens coatings and they only last 1 1/2 years?? This is piss poor customer service. I am looking to see if I can get a refund and go somewhere else, maybe I will try small claims court? read more

It was my first time at this location. I went in for an eye exam to get new glasses. I was so happy they were able to schedule me in today on such short notice. Everyone from the girl who did the eye tests to the Optometrist to Taylor who assisted me with choosing my glasses were so nice and informative! I'm glad I decided to come here and not my usual location. I can't wait to pick up my new frames. read more

i would never recommend this place. I don't want to blame the entire staff, since the lady working the desk is so nice and helpful, as well as the supervisor. But ultimately there is an employee skinny, white, arrogant, whom treated me as if i was some type of idiot. On my first visit he didn't check my insurance in order for me to pay full price, i explained i was struggling and he still quoted me above $400. The second time i visited he said a really stupid comment that managed to piss me off very quickly. On this last visit they offered me glasses below $200(because now they ACTUALLY ran my coverage) that is the price i needed on my first visit. I have already spent my money elsewhere its far too late. A complete and utter waste of time. Firing him is the answer, since the staff is aware of his rude manner. read more

I have a Anthem Blue Cross PPO plan and never have been told by lens crafters the provider does not accept the plan. Prior to scheduling the appointment, I called and gave my insurance information and was told my PPO plan is accepted, so I scheduled an appointment. Once I got there I was told the doctor did not accept my PPO plan and I had to pay seventy dollars for an eye exam. That was not stated to me during my phone conversation. Although the hospitality was great, no one was rude, I just wish more information regarding the acceptance of my plan would have been given to me prior to my scheduling an appointment. Luckily I found another lens crafters location and the doctors at this particular location do accept my PPO coverage. read more

My glasses broke and I needed a prescription ASAP. I came to this location as a walk-in and they happily greeted me and took me in. Dr. NEZ was awesome, and the opticians definitely helped a lot with picking out the right glasses. I was able to get my order expedited! Would highly recommend this location! read more

They gave me the wrong order! You see I went in cause I wanted to get day and night contacts which they had given me a trial pair. I loved these contacts and I had used them and decided to order more but when I went to put in the order they gave me the biofinity energy's which I've never tried I've even pointed it out and it was like talking to a brick wall everything I said she was like well your doctor put something different and I kept saying I've not once tried energy's and that I had tried the day and night but she had told me I can only order what the doctor verified but I've never even tried the prescription nor called and verified I wanted them and they wouldn't even try fixing the problem!! Now I'm stuck with contacts I've never even tried! But the woman was insistent and said I can't read your eye doctors writing but in your file it says energy's. Then she came out with 2 different brands and tried to give them to me!!! So not only was she not willing to work with me she basically shut down anything I said and if I wanted contacts I HAD TO buy the ones in my file even though I've never once used them ‍ so now I have 6 months worth of something I've never tried and the reason I got Day and nights in the first place is cause I'm always drowsy and when I sit or lay down I have a habit of passing out and I also work all night long and by the time I'm home I barley make it to the couch and I pass out. I'm pretty upset about this, not only that when I called they said my prescription was going to be 119.00 but when I went in they said it was 130.00 how is that even possible! Honestly worse experience ever and I think the girl was new. But she was pretty rude and I've never had any problems with these people up until today. read more

This place is very friendly. They were able to help me get my exam within 2 days. Good customer service. The glasses are a little bit on the higher end and I only got it from them because my vision insurance covers enough for me to go to them. I just came in today and i must say the people here were pretty awesome. they were all kind and helpful, and i didnt feel pressured at any moment. The eye doctor was very proffesional and cool, as well as his receptionist, and the saleslady Rose was very patient with me selecting the pair of glasses i wanted. I tried on quite a few. I left with some sweeet raybans, and a clearer vision so Overall my expierance here was good and i would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Ok this review went from a 1 star to a 5 star simply because of customer service. Initially I had given 1 star because I had an appointment booked for 2pm and was told I won't see a doctor until 3pm. Reason provided: we double/triple book all the time. No apologies were given at the time so I wrote the initial review right then and there. This is what changed my mind: the doctor was extremely thorough and patient with all of questions and the manager helped me with my glasses selection and helped me navigate the complex eye plans my firm has to ensure I got the most savings. In addition, my appt was on 12/31 which along with 1/1 are the busiest days for eye glass stores given the need to use FSA dollars and other health benefits (which is why they are usually double booked and extremely busy). Consider my foot officially in my mouth for my earlier review :) This is your standard chain LensCrafters but the service is what made it good. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Granted the eyeglass side and receptionist were very nice, however my whole experience since stepping into the exam room has been horrible. The DR was incredibly rude! Acted like she couldn't get me out fast enough and like any questions I had was an inconvenience. When I asked her if my prescription had changed she just said I would be getting the paper with it on there. She gave me a trial pair but instead of waiting 2 weeks to see if they worked she just had the 6 months ordered right away. They were the WORST contacts I've ever had even though I told her I had name brand before. It's been less than 4 months and all have torn, and I am very sure to take good care of my contacts and take out every night. I finally ordered another brand from another source, but called today to ask if I could buy a one month supply to last until I get those and was told no, not unless I was seen by a DR even though I was seen less than 6 months ago. I have never had such an uncomfortable experience with a doctor and will definitely never be coming back! read more

