To make a looong story short, my husband went to her practice because he was suffering from his left eye acutely looking towards his nose (left eye crossed). She saw him, didn't see anything she could definitely diagnose him with. She HIGHLY recommended we go to BARROWS NEURO EMERGENCY ROOM. She explained exactly what would happen, and she was 1000% spot on! They saw him, they treated him and reassured us that his acute left eye cross issue was not a (eye sight threatening) issue. Her effective efficient care was and is truly appreciated. I am grateful that she was the O.D. who attended to him that day. She is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND HER BUSINESS! Surprisingly, received a call from Kim at the store. Again, I expressed my disappointment regarding my experience. I said I was not complaining to get anything- I didn't want anything, just letting them know they had issues to address. Kim asked me to give her a week to talk to her people and she would get back to me. She called me tonight and I will say that Kim went above and beyond what was expected. I stopped her and said I already know the address just wanted to double check that they were next to Safeway. Call center gal was very rude she told me I have to finish reading you the entire Address. Then I asked how many locations are there on west side. She began reciting off every address of a nation wide on her screen. I kindly said I just need to know if it's near Safeway. Reply well I've given you every address for nationwide. Did you have any other questions. Felt like I was being pranked by someone. lol. Go back to having local store people answer phones please.