Horrible! I am actually writing this as I am sitting here. I had no appointment so I was told to come in at 9am and they would fit me in. I was here BEFORE 9am. They opened the doors and I was the 2nd in line to get paperwork. There were several people without appointments as well. Although I was the FIRST person to hand in my paperwork and was told it would only be an hour .... Every other walk in was taken before me and, as I write this, it is 11am and I am still sitting here while everyone who came after me has come and gone. The only reason I have not left yet is because i have already waited this long! Stay away from this unprofessional location! read more

I'm great with the store and staff. I have gong to the same location for approximately 20 years. But the lens I purchased ( less than a year ago) in the last set of glasses are crappy and I would never purchase them again. Within a month they started chipping/flaking where the lens contacted the frame joint. They are still slowly chipping away. Because I didn't purchase the insurance they won't cover replacement. Stay away from the high-priced "LC HD enhanced view" lens. They have some type of problem with the manufacturing process, resulting in a very brittle lens. I'll have to replace mine soon because of the chipping the lens won't be able to stay in. read more

I have been coming here for several years. NEVER AGAIN! The only reason I'm even getting a new exam is because their last Dr took the records and I didn't have a copy of my daughter's prescription. Mind you I tried for months to contact this imaginary phone number, email, and fax that LENS CRAFTERS kept giving me. OK I get it, it's the Dr's records to keep, BUT being that LENS CRAFTERS is a representation of the Dr that they chose to lease out their staff and building to, you would think that they would waive a bullshit contact fitting fee this one time, a fee that was NEVER charged to me. Asst. Manager De'Andre says "well I don't know why they didn't charge you for the contact fitting fee before" after he just told me the Dr leases lens crafters staff as well. You would think they would waive the fee this one time or even offer some sort of discount, especially since I have never paid in all the years I've brought my both of my kids. My ins benefits have never changed. Lens Crafters even called me the night before to tell me the copay, but when I show up it's $70 more??Being a practice manager I prepare my patients and accommodate them when a situation like this comes up. Lens Crafters you have failed to make your patient feel like they come first. read more

This store charged us two times for the same purchase. Ten days later, problem has not been rectified. Originally, the card was run while we were present. At that time we were told that their machine was down and we could not get a receipt. Since, machine was down, they assumed that account had not been charged. So they took card information manually and said that they would run the following morning which was a Sunday. When we checked our account, two deductions were made for $208.33. My husband called Lenscrafters and spoke with the manager. The manager said that the same thing happened to a family member of one of their associates. I bet that the associate's family member has not gone through the same dilemma, we have had to endure. We were assured by the manager that one of the charges would drop off. Well needless to say that has not happened! This amount might seem miniscule to Lenscrafters, but not to us. I do not recommend this store, because they are not conscientious when resolving a problem that they caused. read more

Absolutely the WORST place I have ever been for an eye appointment. Rude workers at this location, contact manger is very unprofessional. My appointment was back in February they told me I would be contacted once my contacts were in, I NEVER heard from them for over a month. I've called back several times checking on my order, was told they sent my order back. And they never once got a hold of me, I always had to keep calling in checking and bugging them about it. When i spoke to the contact manager, Linda on the phone regarding my order she hung up on me 3 times and was very very rude! I would rate them zero but unfortunately the lowest is 1 star....WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION NOR ANY "America's Best" ever and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! read more
